By the minute contract has been signed, moving ahead with the transfer process was very unprofessional.   I had been charged more cash at pickup although I had a binding quote.   We introduced that a bank certified check to the Last amount owed at shipping as well as the motorist demanded  an additional $75 for that which he decided to be more”staircase”.   In his head that a flight of stairs consisted of seven (7) measures.   There’s no legal definition of just what a pair of stairs includes.   We’d ten (10) staircase that he needed to scale, 1 flight.   He jeopardized both myself (on the telephone ) and my 18 year girl repeatedly saying that He’d depart with her furniture till he obtained the exra money.   He had no respect for its contract. He was able to build her furniture and that he didn’t, saying that he didn’t Understand How to take action.   His behavior had been unkind and unprofessional, as well as threatening. Some boxes have been smashed with broken objects indoors.   I’ve tried to get CLS and they have chosen to dismiss me.

It took 30 days to get my things. I needed to call 15-20 distinct occasions to have upgrades, and my calls were NEVER returned. Only getting somebody on the phone was very hard, and if you did eventually reach somebody, they’d tell you that somebody would call you straight back and then never would. This occurred nearly daily for a month. In addition they agreed to make another stop to pick up some extra items in route. Following 3 months of no communication, they refused to pick up the extra products. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. EVEN IF THEY OFFER YOU an Excellent Pace, USE SOMEONE ELSE.

I’ve had horrible experiences with moving previously but that really went extremely well. My pickup was roughly 30-45 minutes after compared to window of time that they said. But once there, all of 3 movers place to work instantly. They talked me through each step of the procedure since they went, allowing me to know whether any items were damaged before their wrap them and putting them on the vehicle. They did a survey of my whole apartment to begin with to establish if extra costs  would happen. As I’ve begun to expect, there have been a few unanticipated expenses. But, I’d more to move than my comparative had explained to them once she put the appointment up and they were quite forthright about it. They were clean, professional, and effective during the transfer. Apart from a couple of plates, I haven’t noticed any substantial harm to some of my things. They broke down and put up my platform mattress that is over any other moving company was prepared to do previously. Overall, I had an extremely nice moving experience. I’d use this company again in the future and feel confident in their transportation of my items.

When I first received a quote on the telephone I was skeptic regarding the purchase price, but then when they came out to pick up my things the mover (bright ) was very professional and pleasant enough to describe all the options and also to pick some extras to make my transfer alot simpler.

Beginning with the pickup date, I showed up on time & were quite professional, I was quite impressed with packaging of my furniture, fortunately my stuff abandoned their storage precisely the identical evening they did the choice around Chicago & I received my household products following 4 times. Eventually Sunday night soccer in my new apt in my new house in Brooklyn, New York.  I received my house hold products delivered yesterday and because I have not done much on select I will need to do just a tiny bit more on shipping. I picked the complete package deluxe service which CLS offers. Оn the afternoon on the movement the team came in and opened up boxes and packaged everything for me. Тhe procedure from day of these men showing up in SC to delivery in NY has been fantastic. Besides a little ding in my own washer machine along with a broken lamp color, everything seems excellent. I’m looking forward to get my parents move along with you men. Thanks again Sam, John and Michael for making this movement function for me!

Moving for the first time was really overpowering for me. As a result of the amazing men at CLS who produced my very first go a snap. They handled the entire situation like real professionals. Packaging was performed flawlessly, they even gave me complimentary packaging in my chandelier. Moving cross country is not a simple undertaking and I owe it all into the CLS group for such a terrific move.

I wished to have some time to thank the staff at CLS storage & moving. I initially set up my move with a different firm that I discovered afterwards was a broker. Mover never showed up on my pickup date however after numerous calls that they revealed next day and attempted to triple my cost to $9000.00. Then I referred to as diana in CLS and managed to procure my previous price that was offered by these a month before (I picked cheap broker cost ). They had a team at my front door just into the tee on time the following morning and that I felt more comfortable to observe all workers wearing blue uniformed tops. Obtained my delivery following 4 days the same condition it had been picked up in my apt.

