THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!

5 times of repeated appointment dates.

No moving trucks arrived, just explanations. I needed to be outside, so I leased a Uhal. And now they do not need to go back my deposit. Wow! They left $2100.00 and did NOTHING to make it!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THESE PEOPLE.

1) Quoted 1500, billed 3000

2) Promised delivery to a date, advised it might be 1 or two days after. There was a clause in the contract which stated they had 21 days from if they chose up the furniture to get it to you. I had been confident that it was just to shield themselves for instances of severe weather. We had our furniture picked up, waited a week to get there so worst situation we’d be with furniture for two weeks. We had been advised that the furniture was already on a truck throughout the nation before we even left the east shore for the west shore. Nobody returned phone calls for 3 times, and then we find out that it never made it around the nation, and they stated they’d 21 days from WHEN WE GOT OUT HERE, not out when they chose up the furniture, which will be a clear lie. I even explained to them which was why we waited a week following pickup to get out here.

3) literally slipped down our dresser the stairs rather than carrying it out. They did have somebody in the base spotting it. This broke the banister, broke a leg away from the sofa, and led in chaffing of the carpeting stairs.

4) My girlfirend watched the movers simply dropping boxes onto the truck out of waist high.

5) They’re great during earnings and then do not react once they have your possessions hostage

I’m writing this review to provide them an opportunity to redeem themselves, now that it’s 2 days after my shipping was assumed to arrive, and still no word of if it’ll even get on a truck, and actually nobody will call mepersonally. I received a text along with an email, and they then cease responding once I say all of the aforementioned points.

The top movers company I’ve ever moved together with the supplied me smooth moving agency, the team has been really amazing and hardworking. The very best part is each person they deliver to assist you’re professional. So that you do not have to worry attempt them and you are certainly in good hands.

The movers were courteous, on-time, also called forward to provide updates. They worked professionally nothing was ruined. Good service at a sensible price! Can highly recommend it to everybody out there.

The Brightline Van Lines representative has been quite responsive and answered all of my questions a couple of days ahead of the move. The movers called me to let me if they’d be there and really got there precisely. The movement was completed in time. I’m happy and would really like to recommend them to all.

I hired them to maneuver me couple blocks off. They took so much attention to wrap everything so that nothing has been ruined. They’ve given so much regard to my own mom. They have been prompt, quick and incredibly professional. Can hire them again.

My mum and I moved our things from two flats into a construction. Stress less movement we ever needed. The movers showed up on time and were both really professional, courteous, attentive and productive. I’d reserve them again in a heartbeat, although I trust I do not need to proceed as shifting is a hassle no matter what.

There were just two smart men. They were sensitive, helpful, and extremely responsive to all queries and concerns prior to and throughout moving day. Both of these movers stay calm and unruffled, coping with whatever comes up. They never whine about anything. They did everything with a smile.

Brightline Van Line’s staff arrived on time and worked tirelessly for our transfer into some other nation. They have been fantastic and took extra good care of my items. I’m quite particular about my items but after dealing with Brightline Van Lines I will now actually trust them with all my possessions.

A couple of months ago we called asking about for costs to maneuver a 900lbs secure. Amy was fine on the telephone but moreover that we’d not use them again. They arrived with just two men and a palm dolly to move our safe. They ended up placing deep scrapes on both sides and we’re still hoping to make them cover the harm. I had a terrific experience together. The group was quite clean and I felt as though I’m with the ideal guys. Carefully wrapped everything and fully reassembled what they needed to take aside. I certainly would suggest to employ. Rates were very aggressive too!

The team showed up right on time, was exceptionally considerate, worked quite effectively, and took great care of my possessions. Extremely Pleased with the professionalism and customer attention from Brightline Van Lines.

This is my first experience with a moving company and I am quite delighted! 1 Bedroom, queen bed, sofa, dresser, two nightstands and a clunky dining room. Along with 20+ boxes. Everything has been done professionally and economically. The minimal time is 5-hours, and they stopped in just 5 hours! Nothing has been broken or scraped.

Subsequently , they gave me an opportunity for shipping with less than 24 for us the prepare to this. Delivery day comes…. The truck did not match in the neighborhood so that they needed to charge me MORE to rent a bigger truck, they begin unloading and guess what! There is rat blossom on MY SOFA! They ripped a leg (fully ripped off) from my dresser, the screws to get my children beds where missing, overlooking boxes, scraped furniture missing furniture, they RUINED the flooring of their rental house we live in, (falling furniture left and straight ) pulling the furniture together with no mats or anything beneath them. Now do not get me started with all the employees ( I swear they moved and caught 3 homeless individuals and had them go my things ). We had been so angry when they ended and we informed the man accountable about what which was Damaged, he strove to set the mistake on the”employees” who did not get the job done for the firm (aka the displaced people), compared not to pay them to their entire days work!!

