Christian Brothers Moving and Storage lately did a go for us. They did a complete TERRIBLE job. They were late showing up the day of their movement, they ruined furniture, broke images in their frames, and broke many dishes. They were piling boxes I had marked brittle. They clearly didn’t care about what they’re doing and were quite inexperienced. I took photos of everything which was ruined and when I contacted the supervisor to speak to him about what, he was VERY rude and wouldn’t hear what I needed to say. I called the main office in which the owner of the provider is situated and once more dealt with VERY rude men and women who wouldn’t hear what I needed to say. I wouldn’t suggest these movers to anybody for any reason. They aren’t accountable for their damages and also have horrible customer support.

Rates were aggressive to other businesses, I picked Christian Brothers because earnings man was fine and made extra effort to make our organization. Regrettably, when things did not move smooth and we predicted to say our dissatisfaction that he turned and was impolite loud and refused to compromise. We called the corporate office and obtained exactly the exact same attitude. Each person we talked to, locally and in Corporate, promised to be the maximum degree of direction and we wouldn’t alter their choice. It’s exactly what it’s was their answer.
The packaging was hurried, furniture wasn’t covered, had walls, scrapes were scraped and dented and flooring scraped. The entire attitudes was”it is not that bad”.
I know minor things occur during a movement but the no maintenance attitude and being shouted at by Mangers isn’t very good company.

The proprietor gave us the first quotation & called it company for our transfer to Texas. We saved our furniture together to get a year.The cost shifted when we called on it – doubled. We were eager to cover the excess gas charges however, we felt just like hostages and also the proprietor desired nothing to do with us. The office manager said none of the quotations were binding, even if required with us and them.
When we obtained our furniture that they used trailers without a suspension. A $4,000 Travertine java table has been shattered, treadmill pay in pieces, weight machne sticks missing together with many, many other missing and broken products. It was truly a dreadful experience which went on until 9 at nighttime. We had two movers and one guy chosen off Craig’s listing down here who couldn’t browse the boxes. Don’t use them for whatever. Everything we packed ourselves came thru fine.

This is actually the second time that I have utilized Christian Brothers and could certainly recommend them. Shawn as team leader made sure everything moved in/out as intended along with his team guys, Alonso along with Armando, worked with no stopping.

This what exactly what I wrote that the day of this move and that I stand by that. ALL the movers themselves were hard workers and were really wonderful. The only issue I had with them was when it came time to charging. It just took them 1.5 hours to float both trucks in my hosue throughout the movement that’s wonderful. But, they stated that it took them 6 hours to load the trucks that afternoon stating they began at 7am. I find that somewhat hard to think that it took 4 times longer to load the trucks then to unload especially because our storage place was quite near their loading zone. I also found it bizarre since they did not call me until about 9:30am so I was imagining that was when they began loading. When I questioned them about it after the fact that they stated that they really start at 7am. Should you utilize Christian Brothers that I would advise heading for their centre the morning of the load simply to be certain that you understand precisely when they begin loading.

I didn’t find it strange that we needed to cover driveway time however I did find it difficult that we needed to cover their lunch period. The movers advised me that they had been completed loading the truck at noon and it took them 30 minutes to drive to my home so that would imply that I paid for an hour lunch.

Substantial damage to products. Used just 16 moving pads for 2 big trucks. Movers stated there ought to be 80 pads each truck.

They provided 2 hours of in home repair afterward withdrew it since I complained to the Better Business Bureau.

They had their lawyer contact me for photos and data. Fourteen days later when I phoned to request the reply, the lawyer explained he was replaced as their lawyer but not formally advised.

When I contacted the insurer rgistered together with the Colorado PUC, the insurer announced that they were just in an application nation.

I wrote directly to the CEO but he refused to react to me personally.

A very sad and disappointing movement using a business that from the Better Business Bureau recommendation, we had high hopes.

My transfer at Austin, Texas went really easily and the employees were professional and extremely fast. The lead man, Benny was quite friendly and quite convinced with his job and team. They have the work done at the period of time which was projected. I was quite impressed with how cautious they had been with packaging my things and loading them onto the truck. I had no damage to my furniture or items packaged. I’d definately recommend Christian Bros. if you’re moving from the Austin region. They’ll care for you and find the task finished.