A to CLS to be prompt, professional, attentive and above all super cheap. In comparison to other movers, so I even had the best quotation out of CLS.

I had been moving at a hurry out of ATL to NYC and wanted movers in a rush. Was known CLS. I’ve moved around 3 additional days before so understand exactly what a pain/hassle and EXPENSE it’s. Perhaps not with CLS. Deal with Adam. He’s super fine, professional and that which he asserted that he delivered on. I managed to transfer my stuff throughout the nation to some little nyc aggressively and nothing has been ruined. Transferring in nyc is a enormous effort, without a parking and little lifts and stairs, so the simple fact that these men could pack everything so well that there wasn’t any harm during the movement is incredible. Recommend them 100 times above.

From start to finish, CLS Transferring was outstanding to Take Care of.   When I was getting estimates, they quoted a quote for me and then did NOT familiarize me with followup phone calls on a daily basis like other companies did.   They let me know they had been there when wanted and that made me need to phone them back.   Secondly, their sales man, Sam, worked with us on funding and provided ideas to help us get the most for our money.   We had been moving our 99 Year-old Mother from her home into an assisted living apartment in Florida where we all reside, and nothing else could have been simpler.   They packed up all of her keepsakes, dishes, completely wrapped/blanketed all of her furniture.   Everything arrived in Excellent condition.   Better yet:  they communicated frequently about the loading date/time, they were correct ON TIME to get loading/packing, and they then let me know a day following the truck had been loaded when to expect the dispatch in Florida.   Fundamentally they loaded on a Thursday, and they delivered to a Monday – that was much quicker than we anticipated. They also enabled us to prepay the Whole movement on the charge card that removed the requirement for our Mother to have a cashier’s check on hand when loading occurred.   Their workers were exceptionally considerate, helpful, attentive, and well spoken.   We’d utilize this class again in a heartbeat.

My experience with them was nothing more than a nightmare. They simply answer the telephone till they receive your money, they ended up charging me twice what they lent , they broke and dropped a lot of my items and just wish to pay 60 cents a pound. Funny how exactly the fantastic stuff got missing..my television, pc, etc.. I wouldn’t suggest them to my worse enemy. Worse moving business on the market in my novel.

