Cali Moving and Storage

My movers canceled on me last minute – they explained that they could not make it. They tried to charge me a cancelation charge and all of this other crap. I had been tired of movers then that man Arnold called mepersonally, I feel awful yelling at him about my troubles but he was very professional and knew exactly what was happening – he even apologized for all those others men I acknowledge I was still mad and could not trust him but I did and am I glad I did! He was so methodical in asking me questions it felt like he had been right there when I had been going over what I Discovered out I wanted more movers then only 2 men he actually saved me a Great Deal of cash

Hired Cali Transferring to maneuver from Chula Vista to Downtown San Diego and can not get enough good words about those men.
Supervisor is extremely useful and polite on the telephone. My moving group Max and Andy were super powerful and specialist, showed-up punctually, professional mindset, they disassembled/reassembled, wrapped/unwrapped and transferred my furniture undamaged and quick. Will recommend to my family and friends and employ them again 100%!

I have moved a few times before and never had the problems that I had with this particular inspector. To begin with, the two of those who moved my things spoke little English and were difficult to communicate with. I’d agreed with all the moving business on the road they’d be carrying, but they appeared to have no understanding of the and showed me a path in their telephone I was told they couldn’t take as it had been through a mountainous location. I gave them the agreed-upon path. It took them more than 4 hours for what should’ve been no longer than 3, in spite of a 30-minute break.
I’ve got a costly mattress and had purchased a mattress purse and guided them to utilize it. They did however apparently did not seal the bag since I saw them climbing the stairs into my new flat and yanking the mattress up the staircase with a part of it exposed, leading to 1 side of the mattress and also a place at the floor becoming filthy. I did receive a $50 reduction from their manager because of this but have yet to determine how to wash out the dirty locations.
As I started unpacking boxes, I discovered several things damaged or broken, such as a dinner plate and bowl that were a part of a group, a wine glass and a Pyrex measuring cup. The glass to the Pyrex cup was rather thick, making me believe they were not overly careful in the way they managed the boxes. Quite a few boxes have been marked”fragile”, but I do not know whether they could read English. In addition, I possess a gouge in the wood of one of my dining seats.
I do not blame the employees since they worked hard, but I believe anybody who deals with clients has to have the ability to talk or read Language with some fluency. In addition, I think maybe these guys haven’t gotten sufficient instruction in how to manage and package things in a truck like I have not ever had any kind of breakage in previous moves.