After all that we filed a promise and figure how much they’re giving us! $198.00 bucks!!!

The floor and wall fix (oh since the dented and left holes onto the walls) had been $1,500 bucks!

I’ve tried phoning them clearly no one replies, emailed them requesting to examine the flooring images I shipped and also provide us much more money and nothing more!

Do not use this firm! I’ll share my expertise everywhere I could! Its a shitty firm!

Brightline Van Lines are professional people. Don’t use this provider. Worst firm experience of our own lives. We’ve filed a claim with the Attorney General of Florida against them.

Brightline gave us an estimate of $2,594.00 to get 39 things and 120 moderate 3.0 cubic feet poles. Reviewed this quotation with Brightline a few times before the transfer for precision.

Upon entrance of Brightline we advised them that we’re closing at 3:00pm and needed to be outside at 6:00pm. They researched our stock & stated it would be near but may go over allocated space. Soon when they said cost could be yet another $900.00. Driver’d Manager phone us. He explained if we did not agree with the boost in cost they’d block the move. Due to the time and tension we believed we had no option. We signed under duress. Afterwards they advised us the cost would be more. After he hoovered on our desk and watched our final announcement, went out to have telephone conversation. Came back in he announced the new cost for $7,182.00. Called the Manager back and he explained we ought to consider taking things from the list to lower the cost or proceed with the entire amount & get everything. He said that after they obtained our items in the Warehouse he’d review our stock & give us a lien. We shot 18 (biggest of those things ) of their 39 things off the record bringing cost down to $6,490.60. Then if we remind them of those boxes in our storage, then he included an extra $500 that was already included in the initial quotation. Ever since our time was running out & having nobody else to move out us over a few of hours, we all signed again under duress. We gave the next payment of $4,400.00 in money to save 10 percent. They assured that they’d send to our storage in Georgia about the 16th that did not occur until the 23rd. We had been intimidated and treated badly with the members of the firm. We’ve got many individuals who observed their antics daily of the transfer in addition to the shipping day.

The Supervisor (currently the dispatcher) called to inform us the shipping could be sometime over the weekend. We inquired about the lien & he answered: You aren’t qualified or it might be already deducted from the final payment. Denied ever saying we’d find a rebate.

4/20/2020 Called Manager for shipping date again. Replied that his driver did not appear but had been getting a brand new man Wednesday that could be out no later than Thursday. Would call beforehand when discharged.

4/23/2020 Received telephone call from inspector stating they had been in path due to arrive between 3-6:00pm. Called back him at 7:30pm stated the following hour and reminded us to have the balance of money. Arrived at 8:45pm at the identical unmarked truck. Same two men who picked up and wanted that the money prior to launching the truck that’s contrary to the initial arrangement the rest of the balance is due upon delivery by Cash, Cashier Check, Personal Check, or Postal Money Order). We complied by providing him that the remaining balance in money.

Called Manager to spell out our invoice & ask where our army reduction has been. Said reduction has been carried over from first quote. Asked in which it had been at contract. Said he could not access our accounts as it had been shut & moving by his own notes. Asked for his boss’ name telephone quantity. Said he’s the client relations Manager accountable for Asked again & said that his boss is the proprietor & refused to provide his name stating that he had been the CEO could not be possible to reach exactly as with any other CEO of big firm. He ignored us saying we are done unless you’ve got a damage case. Refused to provide us that advice and simply said”We are done have a wonderful day” & wrapped us up. Tried phoning back & he never answered.

Sent Brightline petition of refund & answer from 5/17/2020. No response so far.

Unpacked our delivered things in the storage facility, discovered several broken objects & many missing things. Sent Brightline a petition for claims form through their site. No response so far.

Upon further investigation we’ve found the owner to become Charlie Ohana. He’s possessed at least five Moving businesses all together with numerous similar ailments. We had been cost gouged by Brightline. Our initial estimate was almost tripled even after accepting 18 big items off the record. The quote was grossly suppressed after reviewing several occasions. First volume on quote was 827 cubic ft ) Soon after coming it had been shifted into 847 cubic feet then on the last bill of lading 653 cubic feet has been inserted. A vacant 26′ box truck might hold nearly 1,700 cubic feet. Our overall quantity which grew up to 1,500 cubic feet from Brightline’s calculation just took up no longer than 1/3 of truck. It is clear that they overinflated our quantity but billed us to their own calculation. The initial quote of 827 cubic feet was nicely over the number we really had.

