    Move on 4/6/18

I wouldn’t suggest Casey Movers whatsoever. They sent two guys to move my home and among them had been diligent in receiving the move done along with another person told me that they’d 4 motions to perform in 1 afternoon since they relied upon their own tips. The tipping position has been brought up a few times from the transfer. Once they left, I understood that they left a few things and that I called them immediately and they told me when they turned about, and it’d be a overage. Therefore I took the rest items together. When we came to my new house, they had been trying very difficult to maneuver my dresser upstairs and it wouldn’t fit. In their defense, they did work quite difficult in attempting to move the dresser. I felt in the start that Casey Movers had intended within an overage and that the continuous talk about tipping wasn’t vital. They informed me upon arrival that they admitted tips and I’d intended to trick them anyhow.

    Very poor customer service

I expect nobody is going to be attracted with this”family” company.  I must have done my due diligence prior to employing Casey Movers and assessed other reviews that are either really good or really bad.  Unfortunately my experience has been really bad.  I was quoted a quote of about $3000 for packaging and transferring me in my city — that the invoice was 5000.  I pointed out a particularly old, precious and sentimental set of ceramic jardinieres onto pedestals that demanded special packaging and maintenance also has been horrified at the conclusion of the movement that among the pedestals had been overlooking.   Fourteen days of unreturned calls following a guarantee to hunt the trucks, so I got a email from a professional individual who expressed her sorrow for the delay in getting back to me but my jardiniere base was wrapped in a blanket and was discovered that day busted.  She asserted to forward this info to the claim section so that the issue may be”taken care of immediately.”   What a courageous, unresponsive and unprofessional business that is!   I neither understand nor care how they mean to”take care” of the matter since my cherished household classic is ruined via their carelessness and lack of worry.  I think that if they had really looked for this in a timely manner, I’d have gotten my house back safely.  Regrettably, there were too bad fries available at least 2 of my wood furniture pieces…I am hoping that’s all I discover…I am still unpacking.   I needed to write this inspection to Stop other people in the similar heartbreak.

    DON'T HIRE CASEY MOVERS!

I want to preface this by stating any fantastic review about Casey Movers are out of private friends, coworkers or associations. Consider this beloved writer: A moving firm doesn’t do stellar job for a single individual, and deplorable work for another. This was roughly the 5th time that I hired a moving company. Other motions I did in my with friends assisting. From the 10 or so moves within my entire life, there was NEVER a broken item, and NEVER a missing thing.

I hired Casey movers for an interstate movement with a single stop on the way. The very first thing red flag was a remark from the direct inspector it had been likely to cost over the agreed upon cost. The next red flag was a proposal I buy more insurance. Once they packaged their truck that they left to get the very first stop. I locked up the house and followed them, eventually passing the truck that was stopped in a Dunkin’ Donuts. I waited nearly one hour at the very first stop. When they came, the direct mover explained he’d require an additional $1000 or else he would proceed any farther. I felt that I had no option, and moved into the trunk and got the money. When they arrived in my new location, they began moving items in, and really slamming boxes marked brittle on additional boxes, and that I could hear glass breaking. They knocked my furniture into door jams, gouging the wood, and telling me,”Sorry, but I am exhausted.”

The lead inspector told me it had been too late, and they had been too tired to complete the task, and they’d go back the following day. He promised me there would not be a charge for maintaining my possessions overnight. Again, I had been stuck, and had to trust them, and consent with them finishing the job the next day. When I called the following day, I had been advised there was an overnight charge for storage, in addition to another fee for transferring the rest of my possessions. I eventually hired a different moving company who travelled to their own cite and got the remainder of my possessions and moved them in.

Along with the dishes and glassware divided by Casey Movers, a lot of my well-intentioned images were shattered. Some products were shattered like they were thrown onto the floor. Every bit of my bedroom furniture transferred by in by Casey Movers on the very first night, was scraped as though it were done using a knife, and there were gouges in the wood. The two dowels on the rear of my bedroom mirror were broken in half. There’s not any way that type of damage might have been done at a movement, and was obviously done with malicious purpose.

Yes — I took them to court, and that I believed I could negotiate together. Unfortunately once you go through small claims, you want to have quotes on the value of fixing the damages, and that I didn’t do this. I believed it was better to simply spend the money that they offered, rather than go before a judge since, though I had photos and broken things, I did not believe I needed the documentation to confirm the value of those products. There were things missing too, which were shot out of a number of those boxes that they did earn on the very first night, but again, I did not have receipts so that I could not claim them.