My fears proved to be groundless. Our packers, Shannon and her helper, came on time and were both professional and capable. The movers, Jesse and his helper, were later than planned, but called to say they’d be late. They were equally careful and painstaking. Nothing in our condominium was ruined as they transferred our furniture out.
Our furniture has been delivered one day prior to the window at the contract, however, the inspector, Mark, called and requested permission to do so. This wasn’t an issue. Mark came when he said he’d. It had been late in the afternoon so that he was not able to receive any help. He transferred everything in and place it where we wanted, and put the bed together. Not one of our furniture has been lost or damaged in its own movement from Colorado to South Dakota

I do not normally discuss my testimonials, but that is the best moving experience I have ever had.  The total process was fantastic.  It was great to own Shawn involved in the full procedure.  The hit their projected hours precisely.  I liked having fine folks in our house.  Shawn and Justin were rather cautious packers, nothing has been broken during the movement, not even a scratch.  Shawn, Justin and Benny were rather effective loaders and just pleasant folks to get in the home during the loading procedure.  And then Shawn and Thomas did a great job on the movement and unloading.  I have done five or six interstate movements and this is actually the best for certain.  As I said nothing broke and that I havent’ even discovered some scratches to mention.  I would recommend Christian Brothers and this team particularly, to anybody seeking to move!  Thank you to this fantastic experience.   – Ryan

I am exceptionally DISAPPOINTED using Christian Brothers Moving and Storage.  I picked Christian Brothers since they promised to be a Christian Business, their evaluation with the BBB, and that I wished to encourage local companies.  John, the sales man at Christian Brothers promised me that my possessions are in the very best of hands should I picked them to perform my transfer.  Regrettably, this was be the WORST moving adventure ever!  Each piece of furniture has been ruined because of Christian Brother’s gross negligence, recklessness, unprofessionalism, and total disregard for my own possessions.
As soon as I called the local office to state my concerns for how my possessions were packed and managed during the movement, John, the sales man, became quite defensive and rude and offered no alternative. 

As soon as I called the business office, I got the identical mindset.  Doug, the Operations Manager, and Zack, the Regional Manager, advised me it seemed like I had been with a case of”buyer’s remorse” and wanted my money backagain. Each person I talked to, corporate and locally, promised to be the maximum degree of management and that the decision had been made and they’d hear nothing longer. 
I filed a claim with all Christian Brother’s Insurance Agency, Claims Adjusting Company, together with photographs of all of the harm, and a quote I obtained from a wood and leather craftsman to repair the damages (that was nearly $3000), and waited patiently for a reply.  6 weeks afterwards, it was their answer:

Dirty products.  Business isn’t in charge of clean any dirty furniture. Not insured under the provider liability insurance policy.

NWT: ordinary tear and wear of a movement, minor scrapes. Not insured under the company liability insurance policy.
Thing was selected up with previews conditions. Please consult with your stock list state at source } can’t cover this product. 

Pressed timber – firm isn’t accountable for scraped wood/formica things not insured under the business liability insurance coverage, the motive behind furniture made from engineered timber participles can easily be broken when hauled.
Incredible!  I have photos in my Realtor to establish that there clearly was no preexisting harm to some of my furniture, my furniture wasn’t filthy, and certainly wasn’t made from pressed wood!  Along with the explanation for regular tear and wear of a movement is completely unacceptable!  After that, two months after, I received however a very different motive that they had been denying my claim:  The ruined items were piled and packaged PBO. Inspired from the Operator.  Still Another lie.   If I so called packaged everything myself, then what can I cover Christian Brothers to perform?!  Certainly, Christian Brothers will stop at nothing to escape from doing what is appropriate.

I wouldn’t suggest Christian Brothers Storage and Moving to anybody!  And I’ll do what I could to get out the word that their company shouldn’t be utilized whatsoever for storage and moving. They can’t be reliable and may care less about your possessions.