They took unfair advantage of the plight becoming even more amplified by the COVID-19 quarantine being set up. Do not be fooled by Ohana or some of the businesses. Remember if it seems to good to be true it probably is not.

Worst movers ever. Ruined/damaged/broke nearly all of our furniture and dropped our 70″ t.v. Almost doubled the price of our move whilst in the process of loading our products. Are waiting for them to settle our claim because 12-17-2019. Highly recommend you stay away from this moving business andtheir agent US Moving Services. Both firms are a nightmare for us to take care of. We’ve reported both firms to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration for poor business practices.

The encounter with this business was worse than dreadful. To begin with, I should not have expected too much because the movement was such short notice, however they made arrangements and promises that the couldn’t keep. They owe me money for days and damages following first guaranteed date. I stuffed all of the proper paperwork with notarized files and waited the appropriate quantity of time then has been registered. After the time period ago, it had been crickets. I emailed them a few times asking upgrades and never got a response. It’s currently 7 weeks after they eventually delivered and I’ve still heard nothing. Obviously, the first phone call was fantastic, explanations regarding what which was going to occur and so forth. Following that, it was downhill. My program was tight because I had been leaving the country for a little while and had to be packaged and going before I left. I made flight deals and leasing cars depending on the information that they provided about having the ability to pickup my belongings for storage. On the appointed day, I headed into the storage region to meet them. They called in my way and said they had been running late. . .then later. . .then even after until eventually they let me know they wouldn’t have the ability to make it. I had been scheduled to depart another day to my following site. Luckily, I managed to make arrangements to change my trip, my resort, and my leasing cars with no fee. They assured me they’d pick up my stuff the following moment. However, the following day, it nearly happened again however they eventually arrived to pick my stuff up. They gave me a shipping window that was good for my requirements. I shall make the story short by saying they missed that delivery window with per month. I’d phone them on a regular basis to learn more about if they were planning to send and it had been a run around every moment. They’d return to me or they had been awaiting the motorist or they had been awaiting a truck. If they finally were prepared to send they had been to phone me. They did however the motorist barely spoke English so that I never knew that they were providing on the following day before my apartment complex called to state that my van was not there. It was a vacation, and that I had no homework time to have the money which I knew I’d need. Fortunately, I managed to receive the money. The movers were fine enough, it was not their fault except for if it had been. The legs in my desk have been broken because they strove to tilt it instead of lift it. The novel instances were all falling apart, 1 piece of furniture has been totally ruined. They’d wrapped it up at a furniture blanket however, once I took off the blanket, everything fell apart. There were ruined boxes interior of that were broken dishes and wine glasses. These weren’t old boxes, they were brand new boxes. Some were clearly crushed. Furthermore, I had been advised that the furniture that they disassembled will be reassembled. None of the furniture has been reassembled. In a nutshell, the entire movement was a tragedy. I had been a month with no clothes or my furniture. I needed to purchase an air mattress to sleep on and a coat for those nighttime since they got colder. I don’t recommend using this business EVER.

This firm responded to a different review I registered stating they were angry that my claim had not been paid (in addition to a justification about why they were not paying the overdue shipping.) But they were not so angry as to follow along with paying my claim. They’ve given me the run around on the telephone many times, stating they’d phone me back and never did. They gave me the expansion of somebody to talk with but the expansion did not exist. They gave me a brand new address to submit the documentation since the first was missing. They never responded. Stay well away from Brightline Van Lines!!

How can I know? I, sadly, fell to this. As soon as I asked to get a quotation for my transfer in FL on DI, they gave me a quote of roughly $6000, having a fairly hefty”director’s discount” for me to register. Stupid me fell to this.

Following the individual contractor that they hired picked up on my belongings, he filled up my belongings and then told me — after all of my stuff had been loaded — that no, my transfer would really cost almost ***$12,000***. Seemingly the 735 cu feet of projected distance that they informed me would insure the listing of things I gave them (another red flag, however I’d only believed they dared the in-house check because of COVID) had been WAY off (which I, somebody who has never moved ahead, should not predicted to understand ), along with the true space my belongings happened up was roughly double that amount.

Trust me… I Had the listing of things I gave them vs. the packaging checklist and there was no material difference. And I certainly didn’t own *dual * the quantity of stuff.

Additionally, regardless of the contract quite clearly stating they take 50 percent of their remaining balance via test on pickup, the man who picked up my belongings (who, again, was an independent contractor) stated that he would require 70 percent in money. That I didn’t have on me (particularly as it had been 70% of those currently overeat fare). So I had to”pay” for spending a massive part of it by charge card, which frees up yet another $350 in charges.

Simply speaking, this business is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM unless you would like to get tricked too.