Please, DO NOT HIRE CASEY MOVERS. THEY ARE THE WORSE KIND OF THIEVES AROUND. They’re PREDATORS. They prey on girls. It does not matter who owns the firm, a crook is a crook and with no conscience. I wish I’d read the reviews before selecting them. AGAIN, DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE. READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BECAUSE THESE ARE THE TRUTHS. DO NOT HIRE CASEY MOVERS!!

    Casey Movers

My expertise with Casey was nice before it was time to float in my new residence. At that moment, Casey stated I needed to pay an extra $2,000 over the quote. The main reason I needed to cover more was that one of Casey’s workers stopped on the day of my transfer, and the project took them more than anticipated since they had one less individual functioning. I thought that was not a fantastic reason to charge me more, but there wasn’t any room for discussion. Casey explained my choices would be to cover the additional $2,000 or else they’d drive away the truck without unloading. Casey held me hostage–they’d literally everything I possessed in the vehicle –so that I had no option to pay.

Afterwards I tried whining many occasions, however, I had no chance. Casey would not return my calls. I set the $2,000 in my Visa card and attempted to contest the charges there, however, Casey would not reunite Visa’s calls. I even complained to the state Attorney General’s office, but they gave up after Casey would not return their calls.

If Casey will not reply to the charge card business, the attorney general, or to me personally –should they react with the review, I will remove it–I find no reason to think they will offer decent support in the long run.

    Interstate Move

When there were anything greater than one star Casey would make it. We did an interstate movement. Truck was late, nearly all of the things they packaged broke. I’ve been calling asserts for two weeks and haven’t gotten a call back. The unloading was completely unprofessional. They simply hired two men to unload a 4500 sq ft home. The expense of the move was $11,000. This was assumed to pay placing the beds back, shelves, etc that wasn’t done. The regional movers insisted Casey never contracted nor compensated them to do so. Supposedly they’re insured but no firm rep will call me back to begin the claims procedure. I’ve emailed them photographs and left multiple messages. Only a dreadful experience!

    Moving to Boston

They showed up early that would have been fine, but they whined about not becoming in loading dock whenever they weren’t scheduled that ancient. The did fine, before a couple of things never got into our new location and if called immediately once they left said they never watched them that wasn’t true, they chose a hint and didn’t inform us they broke or took these products. After the business was known as that they gave us the run around and essentially blamed us for broken things, funny the way motorist said they didn’t see them and manager explained it had been our fault. The driver did not have the decency to pickup my telephone call either. I wouldn’t suggest this firm.

    DO NOT HIRE

I hired Casey Movers in May 2019. I signed up for self-pack support and moving boxes and furniture. They came out to get a quote and overbudgeted for a while. The pickup crew spend an hour going over tipping practices in the business rather than the liability or policy. My furniture has been to be kept in their warehouse for a couple of days before the final at the other home. The fall off team left some things unpacked, was rude and unprofessional. Among those side tables was overlooking the glass bit on top, which makes it totally unusable. A few weeks following the transfer, after we started all of boxes, I advised customer support that I can not track down the glass bit. They match me the runaround informing me to test with location of origin, my new residence etc. that I did without a successful outcome. Now, realizing that I will not find manage to find the glass, I contacted again requesting some kind of reimbursement that they declined since I had been a self-pack client. MAKES NO SENSE! I did not even self-pack furniture. They removed the glass in the side table and LOST it in transit. Duty lies with Casey Movers!!!
Terrible customer support and unwillingness to rectify their errors. No liability.