Overview: nobody answers the telephone as soon as they have your payment, they create several claims and none was retained or even remotely near being retained. They’ll attempt to charge you more money because of their errors and they require no responsibility for their lack of professionalism. Our shipping was 16 days late!! When there was an choice to give 0 stars I would have picked that one. I guess that the 1 celebrity would need to visit Sam in earnings since he was quite nice and personable and at the right time of the quotation, that was the cheaptest alternative. But that finished in the quotation… My husband and I had been going from Tennessee to South Dakota because of his occupation. The afternoon before pickup we had been advised that the movers are there between 10-2. That quickly changed to 12-4. The movers didn’t appear till 5:15pm. If we did not have a 8 hour drive ahead of us which night it wouldn’t have been such a huge thing. . .but that is simply the first of those busted”promises” that they created. The movers were really very great, we had all boxed up and ready to move but they triple recorded and double wrapped everything together with blankets. . .again very good, however at the time they had been completed it was 7:45pm. Then the 2nd broken promise. . .we needed to pay nearly double what our initial quote was. We did not want our stuff delivered before 1 week after so two days ahead of our shipping was supposed to reach South Dakota we called to check on the status. No one replied so a message was left. The following morning our telephone was returned saying that our stuff hadn’t abandoned Atlanta yet and it’d be with this Sunday or even Monday that was 4-5 times late. The motorist was supposed to phone us the day before he came. We came at our new location in South Dakota saturday night expecting we’d hear an update on the movers. . .Nothing. Monday we predicted. . .no response, message abandoned. Tuesday we predicted. . .no response, message abandoned. My husband missed two days of work in his new job since we did not have some of our items including his clothing and significant papers so we needed to purchase many items so we can at least stay in our location and not need to remain in a resort. I eventually got ahold of Michael who’s the manager and basically was informed that our stuff wouldn’t be leaving the warehouse before that Friday or Sat. As soon as I became angry and explained that we have had to spend the majority of our money on things that we already had in that truck only so we are able to handle and really live our own lives before the truck comes he provided 200 bucks off. I told him thank you but that wasn’t enough given we’d spent roughly 700 on matters that we had. Then he became really upset and nearly crying, not being mad in any way. He really needed to say was that legally they had 21 days for us all our things….regardless of the”promises”. Ultimately the next week that our stuff came, 16 days late. . .the driver said that he couldn’t return a gravel road and didn’t understand that our home was down a gravel road. I advised CLS moving whenever the speech was granted and I likewise told that motorist when he’d called me the day before to confirm the speech. After moving back and forth together with the motorist and CLS moving onto the telephone about who’s going to cover a UHAUL to receive our items from the street to the home, we depended on us paying an additional 200 bucks although everybody was informed about this circumstance. Now we just wanted our things. Well at the time it was already 5pm…3 hours of moving back and forth on the telephone for something which wasn’t our fault. . .and the driver told me he needed to wait till the afternoon to provide…1 more night on an aviation. Just a few really cheap things were broken as well as the movers did a fantastic job getting everything to the home. I can not start to describe how happy we are to have this experience behind us. Please beware of the corporation!

If I could give this firm no stars I would. Everything began the day of the transfer. They were supposed to arrive between 8-10. They predicted that morning stating they’d be there between 10-12. Sam, the salesman, guaranteed me that the day before they’d be there by 8. He knew that I needed to drive 7 hours daily and couldn’t drive at nighttime. They eventually revealed at 12:30. On the other hand, the truck didn’t arrive till 4:45 pm.
Then there was the packaging. Among the worst packaging jobs I have ever seen. My stuff was only thrown in boxes, not one of the boxes were conspicuous. So I sit here 1 week after still trying to determine where my pots and pans are, wondering whether they even got packaged.
Then there was the broken contract. I had been quoted $3200 for its transfer. They told me I had”extra things” and that it was likely to be 1900 more when they came. They wouldn’t unload the truck before I paid this sum. I spoke with John about the telephone who cried and yelled at me and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He consented to knock of $1000, but I still needed to pay an additional $954.
They packed all my hanging clothing in tiny boxes. I had been told they’d utilize wardrobe boxes, but rather they stuffed my great work clothing, still on the hanger, into little square boxes.
Ultimately, there was the theft. That is right THEFT! They stole family jewlery straight from my drawer. All drawers have been left in tact except at which I maintained my (largely ) costume jewlery together with a few more expensive items – household jewlery. After I eventually discovered that the jewlery box it had been vacant. They stole a engagement ring, wedding ring, blue sapphire with diamond ring, a class ring, and a ruby necklace I inherited from my mom.
Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! They don’t return phone calls and refuse to accept responsibiilty to get missing/damaged products.