My spouse and I personally contracted Christian Brothers to get a local transfer in Texas. We had been quoted a cost of $2979.00 to transfer our possessions approx. 10 milesper hour Not the cheapest cost we all recieved, but using the title Christian Brothers, we believed them to become trustworthly. They were late coming to package. The following day that the came late to pick up. The men they delivered to transfer us weren’t in neat clean pajamas as exhibited on thier site. Tattered jeans and T-shirts is exactly what they wore. They shot multible smoke fractures leaving cigarette butts from the driveway at both homes. At length, the cost went up an extra $1082.50 (36 percent ) on the quoted cost. After we complained about the extra price, the supervisor told us he’d return to us. He didn’t. They did charge our credit card for the extra quantity. Don’t be deceived by thier title, but there’s not anything Christian about this business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had our products preserved with Christian Brothers for more than a year, May 2011 to June 2012, while our new house has been constructed.  I had been alright with the situation to its first several weeks.  I was fine till I moved to their climate controlled vault to find something from this storage.  This was when I discovered that our possessions where separated from the others by a few of strands of packing tape.  A few strips of packing tape, for heaven’s sake!  I recall thinking inwardly that that was a genuine recipe for theft or loss. Today,, Come June 2012 and finally our new house is complete.  I was so eager to call and schedule the delivery of my products.  The delivery came later than I expected and we all were anxious for the truck unloaded along with also our stuff into the home or the garage.  The truck left and all looked fine.  We then began really take a look at our merchandise and then unpack the boxes.  We discovered that the arms of the couch were defeated by weight which had rested on the arms for all those many months.  We found abrasions on a number of bits.  And worst of all, a minumum of one box is MISSING!!  That box comprised our portion of the marriage china and other specific dishes and dishes.  All these were gifts from individuals, many of whom have been long gone, as we’ve been married for 39 decades. When speaking to Christian Brothers I had been told that we can file a claim and get $0.60/pound for our reduction.  This would equate to less than the price of one of those plates that are lost.  I discuss some of this responsibility for our reduction, in that I didn’t buy the excess insurance.  But, there was a serious break-down in communications.  Christian Brothers in no way signaled that my”Renter’s Insurance” would just cover theft rather than reduction.  In case I registered a claim, after filing a police report, my allowance could be greater than the reduction. I will file a police report for theft.  My wedding china went to their vault in May 2011 and wasn’t located in June 2012.  My only conclusion is that the box/boxes were missing, theft because of absence of security, or really stolen.  In any event, I don’t have my wedding china. You ask, could I urge Christian Brothers?  Not on a bet!  Not just one individual out of Christian Brothers has known, or seen us, to express sorrow or to mention that they were sorry for our loss.  Their attitude was,”TO BAD, SO SAD!  GET OVER IT AND GET ON WITH YOUR LIFE!” Search FOR ANOTHER COMPANY, THERE ARE Lots of OTHER COMPANIES IN THE MARKET PLACE. The people from the front office were all responsive and helpful.   Thomas and his team were nothing short of fantastic.   They were careful, courteous, considerate and quick! I believed there was no way They’d get our Home and storage loaded and unloaded in 10 hours.   I have never noticed a bunch of men run in and outside of the home with multiple boxes.   They did not break, scratch or fall anything.   I’d definitely use them again should I ever Opt to go again.   I urge them completely.

These men are fantastic!! They moved out of the way to have the task done, we stored much needed money since they remained busy all day and did not make the most of fractures!

They where hard working and very considerate.

We’d certainly use them again later on!

All I could say is due to this men, Tyrone, Steven, Johnny, along with James Nelson wherever lovely.
5000 sq feet performed in under 12 hours!!!!! Amazing  They functioned like nothing I’ve ever noticed before and exceeded all of my expectations!

Each of the men where incredibly Great!   They worked tirelessly & Professionally with Fantastic care for our Private property.   They never whined about the warmth or the challenging work.   These men are powerful! I’m extremely impressed and will certainly highly recommend!!

From the half dozen movements I’d all with unique businesses this undoubtedly was the greatest. Professionalism, attention to detail, favorable connections, together with timely and superior work leads me to highly urge Christian Brothers Moving.

Christian Brothers Moving & Storage did a exceptional job moving us out of Spring, TX into The Woodlands, TX.  It was not a much move but that which has been handled very professionally and the movers were quite careful with our possessions.  They’re contract workers but we found them to be quite great and they have been prompt in bringing to our home early and getting us moved all in 1 day.  We discovered all things in great form and nothing brokenup. Additionally , they were quite meticulous when glancing in our new house.  There wasn’t 1 scrape or bump on some of our walls and people had been hoping to perform quite a little touch up work following the movement, but none has been necessary.

