Blue Whale Moving & Storage

It is difficult to describe the nightmare scenario we experienced with Blue Whale and our claim is still being discounted over a month after. They came late and unprepared. They tried to cancel at the center of the transfer. They put enormous holes in the walls of this place that I was going from. They ruined nearly every item involving our refrigerator and washing machine that still has not been solved in our own claim. We’ve emailed and called and therefore are discounted. In the strain of the transfer to coping with damaged things and today for them to not make it appropriate, I don’t have any option except to post this review to warn other people against employing this corporation.

We’ve utilized Blue Whale before. They was really excellent. But we hadn’t used them in quite a while. Last year experience was dreadful. The team boss had an extremely poor attitude from the beginning and he had been rude. He wished to charge additional for every small thing which was contained in the bidding.   They took a lot of smoke breaks the movement Wasn’t completed until after midnight.   Don’t use again!

Blue Whale Movers were considerate but 3 hours late and didn’t finish the job, abandoned furniture in hazardous assembly requirements, and abandoned my house ruined.

I predicted Blue Whale the dawn of the movement to support my appointment because I’d never heard from them anyhow when we first booked it. They said that we had been movers and confirmed could phone us 20 minutes prior to arrival. An 8:30 am to 9:30 am coming window turned to some 12:30 pm entrance, with no exaggeration or cite of being out of this window.

Once came , my movers were quite friendly but obviously unequipped to deal with my house. They needed to request borrow resources to cut off furniture, and attempted to maneuver the fridge without quantifying for clearance, so damaging our recently renovated kitchen in many locations.

Being since they started three hours late, it was nearly midnight when they eventually arrived at our new house. Understandably exhausted and prepared to proceed, our movers dropped each of the furniture and boxes in our living space. They did build 2 beds until they left but 1 was incomplete and falling apart, fortunately I detected before placing my daughter to bed. 0 boxes were transferred to the chambers we advised, and nothing else has been put together.

We were billed $280 additional for getting more boxes than we anticipated, which is nice, it occurs anytime you estimate with movers. We were not discounted for not moving items on the quote, but hey, the price was fairly cheap to get started.

1 lamp has been broken during the movement, but overall most items were managed with caution. The fridge was banged up quite badly by trying to transfer it without ensuring that there was clearance (it removed just fine when the base drawer was eliminated ), also there are many gashes within our walls out of furniture hitting on them.

The movers on birth told me that they would not hook up or put in our washer or drier, stating they were not competent to do so. That is ok but wish they’d told us this before the transfer, as we currently must pay somebody to perform it. I expect that they were capable to take out the washer and drier in the first location.

I have awakened my dissatisfaction with all the client rep who put up the movement the following morning, but have yet to listen other than to state they’d be sending my comments for inspection.

I expect Blue Whale has the chance to allow it to be right and either refund some of my relocation, pay for the repairs in my house, and have team come and finish everything we paid for.

Composing this on behalf of my spouse to’d hired Blue Whale to maneuver his office today.   They had dedicated to arrive involving 2-3pm, and stated They’d call 30 minutes before They’d arrive.   At 2:30 they had not predicted, so that my husband called Blue Whale and asked how much time it would be until they came.   The dispatcher told him that the team was quitting to get a pop up and should arrive in his workplace in 20-30 minutes.   At 3:10 they hadn’t arrived.   SO my husband phoned back and this time has been told that the team”mis-judged” the visitors and time for his office, and so wouldn’t arrive until 3:30 in the earliest.   As my husband needed a 5pm devotion tonight, he advised Blue Whale he’d like to re-schedule for first thing the next morning.   They stated they couldn’t do that, so that he cancelled.   Not 1 word of apology from Blue Whale for failing to honor their devotion.

Moved a two bedroom condominium with Blue Whale plus it was rather painless. My only regret wasn’t employing the packing services ahead, as I was still franticlly packaging when the movers came. Was not a big deal however and they began on bigger things and what I’d filled up already. The movers were favorable. And did not seem disgusting or contribute off sketchy vibes and all of my things got transferred without damage in a reasonable period. Prices was on stage with estimates from different businesses.