Move by Casey Movers from Metro West Boston to Cape Cod

A disaster from begin to finish. 4 from those 5 movers who showed up finished up with criminal records in accordance with authorities. What good vetting they have to perform on their own employees! Why authorities?
The team leader of Casey movers, even for our transfer stole all of my wife’s jewellery. Wonderful, but then happened they handled US such as the offenders and held that our land hostage until we settled. NEVER got a telephone call from some other part of the Casey family members to plead or to provide any type of reimbursement. We needed to negotiate a settlement by using their telephone reps. Throughout their first contact after the thieving they really had the guts to request complete payment. Wow!
We ended up loosing a lot of the jewellery (some of it’s heirloom) since it had been already melted down. We guess the whole jewelry stolen totaled roughly $10-$12k. We negotiated just about $5k payoff. Casey’s justification was that’s all we cited in the first police report. (my answer to this is through that distressful period – approximately 1 hour when they left- can anybody or some female recall every bit of jewelry that they have? They shot the whole jewelry box, and a small pouch away at the back of a cupboard….that needed a Do Not Input in Here Moves signal. It’d be like me asking a guy to mention each instrument that he had in his arsenal .) Ultimately, the police advised us that this theft ring had gone on for a while to spend money on the inspector’s drug addiction. He also AND the shopper who wrapped the stolen goods were finally arrested. Overall, Casey Movers management revealed zero remorse, empathy, understanding or acceptance of duty – EVER!!! We needed to force them to cover. PITIFUL!!!!!
Looking back, I wish I’d sued them to the stone age.

    Left us out to dry

Moved in Metro West region into a home 5 kilometers away from present residence at the moment.

Left out our family to dry. Overview: failed to appear for the transfer, did not call, did not care, also transferred the vendors of the home we bought on precisely the exact same day we were able to transfer (5 kilometers from our home we moved from ).

We had been set to proceed on October 30th at 8am. I called the day before to confirm. On October 29th we had a freak snow storm. 8:00am came without a Casey Movers. I guessed they had been late on account of this storm the night before. At 10:00am I determined they weren’t going to appear and needed to lease 4 Uhaul trucks from 3 distinct Uhaul locations. Great thing my spouse has 3 brothers. It took us 11 hours to proceed.

Casey Movers called me at 7:15pm the day that they were supposed to move us. Daniel left the following message:”Sorry I didn’t call you sooner. . .the authorities wouldn’t permit our truck through as the street was blocked off…” Somehow I was able to travel to neighboring cities to lease Uhauls, however they couldn’t get into my property. We live on a major road with numerous entry to the highways. To top it off, on exactly the exact same afternoon, Casey Movers transferred the people from their home we had been going into (5 kilometers down the street from our house ). Not only did they figure out how to move the vendors of the home we bought, but they awakened the yard in the procedure and needed to have a tow truck pull them out of the lawn. In the long run we saved cash roughly $800.

What is bothersome is that they acted as though it was no big thing. Plus they didn’t pay to have the yard repaired or return my calls in relation to the yard.

Steve Casey – I am calling you on it!

    Customer Service

I wouldn’t ever recommend this provider. They came two hours late without a explanation or communication. They took considerably longer than anticipated, had truck issues that triggered an 4 hour delay after which billed over the top end of the quote. They lack communication abilities, guilt and fundamental decency. They stopped returning our calls and also postponed connecting me with the proprietor for days following our relocation. When he eventually did call me back,” he essentially said sorry you aren’t satisfied with us, but oh well.Their emblem ought to be altered to’dreadful service in a ridiculous cost’ and rather than the operator’s message of”telephone me on it”, it must say’good fortune trying to achieve anybody who can assist you since we won’t reply your queries rather than call you again’. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

    Small move MA to FL

I had high expectations but has been tremendously disappointed.
Let us begin with honesty. They stated they transfer intact using their very own trucks;they don’t. My movement was hauled through an independent trucker, along with the trailer came out of another party. To float, they utilized a local labour force, perhaps not their own workers, and also there was a damage to walls and woodwork.
Probably the most upsetting aspect has been that the responsibility. 1 crew packed me in Massachusetts, and it had been loaded into a different truck in their centre, and then unloaded in Florida with still another group.
You will find several things that”went missing”, together with a single furniture piece that has been ruined. At no stage was there a list of my household products since they were picked up, therefore I don’t have any concept of the degree of missing products. They didn’t label the merchandise at my house, so for all I know that they chose it within their own warehouse, then inventoried.
There were several clear shortages and harm, so that I communicated together on many occasions. They appear to have made no attempt to locate the missing things, and have yet to compensate me to the little claim I set in.
    In short:
The great – Arrived and delivered punctually.
The poor – Misrepresented the procedure (private trucks and employees ).
No stock to monitor lost things.
    Lost or damaged products.
No communication during or after the pickup.
No claim compensation, though it had been guaranteed to be more”in the mail” within a month past.
Considering what I know today, I’d certainly have picked another firm.