I hired the company to transfer me in GA to AZand I gave them a $1000.00 upfront payment and also has been to cover the remaining amount on delivery.  Approximately two weeks when they picked up my things that I phoned to check on the condition of the delivery.  John arrived on the telephone and explained that the truck caught on fire at LA and nothing was abandoned handed. Obviously he said all of the appropriate items,,,so sorry, we’ll make you complete, we’re working to find anything which may be sent to you blah blah blah.  I receive the fire record and it demonstrates that the fire occurred three times until I phoned them and I suppose that they did not believe it important to contact me.  Then starts all of the guarantees that a truck is in course and will make my few remaining things by months end…per couple goes by and nothing whatsoever.  Finially once I inform them I’m visiting the website they tell me somebody is there and also loading up my things.  Do not really believe them in this stage and I venture out to the website.  Though somebody has gone through the truck a number of my things were abandoned, a lot of it might have been nice but since they’d stumbled on the truck to get 6 and weeks were now covered in mould.  Boxes which had my name to those abandoned, furniture which might have been mended left. Purses that’d jewerly inside them still on the vehicle however the jewerly gone. . .While in the website I get a call from the brother of the proprietor telling me that he will just deliver my things should I agree to pay for the rest!  I dropped it, how dare you need payment for bringing just 10 percent of my things and who knows what requirements it’ll be in.  John agreed and stated they will send what they need – no cost.  Now I receive an email that they’ll pay $700.00 of the $1000.00 payment but just when I register a release which I will not sue them.  Never thought of suing them but now I have changed my mind.  Insufficient room to inform you how filthy this company is.  Stay off!!!

Read my story or not…. I attempted to keep it as factual (rather than private ) as I could.
I understood my dispatch was at least 13 cubic feet bigger than the quote, it required several telephone calls and emails to get that Last price subtracted in my last payment.   In my situation, it is not as harmful as it might have been.   Things inside of dresser drawers somehow got filthy.   1 dresser was ruined on the top (chunk of timber taken).   Both my washer and dryer have a lot of harm that I am now going to need to attempt to maintain for this corporation.  I would never recommend this business, I believe they Don’t Have Any integrity.   I am going to compose a Number of reviews so as to educate other clients with this Organization’s failings.  
I had been offered a job but not yet contracted.   I phoned around for quotations and Sam Stevens (earnings ) with CLS Transferring appeared willing to work together with me concerning my household goods (HHG) pick up.   This firm has horrible reviews (and very good ones); I inquired Sam especially about particular reviews (backhanded extra fees for packaging and fees for staircase…. A 21 day shipping window… what’s ensured ) and his response is moving more than a million clients, a few are bound to whine. Thus, I gave my deposit.   Additionally, I upgraded my stock checklist (transport is by cubic feet).   My contract eventually arrived and I managed to schedule my own HHG pickup and delivery dates.   I scheduled my pickup for Saturday, January 10, 2015 and delivery on January 16th (advised them delivery date Wasn’t negotiable).      Thursday, January 8, 2015, shipment phoned me to validate my pickup and while speaking I reiterated to me I MUST have my HHG delivered to me in FL on Friday, January 16, 2015.   Said that was nice and we scheduled pickup for dawn window. I had a Couple of questions so I phoned CLS to ask my queries.   Sam was out of town, and so I spoke to Sally (customer support ) and I asked my questions, upgraded my stock list and requested her to support my pack-up and delivery dates (that was on Thursday, January 8); again, I realised I needed to have my own HHG on Friday the 16th (this is currently the 3rd person I have told).   I told Sally I had been elastic on the pickup date however I need to have my HHG in FL about the 16th.   She called shipment while I had been on the telephone with her and they stated that when I wanted that (have already talked to him this afternoon ) then would they pack up me on Friday rather than Sat?   I agreed and explained once again I wanted my own HHG on Friday the 16th.   As you can imagine, because Im writing this, on Friday the 16th around noon Once I have not learned from my movers nevertheless, I phoned them.   I obtained dispatch and they stated I wasn’t getting my HHG before Sunday (the 18th).   He informs me that he already told me this and I Couldn’t hold them liable for shipping on the 16th.   They’ve a 3-day Shipping window.   I simply hung them up and phoned Sam and asked for a manager to call me.   After an hour, I called back and asked why nobody has called me yet and that I had the title of a supervisor/manager so I could call him.   They said they would call me back.   After another half hour a supervisor (John, I believe ) called me and said I would have my HHG for Saturday