Memorial Day Heartbreak: The narrative is simply that, my narrative.  This season on Memorial Day I had been reminded of this unprofessional absence of ethics shown us by Christian Brothers Moving and Storage in our transfer in July’12. They lost 5 boxes of personal items that comprised the only real memory of my dead dad, his WWII uniform.  Apart from the that were damaged things that totaled over $4,000.  We purchased the insurance to your shipping, however, CB states unless we could prove we possessed these things, we’re out of luck. Their answer, following 6 weeks, by the insurance comprised .60 percent for 100 lbs, and a gag order to prevent us out of saying anything to some media socket.  We rejected their idiotic offer. Run quickly from such movers.  Individuals like boss Doug, and proprietor Brian will cure you with additional disrespect than you can imagine and you’ll never see your things such as the photograph attached again. . Very, Very unhappy. .

Don’t come out and provide a quote ahead of the transfer, didn’t supply a written tabulation of the number of boxes or packaging material utilized,  no stock sheet of furniture and boxes. We had been made to lower the movement by one day late in the day. Around $2,000.00 in recorded furniture harm (some durable ), just 4 parts of furniture transferred were without any harm. To my understanding used no pads on furniture just wrapped in vinyl. Broke stair banister shifting furniture to new home, broken walls and timber flooring, didn’t pack or transfer each of the possessions at old home, shattered glass table top, damaged upholstery on seats and an antique couch and lots of friction mars and processors on furniture because of inadequate protection and the way it had been packaged from the trucks. At 1 AM, ending of transfer, she gave me a written statement and received payment in full.
Don’t cover the damage claim in total, even though pictures and estimate of damage has been filed with an expert furniture repairperson. I talked about this with her,” she also stated the promise I initially registered was a lesser number. I resent first email files and images.   She subsequently exchanged for”additional boxes” a total of nearly $400.00 in the damage case. The very first thing of this has been when I had been of trying to amass the damage case.
I wasn’t in the old home during the packaging and proceed. I’d have certainly stopped the proceeded, though I was there to see just how everything went to the vehicle. They’re the worst moving business I’ve every used or heard about.   Although they seem to be fine folks, they don’t have the capacity to move any furniture or possessions of worth. They certainly don’t know the worth of what it is that they are moving predicated on the way the boxes have been packed along with the furniture ready.  Sometimes different things were only put all together in a space boxes with No packaging material.   I’ve moved several times employing all sorts of businesses. I’ve not experienced as much harm and too little concern or care, as was shown by this company within this move. Buyer beware.

The sole reason why I chose to write about a business such as this one is because they did a superb job. Christian Brothers Moving & Storage transferred me a week back and did an wonderful job. By the moment I talked to Brian and advised my appointment until when Alex unloaded my final bit of furniture that which went easily. Christian brothers real working movers were very considerate except for an individual named Chief.   He asked me when I needed to protect my flooring and that I said”yes”.   But they hurts my hardwood flooring and refused to Repair It.   They also ruined my furniture and not able to repair it and also their owner phoned my house phone to frighten me to not contact the business about fixing my flooring and furniture.   I contacted and registered a complaint with BBB.   Christian Brothers is quite dishonest and Won’t hold up with their responsibility to Repair my flooring They ruined, my dry walls, my stairs, along with my furniture.   My Home is Brand-new structure and they have caused damages to my home and furniture and Won’t hold responsibility for this.   I would strongly suggest that you examine all of the comments and history to Chritian Movers before utilizing them.

Eddie and his team were great. They had been on time, attentive & methodical. We’re really lucky to have Eddie and his team for the two moves. We highly recommend him and Christian Brothers. Eddie, Rudy, Mike & Casey ware all very professional and nice while they must work and have the work done immediately. We appreciate the care they took in our brand new house!

Before contracting with Christian Brothers Transferring I’d check with additional moving companies for  cost and customer services. Only contracted together for storage and already a significant cost increase and got no notification of growth. Read your contract until you do any business with this firm. First I needed to call the firm once I see a cost increase. Before that time I constantly would obtain an email or composed letter when I first contracted together. I never got any communication which the company was seeking to increase storgae cost and provide me the choice to make different arrangements. After doing some research you will find additional moving companies which are more realistic and do business the ideal way.

