I first made my reservation for two men/1 truck. The girl carrying the reservation originally made the reservation for 3 men/1 truck (that’s a greater rate per hour) and if I asked her to describe to me why I might require the 3rd guy (that I did not ) she could not justify it and got a mindset (what good customer support ). A few days prior to my transfer I called to affirm and discovered it was still reserved at 3 guys and a truck. As soon as I asked for this to be altered the guy wouldn’t honor my request and began doubting it with me (that he couldn’t justify it and ended it with stating that”it was not worthwhile for them to come outside for about $75 a hour”) Once I inquired why they’d sell 2 men/truck for transferring should”it was not worthwhile” he also couldn’t answer me. I had a studio’s worth of things to maneuver therefore there wasn’t any viable reason to not supply that the 2-man crew. He explained that he would see I was likely to”be an issue”, advised me to discover different movers, also hung me up. I called back 3 days and texted him; he didn’t respond whatsoever. Don’t USE this corporation.