In case you have anything of significance, never use cls moving business. They’ve a really well organized theft ring one of their employees/movers.   The following is my own personal experience. At November of 2013, CLS movers have been also hired to relocate (me personally ) from north Carolina to Texas. My house was over 6,000 square foot, five bedrooms, and together with custom furnishings (Gail Brinn Wilkins, Asid interior designer – NC).   After the movers (3) revealed up my home, they were talking among themselves in a foreign language (Hebrew). I discovered this strange it left me quite uneasy. I asked the 1 gentleman, apparently in control – what they’re saying?   He had been so dreadful for me personally, and the temptations were so uneasy, that my previous housekeeper (falling by to say our goodbyes) – wouldn’t leave me alone together (leaving her an eye witness into any and each of these occasions ). Then they proceeded to maneuver room to room, avoiding eye contact with me, refusing to talk English. When they completed eyeballing, whispering (from Hebrew), & tethered into my valuables, furnishings, & possessions – they moved to package them.  I asked some number of occasions to tag the boxes (everybody does so?) – that they flat out denied. They were so rude, didn’t possess the boxes offered and/or space in their own truck to accommodate a lot of my possessions. As soon as they ran out of boxes – they then proceeded to package a lot of my valuables in trash bags! I was through a divorce proceedings and needed a court order to vacate the house, leaving me no option except to let them achieve that. Fortunately, because of this becoming a court order – I had taken photographs of my whole house – before the coming of CLS movers. I now have picture’s, such as my cabinets (where purses & shoes have been saved ) of each and every thing CLS movers withdrew out of my dwelling. The dollar worth, was astonishing (upward of $150,000.00 ) – and of course some number of stolen things had great sentimental value. I was collecting antique handbags for more than 25 years – to contribute for my daughter, if I someday have you. I really do have a kid – that they stole items belonging to my kid. Listed below are the things CLS movers Saved out of my house: several high-end classic handbags (30), luxury designer sneakers (40 ), classic lamps (two ), end tables(two ), paintings (7), carpeting (two ), silverware (two places situated in buffet), etc.. ) As soon as I reported that the theft, I had been advised by’Robert from the CLS claims section’ that my insurance will just lead to $300 bucks @ the maximum!  When CLS picked up my things – there have been a total of 47 boxes and I don’t have any clue the amount of trash bags. When they dropped off my items – there were just 30 boxes without crap bags.   This supposed that they drank at least 33 percent of what I possessed. I’ve got receipts from CLS definitely saying they chose up 47 boxes & dropped off 30. In addition, I have receipts of each of the furnishings which were stolen (that was since I had been using an expert decorator to supply the house ) to substantiate my claims. Because of continuing lawsuit – that I had been made to go back to the country of NC. On account of the theft which happened the year earlier (& I was so short on financing through this time),  I chose to call’Robert from the CLS asserts department’ – describing this was an chance for CLS movers to produce an extremely wrong – appropriate. He concurred (and after that, subsequently, contacted sam in revenue & customer support, situated in Georgia). They consented to relocate me back into NC – for a minimum cost.   They flat out lied.   They turned around & outsourced my transfer to a business based from l.A..   That moving business held my items hostage for nearly two weeks, requiring they are compensated in total – CLS wouldn’t return my telephone calls ever sticking me with a much greater equilibrium than the first one! Again, because of my house was a married home, I took photographs of my whole house (such as the cabinets for that my shoes & purses were found ).  I have photographs of each and every thing CLS movers stole out of my house that day. I was tired, diverted, & ravaged.  Then they proceeded to steal 33 percent of what I’d left in this world leaving me very little faith in mankind nowadays. I’ve only recently moved from Atlanta GA to New York town, on the 23th of December
I was coping with a gentlemen called Sam, they lent about $1900 for the one bed room apt and advised me it’ll take between 3-5 business days to arrive from new york.
I swear I have not seen this kind of professional moving team getting all packed and around the truck so quickly, it likely took them just 3 hours to load my own inclined into the truck and that which was packaged perfectly.
Ahead of time Sam suggested that to allow them to send it into New York City there’ll be an extra $200 shuttle fee because a semi trailer cannot get into the city, along with their gas surcharge within the contract had been just 5% I’ve compared their quotation to additional moving companies which were non stop calling my mobile to provide me a quotation along with CLS Moving & Storage has been the most affordable, the rest of the businesses wanted $350 – $500 shuttle charge plus ad-least that a 9% fuel surcharge.
I would undoubtedly suggest this moving company to anybody that’s moving, they’re dependable honest and fast any my quote didn’t raise price remained the same as it was initially quoted!

