We’ve been applying this moving business about 4 times already and not had any problems with them. Not just the cost was as quoted and the shipping period was created in timely way. The team showed up 30 minutes beforehand and closely packed all our possessions. Thanks guys are so professional and dependable. Would highly recommend.

That is my first time going from your country,and that I had difficulty to find somebody reliable.My friend advocated Civiv Van Lines and now Im actually happy.Im a very punctuate man so I was really happy that they arrived time.It did take us years since I moved more then 50 kilometers but Im quite pleased with their own service.Fast and efficient that’s how I enjoy it.

My moving adviser, Alan, was terrific! He came into my house and took a list I needed to maneuver and gave a fair quote for a flat charge which comprised, driveway time, all substances, 6 men, two trucks, and packaging of my TVs and framed images which included a list of each of the items they’d move. I enjoyed the professionalism and also understanding that there would not be some surprises on going. A few times I needed to bring some items to the record however, the cost was not improved. I was frenzied the evening before going. Despite the fact that I stayed up all night to package, I was still behind in a number of the packaging. They began moving straight away and allow me to continue packaging since they moved. It turned out to be a large undertaking, and they have been courteous and very professional.
Nothing was lost or damaged. My entire family and I had been really impressed by this corporation.

This place rocks. Danelle, Daniel, and Alisa in the Nirth Hollywood place proved extremely useful and comprehensive. They transferred my pool table out of Las Vegas into Bethesda, MD easily. Everything was simple. Only to highlight:

Civic van lines was great selection for people to pick when we proceed.  Daniel and his team would be the best, hands down. I cannot recommend them enough. They’re quick, professional, yet friendly with cost prices. If you are moving and would like to employ some experts, they are the ideal bargain to locate.  Firm also provide me some packaging supplies at no cost. I was quite please with how this movers are protecting and wrap our furniture and this support of wrap is contained and there’s not any fee for this this is actually excellent organization to select if you intend to transfer will suggest them to some one,excellent experience!

Despite a Fantastic packing team coming at our house, the entire experience with Civic was dreadful.   I don’t suggest them. Civic contracted by an unnamed independent business to transport and send our household products. The motorist was rude, belligerent, unprofessional and invisibly.  He was more concerned about his”real boss” at New York than he had been about any obligations to Civic or to me personally since the customer.  The motorist had an older and well-used moving van, also left a huge deal about not scratching it by overhanging branches.   He refused to push the driveway unless I consented to additional payment. He also called his”boss” at New York and also the two of these tag-teamed me to get extra money or he wouldn’t unload the truck. This felt just like extortion or even 3rd planet bribery. As soon as I consented to pay, he then made sure that he was still more than 75′ in the doorway to meet the requirements for the long-carry premium. He even hired his inexperienced helper laborers locally through Craigslist. They did very little installation on delivery.

He didn’t take itemized stock on shipping to make certain that all boxes and items have been accounted for. I hired Civic to move from CA to UT. In my view, this business ought to be prohibited from doing business everywhere. The purchase price quote initially was great, beginning @ roughly $950, then the price kept going up. On the afternoon the packers really showed up (they arrived a day late), the price went up to approximately $1800, and that I had been told that when I did not agree, they’d leave my things. They flexed my folding camera & table tri-pod  stand (not repairable) and also a whole bunch of things is missing.   So be aware when you are going to proceed, stay far from Civic Vanlines!   If you have used Civic & experienced a similar bad experience, join me in submitting a complaint w/ the CA state Attorney General’s Office, so that they could conduct an official investigation in their deceptive practices.