    Casey Movers review

In all the years in the vehicle, and moving business I have not handled a more unprofessional, honest, and mismanaged business, they’re the embodiment of this term,”the left hand does not know what the perfect hand is doing” I will let you know , they had us fooled, they shipped a salesman out into our condominium, he looked at what we needed and gave us a more fair estimate, thus far so great, we had been impressed, we put annually, and were confident that they were going to take care of everything. . .more enjoy mishandle everything. The day of the play, in fact the evening before the transfer, we were advised that they were likely to”place” a trailer in our condominium in order that when the team got there that the trailer could already be onsite. I gave my own salesman VERY explicit instructions on where to park the trailer because we were outside running last minute errands. After we got home we discovered that they had abandoned the trailer in the incorrect place, directly to a curve, developing a dangerous blind spot for motorists going into the complex. We have many disapproving calls in the institution and other occupants. The loading day for the large part was uneventful, it was only when they’d finished loading that I noticed that the trailer that all my worldly possessions had only been loaded in to was NOT a moving van, but what is known in the business as a”cargo box”, which means that the trailer was made to carry general cargo, skids, crates, pallets, etc, NOT delicate household things and also the trailer had no method for securing the loading, which enables items to settle and continue through transit, which contributes to claims and damages. The day of shipping the trailer shows up, however no labour, the driver told me in no uncertain terms that he doesn’t float, thus we waited, FOR 5 HOURS for labour to appear. Who educated this? Claims, because claims are compensated on just what exactly the thing increases, and NOT it is real value the broken things (my classic mans chest of drawers, and my mother’s classic hope torso, a microwave cartplus a glass patio table, and a computer desk) were awarded an estimated burden and also we had been advised that we’d find a check for this amount. . .as of the print, it has not arrived. Can I utilize Casey Movers back? Not even when they had been the past moving business on Earth.

    Horrible in every way!

My spouse and I had been quoted one price and then the day of our movement we were struck with the alteration of another $900! With no notice. This was just to maneuver our split level house across town!!! The business stated they”attempted” to reach us the day before but using just two working mobile telephone numbers we nver obtained a telephone. A couple of the real guys who did the moving were quite pleasant and professional, however, the other two were not. I watched in terror as one of these crashed things into my new walls a few times. My woodwork was ruined at my new and previous houses. A number of my furniture pieces had significant scratches inside them. I’d clearly tagged all of my things to be transferred with where they had been to move (basement, loft, bedroom, etc.) Many of my things weren’t where they were assumed to be! Matters which were labeled cellar finished up in the loft and vice versa. This isn’t easy when I’m 4 weeks pregnant and can’t be lifting items. Not one of my big furniture items were coated with moving blankets if they were being moved in. That is exactly what may have led to the many scrapes. My husband was dealing with their client support that he states is dreadful. Additionally, when my husband gave the business his credit card number to get the further charge they billed him twice. . .once on his own debit card with no consent!!!
    Don’t use this business!!!

There’s also quite a few items which are unaccounted for this nevertheless I hope that the doors shut shortly and also the so called movers locate a work there longer healthy for such as washing gum from the roads.

    Horrible Experience

Casey Movers of Rockland MA shouldn’t be utilized to move anything that’s of any significance to anybody. Their unprofessionalism began with what was be an entirely unrealistic suggestion, continued using their untrained bull group, continued using their cluttered packaging and finished with a nightmare of broken possessions. Damaged furniture because of not being hammered and wrapped, split ceramics, dishware and glassware, ruined walls and also a carefree attitude toward our possessions. They took as long as that I ended up paying a fee to the movers of the men and women who purchased the home we were going from. 1 outrageous example, they dragged a flat panel computer screen to a wardrobe box and then piled additional unwrapped stuff in addition to it. Ceramic Implants piled together without wrap and crushed beneath the weight of additional material packed in addition to The fantasy of moving to a contemporary house crushed by box after box of broken things turned to some nevertheless recurring nightmare. Unmarked boxes flipped unpacking to an never ending dull grind. Insult to injury proved to be a constyant failure to return telephone calls. 1 other matter, moving in and out on rainy days that they didn’t put anything down to defend the flooring and rugs. If you like your possessions and sanity DO NOT USE Casey.

