As soon as I refused delivery since I had no one in Texas to cover them, the manager was rude, cursed at me and threatened to charge me $250 per day for storage. I requested to talk to his manager. He gave me a fake telephone number to phone. When the gentlemen replied he explained he was not from any moving firm and that I had the incorrect number.Saturday morning my daughter moved into the house along with her buddy at 8:30 am. The truck showed up soon afterwards. The helper got out of the vehicle , took payment and handed her a receipt. Soon thereafter a man came at a Ford Explorer who knew the assistant and then another child named Ben who answered an advertisement from Craigslist for the project arrived shortly afterwards. The driver then phoned Alex the manager to tell him what happened and Alex got on the telephone with my daughter and told her she paid the wrong man and told him that they ( my daughter and himself) had to unload the truck. My daughter, her friend and also the child of Craigslist, whom WE PAID, subsequently unloaded our things and place it in the garage.