DONT MAKE THE Exact Same MISTAKE I DID!! If you’re moving long distance, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I get the feeling, by talking about other people’s adventures, which civic does a pretty good job with local movements, it is the very long distance moves at which I see everybody is getting screwed. If I could save even just 1 person in the complete HELL I went through, then composing this review was totally worthwhile. I proceeded across the nation, from west to east shore, and I had been drawn to civic van traces since the”quotation” that they gave us was really inexpensive. Total bait and switch. Nobody was ever helpful or fair, more like unprofessional and rude. I honestly thought we’re not likely to see that our possessions back, and after dwelling within a month at our new flat with NOTHING, I began buying new things. We’ve got a young kid, it is not like we can only go without specific items. Ultimately our stuff came, along with the movers that dropped off our stuff (who really had nothing whatsoever more to do with civic at all ) were not the only real part of the whole procedure. And I’d love to add, which I would have likely been angry I had begun purchasing all new items, but for the simple fact that if we started unpacking, the majority of our material was either broken or missing. We have accounted for whole boxes of items that simply never even showed up. Frankly , it was the very stressful, hellish movement I have ever been through. The kicker is that it likely would have been more economical, following the doubled quote/damaged land, to haven’t moved anything in any respect, and only have purchased all new things once we came east. The degree of unprofessionalism is incredible. This firm is a Lot of SCAM ARTISTS and also CRIMINALS. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU MOVE LONG DISTANCE, you might not ever see your possessions again!

Bunch of low life scum bags!!! “Chicken hawks”!! They prey on ppl along with your cash! In your things!! On your wellbeing & sanity!! Needed to get the cops involved! They stole my things held it hostage for months! ! Then attempt to tear me off by altering the equilibrium! Very belligerent and Rude cursing me out stating if I need my stuff I will need to apologize to him This provider is simply RIDICULOUS!!!! They’ll be out of company I gurauntee it. Plze ppl know!! Dnt eventually become their victims.

Worst moving business ever!! In July these individuals over billed me tens of thousands of dollars. I’ve been at a claim dispute together for 3 weeks and I going towards a suit. They took chunks from the walls. Took hours to google how to take out my piano, and never managed to maneuver it. They billed me three hours of time to google the way to maneuver my piano rather than transferred it. The foreman was large and struggled with me. My credit card has been billed twice weeks following the transfer. All around a massive issue. Please save your frustration and move someplace else. I ended up having to pay an additional $800 to get my own piano transferred by another firm, Camelot Moving. They wind up becoming amazing. They laughed in the issues the men at Shelppers stated they’d. It just took these men 50 mins to transfer my piano to the truck.

Please do not plan a cross country proceed for this business if you don’t want to be the victim of extortion and fraud.  I’ve been attempting to manage this business for more than a month, and they’re simply short of scam artists.  Everything changed about how that they do business when they took ownership of my house.  I’ve contacted the department of transport because of their manner of conducting business, and we will see who”wins” that around.

We travelled with Civic since theor quotation was lower than Mayflower, but in the long run hey proved nearly $1000 more! Obviously they did not tell us until they had it around the vehicle, and did not assist me when I called to question that the prices. When we asked them about the negative reviews, they stated it had been only a few isolated events. They wrapped up foam blocks as though they were china (and billed us for it)  but abandoned a classic chest unprotected, which was ruined. So many things were broken and ruined I can not even list all of them. I have photographs of boxes clearly marked FRAGILE crushed under 7 additional boxes! They stained the rug, left some things taped up in sunlight which destroyed them, and stuck us with somebody else’s table. They left me speak right to the motorist for the shipping date, and once it was postponed by by a day, they took no obligation and stated I misheard, so that I was left scrambling to have somebody there on a workday or else they were planning to bill us! The gap in consumer support from intending into in transit to shipping was shucking and upsetting. We still very much regret to the day not heading with Mayflower!

Besides exceptionally bad service dishonesty and being a burglar is the commerce of Valerie and Civic Van Lines don’t get swindled by those salesman and their workers. They promise something and don’t get results in receiving the movement complete. Employees whine over owners and direction prohibited practices and frankly it got to the point of me having to tell them its not my company and when workers aren’t happy they ought to visit the Labor Enforcement Board to whine I simply needed my relocation to become eloquent and transitional rather I get ripped off. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Worst Customer Service I’ve ever received. This business is a joke, so can’t actually meet their word which was offering.
Moving from CA. Into TX. Was searching for a smooth movement with no hangups.