    Unfair charges/billing

I was quoted a $4000 cost to transfer my home belongings and shop for one immediately with Casey Movers. I had been confident their cost wouldn’t go up at all, which there wasn’t any fuel surcharge price to be inserted, and that if anything else, the purchase price could come back on moving day. On moving day we’d much less possessions to move than when the quote was supplied and all possessions were packed as needed. Half way through the afternoon that they packed our possessions, the movers told me that they had to bring a $500 fuel surcharge price. I felt forced to sign approving the price and had planned to manage it with the supervisor afterwards. They continued to package the rest of my possessions at no time suggesting that more time will be asked to transfer us than originally estimated. The next morning, while we had been at our home closing, I got a call saying they had been charging us an extra $2000 (over the 500 fuel surcharge sum already added) to unload the vehicle in our new residence. Everything we owned was about this truck and that I felt like I had no recourse but to cover. I place the gap on the charge card planning to dispute the bill later. The credit card firm stated that because we signed off on the fee we had no recourse. I’ve tried twice to operate with Casey Movers to be fairly reimbursed. They’ve provided no explanation as to why their quote was so much lower compared to the last charge. I believe they’ve engaged in unethical, possibly illegal business practices, and also warn anyone contemplating using them to not.

These aren’t professional movers. My pre adolescent girls might have done a much better job. Broken and lost things galore. You’re flirting with disaster should you utilize this moving business. They don’t return telephone calls, and therefore don’t bother attempting to get hold of them. If that which you have is crap then by all means use them, nah, on second consideration, I wouldnt rely on them to move crap. Allow the buyer beware, utilize another respectable business. If after all that you still employ them, buy the extra insurance.

Casey Movers: A case study in failure, deception, and abuse.

Casey Movers: A case study in failure, deception, and misuse. Ladies beware. Back in September 2015, my household possessions were literally abandoned in my lawn and onto a open deck vulnerable to beachfront dew at the center of the night at Casey Movers. I was made to haul up a mattress a flight of stairs and to my house so as to have somewhere to bed, also scrambled for 2 weeks to fasten my possessions.

Casey Movers just abandoned the task and drove off while I was inside attempting to gather a mattress! Following three times when they eventually returned my call for assistance, they guaranteed to assist and they then NEVER CALLED BACK.

Boxes were damaged and missing furniture and — has been ruined by being left out. As soon as I filed a report with Casey Movers they dismissed it.

Regardless of the callous therapy and also the harms suffered, I still offered to cover Casey Movers $900 over the lowest quote from rivals. I didn’t hear from Casey Movers for over a month after the transfer –they made no endeavor to assist me or send an adjuster — and they then shipped me a demand for total payment. I denied and then they sued me at a tiny claims court 1500 miles away from my house for the entire amount they maintained due.

Casey Movers gambled correctly I couldn’t attend a courtroom thus far in my house — I live independently, have two kids in school whose dad passed away a couple of decades back, and I was beginning a new profession — along with my inability could let them finally bully their way into a default decision.

Through the legal process so much, Casey Movers has protected a set of false and specious announcements since in tiny claims court there’s no right of detection (i.e., not any capability to induce them to create documents, witnesses, etc.). Casey Movers utilized the court system to confound and they created a mockery of justice.

Casey movers was not interested in assisting a girl who trusted them, mitigating damages, or being fair, but instead profiting from their poor work. This has been a mistake. More about Casey Movers’ clinics — and untrue and specious claims — have been articulated at Consumer Investigation: Casey Movers https://www.facebook.com/CaseyMoversComplaints/

I’d encourage realtors and homeowners completely explore Casey Movers prior to making a determination on who to trust. Read more Consumer Analysis: Casey Movers https://www.facebook.com/CaseyMoversComplaints/

