They ruined my hutch cupboard by hammering the blankets into the timber veneer.  In transit, the tape came off, yanking the timber veneer away onto it. He refused to offer me the title of the insurance policy company, and advised me, laughingly, I couldn’t file a claim. He had been so rude!

They then charged me an additional $3500 to send my few possessions that they still had in storage. The reason why it was really expensive, they explained was that They’d load the things onto their vehicle, then push it around their own lot, unload it, and then Atlas Van individuals would load it on their truck and send it for me in Arizona.   So, once more, giving them deniability on any harm, and in exactly the identical moment, jacking up the cost.