I phoned and talked to Erica Sanchez and explained to her exactly what desired. She was really useful and had informed me that if I have my things picked up on June 22nd, I might find a July 1st shipping date. Therefore I said, okay, let us take action.

I call back and talk with Joseph, who’s seemingly the Mgr in client support, he informs me that he will personally have a mgr telephone me on Tuesday, because Monday is a holiday.

Tuesday comes and still no response in my things being transferred or a telephone call in the MGR. Each time that I phone Jesse, He simply pushes off me and gives me the run around and seeking to blame me for not registering all of the types. So today it’s been almost 5 months because this firm has had my own things and I’ve finally gotten some work from Jesse, possibly the oldest he will get my things on a truck would be Saturday afternoon, July 9th.

So because this man, JESSE HEEBER, dropped the ball and then allow my paperwork proceed with no focus on this, this business didn’t deliver on it is announcement of getting my things delivered on July 1st. This also caused me added financial hardship since not having some of my things, I needed to really go out and get all new things for now. In addition, I need to come back to week Sunday, July 10th, and now I need to purchase new job uniformsand work boots & work gear since this business has my things. So I request JESSE HEEBER, to reveal some empathy and help me out with some sort of settlement, you understand just take $250.00 of my equilibrium because I needed to purchase new things to your home and fresh job things. He informs me that it is not his fault and that he should not need to refund me, I must of taken my job things with me. WOW!!!! As an Operations MGR. Incredible how he’s treated me.

Complete: $2000.00+ to get a trying and unwarranted experience

Whenever I call and request to consult with some MGR or Manager, I only have the run around and brush off or else they let me undergo JESSE HEEBER. That is clearly not workingout. No one in this business wishes to help me solve my problem, everybody would like to pass the dollar along with the buck finally stops at JESSE HEEBER’s desk and will not be slowed any farther.

JESSE HEEBER is really a bad justification for the OPS MGR, he does not care about the client, he will not take his mistakes and he also attempts to place everything back to the client.

I was initially going to acquire a U HAUL truck and transfer everything myself but after talking with Erica, I really trusted and had faith that Shlepper’s could do a fair job. BOY, was I wrong.

I won’t ever recommend this business, this business is the worst in regards to customer support. This business is a joke, so I’d stay far away from the provider.

I ordered my transfer out of LA to Texas via Erica in the end of June. She looked professional, organized, and answered all of my queries. The men who have been advised to pick up my things showed up quite on time, and they have been also professional, friendly, and obviously understood exactly what they were doing. They shot my things on June 29, 2016, also that I have not heard or seen anything else about it since. I have called many times today, and talked to Jesse in shipment who never appears to understand when my possessions will even be placed to a truck let alone arrive in their destination.
Jesse hasn’t returned a telephone call, and whenever I call him, he does not have access to his personal computer or some other delivery details. What type of dispatch individual does not understand where things happen? Meanwhile, I am living from a bag.
These men may be good for in-city motions, but don’t use them for extended distance. I have been waiting for a month, and still have no idea where my items are or when they will appear, when ever.
This was assumed to function as right forward portion of my move, rather, it is the nightmare that’s holding up each additional step in the procedure.
I won’t ever use Schleppers again and again will most definitely recommend against anybody with them, particularly for a very long distance movement.