I’ve never left a review such as this, but felt forced to do this in this case given the absence of proficiency of Christian Brother’s Moving and Storage. The business packed and transferred my home and given my expertise, I would STRONGLY recommend you to locate another of those many movers in Denver. In their rush, the packaging team neglected to package two whole bathrooms and 2 cabinets, that I left them conscious of this day of the transfer. I’ve currently sent them multiple mails and left multiple messages, but haven’t heard back from them. Then, the movers neglected to plug in my garage refrigerator/freezer. Two days after the movement, we understood that this as thawed meat has been running down the sides. Obviously, we needed to throw out a few hundred bucks of destroyed product. Last, I had been billed for 11.5 hours to the transfer. The movers showed up in my home at 8:45 and have been gone out of the new home at 4:45. They maintained they began the day at 7 to get the truck ready. My home in 25 minutes out of their workplace so apparently it requires more than an hour for six men to throw several blankets around the truck and two hours to create the 25 minute return into the office in the conclusion of the day. Recognizing a obvious padding of hours and within an acknowledgment of the grievous error, the business credited me with a single hour, though this still leaves two hours unaccounted for.

The movers worked hard, at least while I was there, but neither the packers nor the movers took their time to be certain things were done correctly and finish. We hired Christian Brothers Moving back in November of 2015 and also had excellent experience with the provider. They really worked with us at our funding and supplied many unique choices. The mattresses weren’t covered as they guaranteed, causing the delivery of filthy and ripped corners on each mattress. Boxes were ruined with holes, plastic containers were scraped. Furniture was scraped or broken. Kitchen goods were also shattered. They clearly didn’t load the truck at an expert way.
Further, I’d received a voucher for about $500 off boxes once I booked the appointment. Regardless of this, and using an email to establish it, the more movers chose to try to charge me for every box and explained that there was no way I’d get $500 away because that might be sufficient boxes to move the whole neighborhood. I have never heard back concerning this generous settlement so I now have to pursue with litigation.
Last, I was not provided a claim type for all of the harm after asking on various events. All claims have to be filed within 10 days and they probably were expecting I’d neglect to submit over the suitable time frame with no form. We sold our house in July and utilized Christian Brothers at the time and they have been good at moving us to our lease. We purchased a house and only used them again in February. Jason, Devon, Mario, and Rodrigo all did a wonderful job again for us. They were speedy and everything came in tact and they had been pleased to help us arrange the furniture placement if desired before they abandoned. Plus free boxes!

Move day began with the movers hitting my wife up for hints. Credit where credit is because they worked really hard and economically. They did hurt the walls and a doorway in the house we we’re going from. My wife suggested we trick them so I purchased the group breakfast and gave every mover $20. Behind my back among those movers went to my spouse and stated that the 20 was an insult. He neglected to face me. Upon delivery to the brand new house lights broken, vases broken, disassembled furniture not constructed (as was promised), and they struck our treadmill. They really had the guts to strike up my wife for hints again…
If you would like to earn an already stressful task worse, seek the services of these morons!

Lawrence and Steve arrived at our house and did a great job. They moved fast and took good care of our possessions. I strongly suggest this crew. Lawrence was a great guide and Steve did a excellent job forcing. Thank you Christian Brothers.

DON’T TRUST YOUR BELONGINGS OR WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I hired CB Transferring to transfer my house into a storage device while I had been homeless for around a year and with my brand new house constructed. There is a listing of issues.
1. The day of the movement NO ONE SHOWED UP. I phoned in a panic, it was a Saturday, and the ownership date on my house I was selling was Monday. This got solved and a group was sent out for Sunday. It had been some miscommunication on either side included.

2. Sunday, I had been told to anticipate my movers by 8:00. . .they weren’t there whatsoever, they were not there in 9…I phoned in a panic, clearly given the encounter that the day before. They showed up at 9:30. (BTW they billed me in the close of the day because 8:00 am citing prep and drive period although my move out place was not any longer than a 10 minute drive from their place ).

3. Throughout the movement at my home and the loading the the truck, two of those 3 men started fighting at each other, swearing and also becoming warmed. Facing my then 5 and 3 year old daughters.