    Long-distance move from Massachusetts
    This company is a scam

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a support supplier. I utilized Casey’s to get a transfer from my home to a massive storage device that they also possessed. The initial quote was fair and the sales guy was fine. Throughout the transfer, the guy in charge was quite impolite and required payment half way through the truck being stuffed. I believed this was unfair since the move was not completed and there was no way to understand what the last hours worked is, but had no option but to cover him. The movers were also careless with things and that I had been concerned about the outcome. My items were in storage together for a lengthy time while I had been working out of condition. Billing was arbitrary, sometimes I was not billed for weeks, and occasionally I was looking forward for future months ahead. As it came time to receive my items from storage and into my new house, I phoned several moving companies to get quotes. I didn’t wish to utilize Casey again due to the unprofessionalism they exhibited during the very first movement. As soon as I called Casey’s to tell them I’d be hiring somebody to carry my things from storage for my transfer, they advised me that they wouldn’t permit another moving company to eliminate my items and they’d charge me at least $300 to load somebody’s truck. Not one of the additional moving companies I talked with had ever heard of this type of clinic and each of them refused to use Casey’s with this as it turned out to be a possible liability on their own end. This left me with no option except to use Casey’s back again. I recalled that during the first move, they explained that when I used them again to move my items from storage, I’d find a substantial discount, so I presumed that at least this was a gain despite my being scared to use them again, much less to observe the state of my items after seeing how irresponsible the movers was through my very first move. As soon as I requested Casey’s to get a quotation, they gave me a very sensible price, but then the supervisor, Matt, wrote me to say that they would really be charging me the exact same thing which I paid the first time. When I asked about the reduction I had been promised, he explained I was already getting a discount and that I had not paid much for storage. Despicable. He’d make it seem like it might not be as much based on how quickly the movers can get my items into my new house. He wouldn’t tell me exactly what time they’d be starting, however. I had a terrible feeling about it. Well, moving day came and when the movers introduced themselves to me, among these appeared half drunk. As I watched my items being eliminated from the truck, I’d detect a few damaged things, which the mover’s reacted to by stating that the matters were likely already enjoy this. Yet more, about halfway throughout the truck being drained, the guy in charge required payment. I advised him that I’d pay when the truck was empty and that I knew the last tally of hours worked. Then he called his boss, the exact same rude director, Matt, that I had dealt with so far, and he set me onto the telephone. Matt informed me that they wouldn’t finish unloading the truck before I gave them the complete charge of what he offered from the very first transfer, which they desired a certified check. It wasn’t said to me that I had a certified test and that I did not pay with one the very first time that I said to himpersonally, and he advised me to read the fine print of this”contract,” by which he meant the quotation he’d emailed me. Matt was really rude and upset. As soon as I realised I wouldn’t cover before the truck was empty, he also predicted the men moving my things and told them to pack up and leave. I phoned Matt back and advised me that I’d call the authorities when they left together with my items, he explained that he’d call them first. The men moving me then said they were not leaving, but got in the vehicle and peeled from my drive, speeding down the road with my items. I could not think what was happening. I had been backed into a corner and there was nothing I could do. I phoned Matt back and advised me that I’d go to the lender and find a certified check, which I did, and also to inform the movers to return and he consented. Soon following this conversation, the police came at my door and asked what was happening. As soon as I told them exactly what happened, they were shocked that the firm had really called them rather than the other way round and went outside to search for the truck. Next, it had been more than two hours later that the moving van returned along with the men were incredibly irritated and mad. Rather than looking for me to guide them where in the home to put my items, they simply started throwing things in to the closest room. A girl from the firm pulled up and said she had been there to collect payment. I gave her the test and asked for a receipt that she stated she did not have. She advised me to email the supervisor for one. Now, the one thing I could keep reminding myself of was that this was the last time I’d ever need to manage these folks. As soon as I emailed Matt, the supervisor, for a reception, all he sent me was a replica of the exact same old statement from the very first move with a couple paragraphs stating I would be billed the exact same thing. No authentic receipt. I e-mailed back two and have called a few times to request an itemized receipt and receive no reply. This is definitely the most jagged business I’ve ever worked with and I can’t think they continue to be in business if this really is there conventional technique of working. The business conducts a scam. Should you utilize them, you’ll be very sorry you did.

Terrible Horrible Predatory Company. . . We have a waterfront condominium in Hull Ma, that’s now available. We had a offer within the weekend. Now, Tuesday, I got a mysterious text (not a telephone, a TEXT) in an unknown amount. “Hello, this is Mary finished at Casey Movers, Do you want help moving in another few months?” I called to learn just how they got my mobile cell phone number and they gave me horrible attitude. Very rude folks, I do not trust this firm’s tactics.

