So had a youthful couple of men that did good shifting my things! However, the difficulty was that when I phoned to get a cost and was informed it’d cost me 600 to go from Ladysmith into Port Alberni. So I hired them and then got told that it was 1300 once they transferred me in. I was not impressed! Then the man back peddled by saying he just estimated and that I needed to cover the 1300. Sucked because I that was fairly steep and they could not even match my dining table and seats from outside or my sup plank! I had been told this truck could match 4 bedroom townhouse!!! He had been so incorrect!!! Not so happy

I called to get a quotation and was told after a couple of queries that it will be 600 to maneuver me out of Ladysmith to Port Alberni. I was worried that the truck would not be large enough to match patio furniture. I called to reconfirm and said the truck was large enough for a 3 bedroom townhouse. My house was a 900 sq ft rancher. The afternoon of moving two men take there time, 6 hours loading the truck! They began at 10 am. From the time we got into my new home and unloaded it was 9:30 at nighttime. I then went to cover and the man says that I hate it if my boss does so, it is 1300 and we’re a 110 an hour! Well I am on disability and could not manage 1300 to move. That is why I called original! So naturally that I needed to cover it. And I discovered broken stuff that was not covered. They did not even package the truck right! Such a massive disappointment! Do not employ this organization! Not worth the despair or the money that they charge! Unhappy customer!!! Oh and also they keep deleting my critique!!! Just so that you know, I will keep sharing!!!!!
