Canadian West Van Lines

While I had been asking about moving company to transfer my things a guy call me that I though was out of the firm I’d researched and contacted nevertheless this guy was out of Canadian West Van Lines he made a few remarks concerning other moving companies including other hidden fees and unreliability etc..so following a conversation together and obtaining a quotation and being advised there could be no additional fees and hidden fees (as mentioned previously above). I left the booking two months ahead of a $700.00 deposit I contacted them around 7 to 9 times ahead of the move to be certain everything was okay and still a move. I had been advised that my truck had been rebooked reason I didn’t contact them sooner to affirm the truck even after the 700 deposit was made, they did however manage to have a u haul truck. We were subsequently told that there were likely to be additional fees added into this truck, a gasoline charge and taxation. Following a discussion along with also a reminder that we had been advised there wouldn’t be any additional fees. . We were still charged the additional $250. On the afternoon of transferring that the truck was 4 hours late after they promised us they’d be available first thing in the morning, There was also dialogue with them saying they expected us to have food for them. They did manage to pack the truck without any problems but for the drip attempt in the bbq which dripped around freshly cleaned carpeting the movers subsequently proceeded to trample this dirt to the carpeting. . I needed to attempt to clean this up together moving down and up the staircase as they wouldn’t wait for me to complete. They didn’t take everything and that I needed to make two trips by my private truck. When they arrived in the new home a lot of thing were not placed into the right place my brother overheard them saying they got on the incorrect ferry that was why they had been late not due to their reported automobile crash, also they had been arguing in the front of my loved ones. These men were hurried from the beginning as a result of inadequate planning from the workplace and so they did not have enough opportunity to do the work right and we’ve got the worst support out of it. . .do not utilize this business without doing research first

They did a wonderful job and it had been long weekend also! I’m disabled and was worried about being cared for. Canwest worked together with me along with the authorities and gave me a very discounted rate also. I eventually looked for a plumber to relocate me out of Van into the Burnaby. I watched Canwest around Craigslist. However, these blokes could match me in over the extended weekend. I had a two bedroom to be packaged up. They were able to find everything from my previous house, have it washed, and above to Burnaby from sundown. They place all where I requested and I was all set for the following moment. They even unpacked and built the mattress. Thanks! If I ever have to go again I know just where I will call. 10 from 10!!!!!

I don’t write these review matters but if somebody is exceptional, I feel that the necessity to share it with other people. We were somewhat concerned having our precious possessions being transferred from Texas to British Columbia. I was beginning at a new business and also our loved ones lived here for 15 decades. We talked with Some of the biggies and chose on Canwest. They were fantastic. Everything they said they’d do, they did and much more. After we had a problem with the boundary they sorted out our customs paper work and even found a place for us to kennel our dogs. Mark even advocated the realtor whom discovered our new house. I began work at our new house in a week later we came. We did not skip a beat. After we came two of those Waterford eyeglasses were broken. When I called them about this, Mark cried (can you imagine that a moving business apologizing?) , asked me in which they had been bought and in 2 weeks that they had been substituted! I would work together again in a heartbeat.