About 6/17/16 Shleppers movers came at my home in 2101 E 21st St, Unit 202, Signal Hill, CA. They picked up my merchandise and departed. Once they left it was found they’d discharged a bulletproof vest out of my house value $1,200. There’s a police report filed with Signal Hill Police. The shipping date to my new residence in 700 Spring Garden Drive, Bedford, TX, has been recorded”when you can”. The shipping window to the transfer has been 7-21 business days. The time for shipping was June 28th on July 18th. The business said they send to Texas twice per week. Shleppers delivered nearly all of our products on June 30th. But, it had been found 2 replicas of goods weren’t on the vehicle and wasn’t delivered. Also much of this furniture has been damaged to a degree and also my bike was also ruined. A call to your manager Jesse Heeber was set on July 1 and that he explained he didn’t understand where the remaining objects were and would see them. This required some time and a halfdozen. I predicted on July 13th and Jesse stated that they had been discovered and could send out on another truck. That date for dispatch was likely to be July 15th. Shleppers are difficult to accomplish, Jesse doesn’t answer his telephone faithfully, and nobody in the firm is going to provide me a firm date for shipping. Jesse maintained mentioning the dispatch would arrive at the next week. I’ve called multiple times per week but I haven’t got my merchandise.

I will start with I WISH that I LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS ONLINE!!! Caution… I GOT SCAMMED!

I had been advised by my sister, to attempt with a moving company my brother-in-law functioned for; Shleppers Moving and Storage. I consented to utilize them, and fourteen days ahead of time, specify a date of November 28th, 2016, if their rep came by my home and lent me $400 for its transfer. I advised him that has been reduced, seeing it was consistently about $1000 to transfer my items, when I did it myself. I was eager to not only spend less, but not need to move the products. He reassured me everything was nice and the quotation was strong. He agreed about the 28th, and advised me they’d get me a moment. I called to find that moment, but never got a reply back (expecting that this was loved ones and what was likely to follow through). I eventually got a telephone, morning of the 28th, that they had been out front! Regardless, I had been excited to proceed, and moved forward with buzzing up them.

In walked three movers, none of which were my brother in-law. It turns out that he was known as on another movement. I allow these 3 strangers into my house, which was among the WORST mistake I’ve ever produced. Throughout the corse of the move they took double the time they stated. I had friends tell me that they watched them with their truck, not doing anything. They eventually got my items down to the truck, and we moved to my new residence.

There, I discovered that my stereo was busted. This was after they smashed a lamp to the floor. It wasn’t until afterwards that I discovered down the goose, feather, sofa which I obtained from Restoration Hardware was ruined, and a few of my nicer rings were stolen! I had been too busy working after the transfer, together with the fact that they asked me for $1000 for their support, which is out of the stuff they attempted to charge me for; boxes that they shot back, tape they used, and plastic I’d supplied, but they utilized their very own. Ironically, $1000 to get a project I was quoted $400. I told them I’d give them $700. They obtained their boss Jesse Heeber on the telephone, and after a good deal of arguing, he consented to $700. I paid in cash, plus they left. I obtained no estimate, no paperwork, without a Bill of Landing.

Now, after searching on the world wide web, I’ve discovered that this is common practice with the corporation. I’ve found uncontrolled complaints of over charging, surging, slipping, and much more. It is terrifying!!! Who knows what else they took I’ve not found yet. Worst is, I did not look at testimonials myself! I hired them. Now I see why testimonials matter.

Now, I am attempting to submit a claim with my own insurance, however they require a Bill of Landing. They want paperwork. Something this firm knew I’d need. I’m out of choices, and abandoned screwed over like everybody in all of the reviews I have read since this occurred. Adding an intriguing one, with a former worker, who claims that this sort of material is encouraged! How can a scam and setup, such as this thieving firm, keep getting away with this?

Civic van lines offered us a minimal number without ever giving us a visual review of our products. They dropped the costs when they came to pick up these items. They never gave us a few records about our relocation like the significant notice of the relocation. They’ll charge you 10 percent more for having a charge card. They dropped several things in the transfer rather than were fair or useful to solve it. I needed to document my very first police record against these to attempt to get my things back. See haven’t got my things yet following four weeks. The movers ruined the interior of my home and were quite careless with my things. Dropped several boxes in the moving truck. Beware of the company since they’re only agents. They are just out to earn money in your moving experience.