4. During the move of this transfer the movers all stopped for supper. Fine. . .eat, have a rest, but they attempted to bill me this time too. At $190 an hour, I am not paying for that. . .that pay rate drops into the firm in ANY transfer.

5. Throughout the move to the storage device and draining the vehicle, I grabbed their men performing a”lookout” while loading my things into storage. I initially left while they have been putting my possessions because I do not think I need to have to look over their shoulder. As soon as I returned via another entrance into the centre, two of the guys were sitting at the truck, whereas the next was standing in the close of the aisle peaking his head about searching for my truck to reunite. As soon as they saw me, he came hurrying back to frighten them.

6. THIS IS THE WORST PART. My things were transferred to storage as a lot of people do if they relocate, or have been in transition. As I said I had been having a house built. I recently just emptied my storage, maybe not utilizing CB understandibly due to things 1-5 together with my move out procedure. The movers I utilized pointed things out as they were pulling them from my storage prior to transferring them, to demonstrate the harm to confirm they had not done it. Customized furniture destroyed, cracked door in my washer, destroyed dressers, this record continues on and on.

Obviously these items being ruined were not captured until lately. They have been sitting in storage untouched the past calendar year. When I contacted the company the sole thing they said was,”You have 10 days on your contract to submit a claim” and essentially had no intention of looking to it, or doing something about it or attempting to even talk about it. Their answer was only”You Signed a Contract, and the Contract stated 10 times”

So, so my choices are to submit a claim in civil court for all these things. Something I fully plan to do. But be cautioned all. THE DO NOT UPHOLD ANY CHRISTIAN VALUES THAT THEY CLAIM BASED ON THEIR NAME.

If you like your possessions DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

To get started with the packers didn’t indicate any of those boxes as in kitchen, master bedroom – none of those boxes were marked at all. They caused over 1500.00 in damages- lost each of the screws to produce master bed and dropped all the pliers in my formal furniture. They also neglected to package 2 drawers and one cupboard in my kitchen. We needed to drive to our old house with less than 12 hours before storm Harvey hit. The majority of our furniture has been damaged in some manner. We’ve tried to get them and they essentially refuse to assist us. They even taped a twist to the very top of my formal table and then proceeded to heap boxes in addition to it. Obviously I have a moderate side screw signal on the very top of my desk.

We had a favorable experience with our movers along with our relocation wasn’t an easy or simple one. Cisco, David G, Justin S, Daniel C were enjoyable and easy to use. They did lose the screws into the pedals, but partly our fault also because we do not recall at which the inspector told us that he had been taping them. Hopefully, they will look as if we unpack! The men worked their butts off and we are going to use them again and again request the very same men. They even responded with”see you next year”! :-RRB-

Perhaps not a very”Christian” way of managing clients. AVOID!
They over-billed us more than $900 in services that are falsified. Following an extremely debilitating, five-week procedure, I eventually consented to a $777 refund. I needed to place a $1,000 dispute with my credit card business. This may have helped my own negotiation. I’ve subsequently filed a complaint with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC).

Christian Brothers Moving and Storage finally acknowledged that they over-billed us but has intentionally failed to follow through to the asked refund. They’re seemingly dragging out this process to prevent or postpone repayment. In accordance with our contract, we have to go through mediation if they neglected to react.
Sabrina was my primary contact, article transfer, regarding the inadequate service and deceptive billing practices. The painful process of having Christian Brothers Moving & Storage to repay the over-billing was further exacerbated, by Sabrina’s pulling out this by failing to react along with failing to give complete information to reconcile. She’d often have a week to respond to a email and she never returned a telephone call.

