VERY PERSONAL ITEMS WENT MISSING. Broken furniture. Passengers took FAR too much time to achieve destination. House lock has been busted. Way over billed (driver scraped out first quote and composed in a brand new one). Exceptionally impolite manager called ADAM.

Where do I begin? BEWARE. Obviously, provided that things go just as planned, everybody is happy. Nonetheless, it’s when things go wrong that you just get to find out exactly what a business and what the manager/owner (not sure who this ADAM really is) is made from.

We hired this”business” since they had a fantastic speed and also for some reason, excellent testimonials. They offered us $850 for its transfer to prevent at two different storage components to drop off things. Now, to begin, the movers took nearly half an hour to load two sofas, two chairs, a dining table place, a desk, a television stand, a small number of lamps, a coffee table and approximately 40 boxes. RED FLAG. They needed to take the bending mechanism away from the doorway to find the couch out, and ended up placing it back on upside down and hammering the screws at the procedure so that I could not mend it. The initial storage device was 11-13 minutes away from our home (we used Google Maps and timed it) The movers took 45 minutes to get there (by their own admission) They unloaded nice and after that it was off into the next place in Marina Del Rey, where they took another 30 minutes more than we didn’t arrive. Due to both of these flaws, the storage device was shut for the evening along with the movers had to ditch all of our items to our APARTMENT! Hence that the job was never completed. I needed to borrow a truck and also enlist a number of friends to transfer EVERYTHING to storage MYSELF the following moment. So five excursions using a pickup, an entire day wasted and we did CHEAP MOVERS job for them. No wonder they’re known as cheap movers.

We are living in a 3 bedroom home and though it was not complete, it had been more than a 1 bedroom. The list of things being transferred was awarded by my spouse to Adam in the time of booking. But as soon as the movers got into our home, they stated it was a lot of material and would need to charge more. They’d given us a quote of $850 and then tried to show us along for $1400. The initial quote was”scraped” and a brand new cost was set in! This was nearly laughable if it was not for the fact that most of our items which were assumed to go to storage were thrown in our flat. After we refused to sign, they simply abandoned. WE DIDNT EVEN GET A COPY OF THE CONTRACT! We discovered afterwards that they went forward and billed us 1187 without our approval.

When confronted with this particular dilemma the next day, ADAM, the owner or manager was incredibly rude and pathetically hung up in my wife double. That exact same day we stumbled through all of the mess which Adam and Affordable movers left literally in our lap, we all found items were lost. Mostly, my wife and her mum’s wedding gowns! However again, when faced with this Adam snidely retorted”Oh Please, nobody wants your own mother’s old wedding gown .” He insults my spouse and then provided us $60 bucks, take it or leave it, to get the broken furniture and also the enormous over charging which had happened, and didn’t even begin to address why it’d shot his guys 45 MINUTES to go the exact same space it took us 11 and then 30 minutes more on the next leg of the journey. Last, the home we were going from couldn’t even be locked up since the movers put the lock on incorrect and stripped off the screws. But again, Adam simply said,”My men said that they did it right.” Thank you Adam.

Due to Adam and this organization’s unprofessionalism shady business practices, we’re not just out the time that it took us to perform the job we hired them to perform, however an obscene quantity of cash we never consented to, and of course that the broken furniture, a ripped painting along with also two things, (the wedding gowns ) which can’t ever be replaced. After Adam insulted my spouse and I got angry, his reply was simply,”Whatever, I will see you in court.” Then he hung up.

Please be cautious of working with this business. Well, Adam and Affordable Servers have by far the worst customer support I’ve ever seen. They ripped us off. Things went missing. Matters were broken. They never completed the job since they required so long driving between places. Adam was impolite. Terrible experience.
