What occurred to me:
(1) Clutter dropped my snowboarding luggage and equipment (enormous bag worth over $3k). This cost me considerable time and money. 1) It took me decades and lots of snowboard store visits / net searches to receive my entire kit, two ) because my equipment was dropped throughout the season I am currently forced to pay additional for equipment rentals ($100 every day) or pony up time and cash to replace all of my equipment throughout the most expensive time of the year.

(2) Clutter didn’t notify me if the equipment was missing. I discovered during snowboarding season once I scheduled a delivery and through the scheduled delivery had been advised my luggage was”missing”.

(3) Clutter’s claims procedure is slow and opaque, and their warehouse direction can’t be trusted. I had been told to submit a claim via their site. 5 days after, the claims division responded in email that they had”processed” my claim and Clutter had been offering $125 for more than 3000 value of valuables that were lost. Clutter didn’t clarify the way the equipment was dropped by their own services, their procedure for hunting for the equipment, how they decided it had been”missing”, or the way they decided a $125 payoff was anywhere near fair. When I called into customer support, I had been advised that”Clutter is continually reviewing things stored in storage, and because of their procedure nobody is permitted to look their warehouses.” Furthermore, I had been told that since Clutter is continually reviewing things in storage, so I might be educated at a later date when my equipment is”discovered”. I pointed out that Clutter can’t simultaneously have 1) completed a comprehensive search and reasoned my equipment is missing and 2) hope to magically find it at a subsequent date. They did a half-assed hunt, or their warehouse mgmt is a total mess.