    They break your furniture

They broke my 800 sofa and gave me a 60 credit that these are only bad men which don’t stand behind everything they’re doing. A relocation is a stressful enough thing to manage. Take advantage of these idiots in your risk can not say you were not warned.

    Harassing phone calls and texts

Same experience as a former reviewer. I listed my house for sale and Caseys Movers salespeople Mary and Alan have called and texted my house number, my mobile number, along with the amount where I’m vacationing a few times. All are on don’t call. When I asked where they got the numbers, they hung me up. When I requested to be removed from those lists for ALL amounts, I still received calls and texts. I’d NEVER us a business such as this to get a transfer with sales strategies in this way.

    Late but excellent service

The guys that showed up for my movement did an outstanding job. They’re a little overdue, but their hard work paid off! They blanket wrapped all of my furniture and broke down something and everything that required it. They worked really well together and got the work done in a timely way. The men were so clean cut and really tidy.  In the conclusion of the occupation they shot me up to the trailer and needed me scrutinize that all of my possessions were outside of this trailer box.  I felt quite comfortable picking this outfit and when I really do move again I’ll be calling them.

    Good job!

I had a fantastic experience last week with Casey. The job has been quoted right and they even had an excess man appear, but did not bill me for this. The men were educated and helped me when I asked. They proceeded fairly effectively and did not hurt any of my items or processor paint in my new residence upon transfer in. I would employ them again!

    A very good moving company

In my view, this is a really good moving business. It ended up being a worry free move, from begin to finish. On the afternoon of this movement, the men came on time and began to pack everything very closely and began carrying my things down the staircase into the truck (I live on the 3rd floor). They were quite friendly throughout the entire moving procedure. I didn’t have any issues and the communication was terrific. My stuff came in excellent condition in my new flat and I was happy to cover a excellent support. Thank you guys, I’ll make certain to get in touch with you in my next movement.

    Move from Weymouth to Quincy

I had a fantastic encounter with Casey Movers. The quote for the task had been held to and that I paid precisely that sum. Both young guys, Kyle and Tony, that did exactly the movement were capable, professional, quick and sort. They were quite good to shed some things at another place and didn’t include another fee to the invoice, which they would have been within their rights to perform. They were very cautious with all my proceeds and didn’t leave until each bit of furniture was the place I needed it and made sure that the beds were correctly constructed. The movement went considerably quicker than I anticipated. I’ll use them again later on and I highly suggest this moving business!

Wouldn't want it any other way!

The sales guy which came out to offer me my quote was among those owners. He had been very, very frank – of class all movers possess terrible reps. but Mr.Casey gave me a great feeling. I had been connected with Danielle the workplace supervisor during the gap procedure up till the day that I proceeded. She got out me my spare boxes when she stated she’d, she gave me packaging hints, and also calmed me down once I was panicing once I realized that I still had more to package and I had been going in two days! The guys movers showed up ON TIME:-RRB- packed with the remainder of my possessions transferred me into my new home without one issue. I strongly suggest Casey Movers to anybody who’s moving.

    Quick and painless move! A

My girlfriend and I recently moved to weymouth out of hanson and bridgewater with the assistance of all Caseynovers. We had an extremely tight timetable and a great deal of furniture, such as a sofa and an whole queen bedroom collection out of bobs. Going into it, we had been very worried out of our cherry brown furniture becoming scratches out of the tight doors in our new flat, however it was a really friendly/easy procedure. Rob, both josh and Tim were quite fine and walked us through the entire procedure before hand and actually put our minds at ease. Excellent support! Can definitely be recommending them and using them again when we go into our home in a couple of decades!

    Storage Move

My Mother had used them and had nothing but excellent things to say about these, so I hired Casey Movers to transfer things from my house into a storage facility. They came at the arranged time and did a fantastic job getting my things out of my loft and cellar then on the truck and into a storage locker without damages. The price was reasonable and precisely what they said it would be.I had already packed up everything and the job moved fast. I would advise Casey Movers and use them again.

    Great bunch of guys

Casey Movers transferred my possessions in my home in Duxbury into some new building in Norwell. On move day that the guys arrived punctually, Matt and his team Tim, Scott & Danny were quite polite. They did a part of my house with me requesting what bits of mine which we were actually concerned about to make sure they took extra care and attention. The guys got begun and kept at this. It was a really rainy gloomy afternoon and my husband had been concerned about the brand new carpeting and flooring in Norwell. The guys laid down flooring security and sheets of cardboard. Again, it was a rainy, gloomy day and with these men, you’d have never ever believed so with their tough continuous work rate. I have & will keep on speaking Casey Movers.

