Terrible support. Misrepresented skills and made claims they couldn’t keep. I needed to help unload significant things as just one little guy showed up to float. I won’t ever recommend or seek the services of this business again.

I phoned in on 3/5/14, to make arrangements to get my possessions moved from Brewer into Bangor. I talked with a girl whom scheduled that the proceeding for 3:30 pm on 3/6/14. She explained verbatim” we generally call to support a day ahead of the scheduled date, but being that I am on the telephone with you today and it’s the day before , we will not have to call you again.” Ended the dialogue with stating they will find me at 3:30 tomorrow (3/6/2014).
Now, as I’m leaving my area of job that I flipped my phone over and also had two voicemails from Tammy Smith (out of 3/6/2014)stating that they needed to alter the opportunity into 7am 3/6/2014. *notice that I made work at 1pm that will be 4 hrs sooner than the time I am supposed to depart, especially to prepare for the movers.
I then returned to the telephone and talked with Tammy Smith. She requested to place me on hold and came back and explained that they could take action in 2pm. By this time it had been 1:25. I still hadn’t attained brewer, because I had been en route to, so to be able to clean the entry etc obtained the movement. I explained that, and was then placed on hold again. When the conversation declared Tammy Smith came back and explained that they could get it done at 3 and that it would currently be $100/hr rather than the $90/hr I had been quoted, originally. I inquired why the speed increase and she explained since they made efforts to cApeak for me to affirm. I then reminded her that people did affirm yesterday and had been advised that there would be no additional calls required being that individuals scheduled yesterday that was a day earlier. She cried and said we talked TWO DAYS back today. The first time that I talked with this particular company was yesterday 3/5/14. Then I requested to talk with the proprietor and was correlated with the operations supervisor, a man by the previous name Sanders or Saunders and that he explained he had been the person who purchased the speed improve, and I was incorrect and the team there were suitable.
I did my what I was supposed to perform. The mistakes, disrespect of phoning a client that the liar, last second program chAnges was all on the portion of the business. I am being billed a prorate for casual my possessions are in this flat and I left work early which means less cash got along with this business erring and then attempting to secure more cash from me to their inconveniences.
This was among the most unprofessional and cluttered adventures I’ve ever been exposed to if coping with a”company”.

We contracted this company to get a local move occurring in November, 2016.
The motorist was unhappy to handle. He even got the truck stuck in a ditch. Meanwhile the team was standing about wasting precious time.
This driver lied to people about broken products. They broke off the ears a hand carved keep and wouldn’t confess to it, until all else was away from the truck and we’re tired.
Additionally, he set a cupboard with glass at the abdomen of this truck, in which they usually keep their gear. It, and attempted to inform us it had been delivered. Next day, once I discovered it missing, I called the company, and has been advised that the product and 2 other items were still on the vehicle and could be sent in just 10 days. On November 26th, the motorist, Matt, phoned and I asked him concerning this cupboard. He coldly responded, IT BROKE APART AND WE THREW IT AWAY. I was mad. He then hung me up, and came by and pulled another two things on the drive and drove off. We needed to collect those things ourselves. When he phoned me, this afternoon, I asked him why would you lie to me personally, why did you toss away the cabinet, why would you hang me up and why would you toss my two other things on the yard.
He responded, YOU SHOULD CHECK YOURSELF INTO A MENTAL HOSPITAL. You’re CRAZY!
This can be good way to deal with a client who paid nearly $5,000 to get a transfer!
I whined to the the General Manager, Mike Morin and also to the proprietor, Ray Lynch. Both guys were unhappy to address and had no sympathy at all.
I needed to submit a claim, which they shipped to the insurance carrier.
We dropped $500 of this claim amount on account of the allowance. The proprietor, Ray Lynch and Mike Morin didn’t come back some additional phone calls.

Along with all this, throughout the transfer itself, the team urinating in our ponds, also stole things from our fridge.
We ought to have checked them out prior to employing them. I would suggest to anybody reading this, which they ought to take a look at any moving firm they employ.

The group had been friendly and attentive to our requests and assisted with packaging that we couldn’t complete. Our products went to two places and the team packed each thing to the truck to get the final destination. The delivery happened the following day since the destination has been 180 miles off. This team was also punctual, polite, cheerful and patient since they moved furniture and boxes around our new property. They finished the unpacking in roughly two weeks. They were careful and clean. It was a joy to get their help with this rather complex movement. I would recommend this business to anybody. I’ve moved more than a dozen occasions and this is surely a most positive experience.