Problem details:
1. Damage to cellar doorway in fresh residence. I pointed out this to Mariano, the manager. Among his employees suggested choosing to door off the hinges before in the afternoon but Mariano determined it wasn’t crucial.
2. The movers disassembled a recliner sofa from the upstairs Bonus space, at the old home, to make it much easier to carry. They reassembled half of the recliner sofa in the new residence and left the other half along with the bolts onto the ground near it.
3. The movers took off the feet a bar seat to make it much easier to carry. They attracted the seat into the cellar, as directed, but they didn’t reassemble. They left among those toes at the garage. We’ve been not able to find the next foot.
4. A file cabinet was ruined / dented from the transfer and DR hutch ws ruined
5. Thus far, we’ve discovered over forty boxes which were delivered into the wrong rooms. The majority of them were put at the basement storage area of the new home when they had been clearly indicated for upstairs rooms. This meant that we have to now transport them up two flights of stairs. NOT HAPPY!
6. Occasionally, your staff was laid back, unmotivated, and unenthusiastic. There were regular and lengthy breaks during each of the 3 truck changes. I had to shop about to find that nobody was functioning on multiple events.
7. I was quite disappointed when Mariano examined the last invoice with me that revealed 14 hours of work on a 10-hour estimate. At the start of the transfer the manager pointed out that we had been incredibly well prepared for the movement with practically everything boxed, guest bedroom mattress disassembled, wall unit disassembled, and all boxed clearly tagged. Why was your estimator off with over 40%? (He was not since they over-charged us by 3 1/2 hours)
8. Mariano (working manager ) expressed his annoyance with the 120 money tip which I gave him along with his team throughout the last bill signing. He said that this was far too small, and that I might add more to the invoice, by credit card, even if I didn’t have some more money. I opted to remain with $120. We also supplied your staff a 150 Chick-fil-A lunch, at our cost. They thanked us for lunch.

Time/Hours Reconciliation: 3 1/2 hours overcharged out of the 14 hours charged on a 10-hour quote. Therefore, following the refund, I compensated for 11 hours on a 10-hour quote.

On a positive note: The furniture repair man was fantastic. He also fixed a ding on the dining room hutch and mended the hole at the doorway.

Our movement was a massive success due to Rudy, Javonte, and Angel.

I along with my family loved them!! Rudy is extremely professional and kept things on track. I was extremely impressed with his leadership abilities and all of them worked good as a group. Every gentleman had a particular method of working and communicating together with our family which spoke volumes for representing your business. It left a significant effect on all people. They exemplified above ordinary.

This entire move experience went so much better than anticipated because of these. WOW! In the moment we contacted you all, the experience had been positive from begin to finish.

Christian Brothers Moving and Storage is Definitely the best moving company in the Valley!

Stay away! They accept your credit card for a payment after which overcharge. I moved back and forth together with them as they said they’d overcharge and will return. But following a month that they still haven’t done so and won’t react to my efforts to contact anymore. Together with the overcharge, they will nickle amd dime every thing leaving with you a much larger bill than just quoted.

Staff was punctually, challenging workers. They did a nice job of moving us out of Pinewood Springs into Estes Park. Thank you!

This is actually the worse moving company I’ve ever had. My experience had been several decades back. Seems like something never change. They’ve been charging over quoted, broken furniture, improperly packaged boxes and wrap around furniture for many years. Don’t be duped by their own name. Their clinics aren’t congruent with title. They still owe me money guaranteed and it cost me over $3,000.00 to fix what they ruined. There are great movers in Waco. Don’t use of this one.

Cisco and his team were amazing. Polite, hard working and very professional. A joy to use.
We’d horrible weather but they forged ahead and actually did a fantastic job.

For a individual who has moved a great deal, I will honestly say that was the top one. Our team of Cisco, along with two other terrific men, wrapped all of our possessions and quietly moved them to our new house. We’ve got some artwork and antique things I was quite paranoid about plus they had the experience to take excellent care of everyrhing.

I loved the men who came and moved us out of our home they had been quick and dinner carful with our possessions But we saved our furniture and when I phoned they told me that the very same men would come and sadly it was an entirely different group THEY WERE AWFUL!!!!! I am not certain how it is possible to go from 1 extreme to another but it had been!! I had numerous problems they broke fountains shattered the glass in my china hutch, snow blower manage ripped off, balls of wood missing off my dresser, overlooking side railings to our master mattress that’s king size so quite big pice of wood! Afterwards they did locate it however we needed to go get it they constantly keep rescheduling. Additionally dropped our sanity, fountain bit, tent, and hose genuine. They also place enormous scratches on walls shifting my furniture in! I wouldn’t recommend they whatsoever!!!

Leighton and Gary did a great task – even unloaded at a snowstorm!! Really careful with all our items – can use them again!!!