    Cute dog, good price

Casey Movers sent me a flyer in the mail with a cute puppy on it.  I’m a massive dog fan so I needed to contact Casey to get a quote at least.  The agent who came out to perform the quote was quite thorough and did not rush.  He looked through all of my closets, attic, and basement as well as trudged through the snow to check in my drop.  He sat down with me clarified the quote and the way the guys work and left me a folder with lots of consumer testimonials for me to contact. . To say the least I was happy.  I still did my perform diligence and obtained a few different quotes.  Casey was not the smallest and was not the greatest.   A rep from Casey movers called me a few of times in between me obtaining my additional quotes to understand how they compared and offered a discounted rate based on my transfer date.  I have to say they do nicely with their own marketing!  I eventually opted to create my move together with Casey.  Proceed came and obviously it was a bitterly cold day.  The guys showed up on time using a trailer– I had been really nervous about acquiring a trailer in my driveway way, however, the guys got it in after about a half hour of trying.  The guys got right to work breaking down my beds and wrap my furniture into shrink wrap and blankets. They worked quickly. . Quite quickly. . A little too quickly! I must confess I was somewhat nervous somebody or something else was going to get hurt with all the speed they had been going, but in the long run everything left it into my new house safety. There really are a couple of nicks, but I know things happen.  I’m still waiting to get a rep to come out and touch up the small nicks.  However, I am a really delighted customer and I’d utilize Casey Movers again and will refer them to anybody that I know that’s shifting.

Casey Movers had been fantastic! They have been also timely, hard working, considerate, and attentive with all my possessions. The business additionally accommodated a last minute change in my program, as my home closing date has been moved back 1 week. I strongly advise using Casey Movers.

    Quick and Painless!

This is my next go with Casey Movers. They transferred me in, and now out, of Queen Anne’s Gate. As easy as last time that I had been their next movement of the afternoon however, it did not prevent them from performing the work fast and economically. They have there right on time at about 12pm and immediately began functioning. I’ve got just two flat screen TV’s, a leather sofa, leather seat and a black bedroom place and that which was miraculously moved with no scratch!
I moved into Casey Movers again due to how finely they managed my possessions final time and was really happy in my results. In general, it was just another fantastic experience, and I will be using them again when I move in my very first real house in the following year and a halfhour!

    Very satisfied customer

Casey movers was amazing. The office staff is extremely pleasant and has been there to answer some queries that I had. The guys were on time and very clean cut and well mannered, no more smoke breaks, perhaps not even a dinner break! Anyone who resides in MA understands that summer was a scortcher and also the guys worked hard and right through. I didn’t have the easiest task like I got a baby grand piano, grandfather clock and a 500lb secure. They did all of the correct things with my clock and piano. All of my items were taken apart, put back together and managed with caution and concern. I’ll urge Casey Movers for all of my loved ones members and friends!

    Two Great Moves

Casey moved two families to one on two different days at a two-week interval and I am very happy to mention that both moves went really well and that I would not hesitate to urge Casey Movers. The very first move started off nicely, with Kyle and his colleague, both professional and considerate people, doing a marvelous job getting the plethora furniture along with numerous boxes to the truck in record time. Regrettably, the truck broke down halfway into our new house and we weren’t certain if we’d buy our furniture until the following day, making for quite a stressful situation. Even though the truck with furniture had to be towed for their principal place and the furniture moved to a different truck including many hours into an already stressful day, Casey went over and beyond to assure that we obtained our furniture and other things that day. We extend particular thanks to Kyle and his colleague due to their dedication, hard work and attempts late into the day to assure that we could sleep in our new residence.
The next movement the next week, has been controlled by Dan along with his colleague. Dan, the director of this move along with his colleague were friendly, courteous and very professional. They did a phenomenal job despite needing to load three floors of furniture to the truck, travel a distance of ~ 70 miles into the last destination and unloading, and all completed in record time through heavy storms and rains. What an remarkable crew. Particular thanks go out to Dan for overseeing a very powerful movement. Casey is quite blessed to have him in their staff.
As stated previously, I would not hesitate recommending Casey Movers.