I transferred my house products from atlanta into New Jersey. This is such among the worst move I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Totally un expert employees delivery and approach. They’ve broken my novel instance, damaged my vanity, Couch and Nevertheless following 4 weeks I never even received the reimbursement out of fundamental insurance that we signal up from the ceremony.

Beware! Don’t use this moving business! Their cheap quotes aren’t worthwhile. I moved across state using CLS. They transferred my beds on the OUTSIDE of their moving truck, wrapped in plastic wrap like saran wrap. They had been soaked through from rain and totally destroyed. They took my own dining room table aside and were unable to place it back together. I place it back together and it’s wobbly and can’t be stabilized since they dropped a number of the screws–this is a Italian table using metric replacement parts I can’t get in the united states. Really awful experience, I would not suggest it to anybody. They said that they do not cope with subcontractors and they whined. They were two weeks late and that I had items lost along with a broken lamp. As soon as I called to receive my items back that they never had been discovered, not again. Folks save your cash, paying all of the cash I did I actually regret it. They stated to submit a claim for the missing and damaged things. Two days later I filed my claim, they phoned and said I was not getting anything back to writing a poor review. They explained it had been at the contract, so read the fine print individuals. Matters which shouldn’t get busted, were ruined. We had just bought a rainbow play program per month before we proceeded. They broke the principal column on it. It had been supposed to be removed and put back together at our new house but they did not have to put it back together because they broke the major beam. The drama set was sitting in 100 bits in my backyard ever since the movement in December, rotting, awaiting a reply on the claim that we have not and won’t receive. This provider lies and says they’ll make things right but they do not. They said they’d cover the harm to our ceiling, so they did not. They stated they’d have us moved out in 1 day. . It took two days, 2 trucks and much more money on the part. They told me if we did a half pack they’d charge us because of that. When they got there it was not on the bill so that they did not. My children’s toys had been ruined. They had a child’s Kraft kitchen that the doorways are completely broken from and can not be replaced since it ripped off the hinges. We’d only paid off a very wonderful dining room collection. When it came to our new house it had been upside down and totally shattered on the floor. My grandfather clock is in a thousand pieces on the interior. The whole clock part dropped off. It has been sitting in my living room looking dreadful, awaiting some kind of response. They broke 3 of those 4 mirrors we’d. My vest was put on its side along with the over hanging bit was broken. They broke my concrete planter out and they strove to cement it back or something until they introduced it to me and it is CROOKED! How that they”packed” material was dreadful. They shot lamps and pushed them in boxes breaking the mild part off. They shot floral arrangements and struck each flower in the arrangement. They saved our furniture at certain molded place also and also our beds SMELLED LIKE DEATH once we got them back. There’s a record of the remaining part of the harm. There is so much harm I can not even explain all of it. We’ve got images of everything. These people are scam artists. They took us for all we had and we have not been able to afford to replace every thing else they have damaged. They will not answer our requirements and they will not react on our promise. We have needed to submit a claim with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration since they’d 120 to react to our own claim and did not. These men were performed by 4:30pm. I was astonished as I’d transferred several days before and had never experienced this type of service. They need me to go away. I am not moving off. (I don’t understand why the going of the review states”International move.” It had been an interstate movement, Georgia to Washington.)
