They did what I asked and were not easy to use. The cost was fair and they even helped me pack things extra to that which they had been asked to perform. I discovered there cost to be aggressive but I compensated for 3 men and they showed up with 4. Seemed to expect me to trick for the excess man. Turned boxes upside down. Followed directions well but sounded annoyed but I must confess they were speedy and got the work done in a fine fashion. Don’t use this business their dreadful. The minimal quote you make it in the beginning will triple. The shipping date isn’t when you need it it’s when they feel as if it!! Waiting for my things for more than 10 days now and nobody understands nothing! Was told somebody could call me back last week and I am still waiting! I have called and known and they all say is that we did not guarantee a shipping date! Unbeievable how blessed and un educated this provider is!! The remainder of my household moving were likely to utilize this organization but not today!! And everybody I know will understand how dreadful this provider is! A lot is both scammers and liars!!

THE WORST. This is the worst moving experience we might have ever envisioned. High end furniture came with broken legs. There was also a seat with WATER DAMAGE! They stated that the storage device in which they had saved our furniture prior to the trucking there was a gap and water trapped in. Things were literally at a pile onto the vehicle and there was just one competent individual (extremely rude) to float everything. Please don’t use this organization. We needed to return and have a full list of everything. Take photos of all of the damages, get quotes on what things to fix… and insurance did nothing for us. This was 9 weeks ago and never got a dime. Discuss about the most stressful movement ever. We’re now in our new home but with each bit of furniture looking like it belongs in the ditch. I’m still deeply divided about it. THE WORST

This firm has failed in numerous ways I dont believe there is enough room to write everything.
1. When they arrived to home to provide a quotation, we was not complete packaging. I informed them we’ll be adding more sticks. Additional 40 boxes to rely and was billed $1100 additional. $27.50 ea box. We had no option because of time period of proceeding.
2. Accused of bringing additional stuff daily of transfer, if they simply look at business check off sheet, then nothing additional was inserted.
3. Told on the afternoon of transfer that I had additional truck that was delivered & not utilized as a result of everything matching on 1st truck. I advised the individual who did the quotation that the dimension truck that he said they had been sending could be to little.
4. Once truck was completely loaded I had been told truck was over weight because of sq feet utilized, I was never told I was just eligible for a predetermined amount of distance. Additionally, I paid extra to your truck to just carry my things directly to brand new residence. 8. Four things with little damages was composed on closing papers from 1st shipping but nobody has contacted me.Also based on their count sheet, so I am missing 5 or 2 boxes. Until we determine if something is truly missing sick leave it for the time being.
9. They dropped the opportunity to do great and create longer distant motions. We’ve got 2 more houses going south to Atlanta. They had been waiting to see how it went for us.
10. When we began this process, I was afraid of this type of thing occurring with a moving business. You had been given some decent ratings but I should have hear the downsides. The sales rep (I believe her name was Sandra) along with the Manager (sadly didnt catch his name) were horrible, bullied us, threatened us that they’d inform the foreman to push away with our belongings and throw out our possessions if we did not cover the”Over-charge”. We ended up having to cover 50% greater than the quotation and they would not unload our items until we compensated.

Lately employed this mover and won’t ever use again. Sales rep was favorable before the contract had been signed then it had been it is on your contract if problems of cost came up. Last costs was almost $1,000 longer then the quoted quote. Wanted to charge additional fees for delays due to them. 1 box lost and many others were crushed and broken. Wish I could provide negative stars.
The movers were helpful and friendly however, the direction stinks.

I’m very cared for dealing with this business.   I had been quite clear about a predetermined timeline and funding right from the start.   They ensured me several times that my demands would be fulfilled.   There Are Many Items Which would allow me to avoid this business, but I’ll write the most evident here.   I had been given a quote, it had been in the top end of my budget.   When it moved over I informed them I Would Need to look about.   I insisted on getting somebody at my home to verify the quotation.   They sent somebody who moved through my house and watched Everything I was moving.   They confirmed the quotation.   I had been confident that when I changed nothing, the Purchase Price Wouldn’t change.   I foolishly sure their sentence.   The day of the transfer a group came to my home.   Before anything was transferred the foreman went to the Identical exact tour that I had given two weeks before.   Same stuff, same location within my homeexactly the same firm.   But this period the quotation came outside to over 25 percent greater than the preceding quotation.   Since I’d challenging dates and was now stuck and they understood that, I needed to move.   I had no option.   I was the sucker, but hopefully this review will save Somebody Else from ever trusting this business.   When I addressed this with the firm they revealed all these technical motives and square footage, etc. of why their new cost was legitimate.   Which to me only supposed’we understood what we’re doing, you do not, You’re a fool for expecting people’.   They said they’d do something, but they never changed their cost back into the one that they promised me a while was true.   I compensated their new quotation, but hopefully this will save somebody else.

The quote they gave my parents wasn’t even near the cost we paid. They were suppose to maneuver my parents whole home for 4 people in 1 day. They began at 9:00 and at 9:00pm that they still were not done and move over 50 percent on which they estimate them.
