    Great Job, Im so happy

Blue Sky Van Lines really came in and saved the day for me and my loved ones. It turns out we ended up shutting our house considerably earlier than we ever thought we’d. So early in reality we did not really have a brand new home to go into yet. We actually did not need to miss from the deal however (that was well over our asking price in case you were wondering), so we went forward and closed the bargain. This however, meant we had to be from our home in just a couple of weeks. We looked for a great moving company that will help us out and we discovered this one. They provide up to 35 days of free storage to your own stuff, which was ideal for us, since it ended up taking us just 24 times to locate and close on our new home. At the mean time however, we stayed at a resort and we took solace in the fact that our possessions have been in a climate controlled environment with no immediate public access and under 24/7 surveillance. When you are going though a stressful movement, it is important you have folks there for you which you trust and can rely upon, and also this business very clearly permits for both. I’m very delighted with the amount of service that I received from the company and am thrilled with their degree of devotion to their client’s satisfaction and happiness, even in a challenging situation like ours.

    My over seas move

We hired this firm to really move my mom in law from Maryland to Hawaii to us. She’s becoming a bit old and we’ve got a massive home so there wasn’t any reason to not move out her so if really appreciate more time with the family and grandkids and we could look after her. Nevertheless, neither my wife nor myself can really get out there to help her pack up her house and move out everything here. Fortunately she’s a fantastic buddy out there so that they had the ability to arriving in and also help her decide what to carry together and what to give out or sell, but she still needed assistance getting things packed up and clearly moved throughout country. We hired this business to help out her. We explained the problem to them and they have been very useful, assuring us they’d get her cared for. In addition they called her and let her know every detail too (although naturally we supported with her also ), and let’s know exactly when they’d be present to begin helping that we all loved. Apparently, (according to her), they arrived in and were incredibly respectful of what. They took all her contribution boxes into some goodwill for her and helped her pack up the items which were too much for her (items like books and all her thicker bits, etc). They also got all of her items to our house within a couple of days and unloaded everything, describing which boxes were storage, and which she had led to move straight to her new space, etc.. In summary, they took care of all of the logistics of the movement and made it feasible to really get out her with all of the things she has to be joyful. We really appreciate their help, in addition to their clear care for their clients. She’s extremely pleased with their support as are we and today we can only get down to a long overdue family time.

    Thank you!

For me, the simple fact that BSVL is secured and insured is still a massive plus. I have unfortunetly had negative encounter with moving companies in the past who weren’t upfront about this reality and it ends up they were not. However, with bluesky matters were different, In actuality, nothing was even broken or ruined with this business in any respect, though when it was they promised me they’d have substituted it. They even showed me evidence of the insurance once I clarified that my prior experiences that I thought was quite good of them. I strongly recommend them, particularly if you’re often moving over extended distances such as me.

    Worst Experience

I’m beyond livid. I had been told that there had been a 48 hour window of July 12th or 13th to my own pickup. I waited till 7:50pm EDT on July 12th and nobody had called to timetable to its pickup on the 13th. I talked with a customer support representative who advised me that there wouldn’t be a pickup in the 13th and that I might find a refund and discover another firm to move me or simply wait until the following day to determine whether they could maybe find some accessibility. Once I explained to her that wasn’t good enough she wrapped upon me. So today my son is trapped I. Lynchburg VA without a strategy to get transferred into AL.. Someone ought to have contacted me before my phone to tell me there was a problem. I can’t feel that it is very good business practice to render a client in a scenario like this without actually reaching the them out to notify them. Subsequently to be wrapped up on if I wasn’t being belligerent of improper in almost any manner reveals me that my company isn’t valued. I know that at the significant scale of item my transfer is little, but I am still a paying client. I’ll be calling the BBB in addition to every website where I will make a review to let folks understand how Clients are handled.

    Really poor service and misrepresenation

So I am not one which generally feels the need to post any sort of inspection, but in this instance I actually wanted to warn others about a number of the worst service I’ve ever had. What I understood is that after movers get into a property, and particularly when they own your possessions, they have you and truly don’t care how they treat you. REMEMBER that.
Starts out with a quotation to move my things ($2,600 that was amazing and later I discovered was too great to be true) but after they had everything packaged up they began itemizing a variety of details, wrap items, going down stairs (which I already said I’d, but apparently, I had a lot of measures?) The last cost came around $4,100.
Next they’ve got an extensive contract that particulars allowable delivery time, harm policy, final payment, along with other items that they will certainly remind you of if they continue to screw you afterwards.
So, because they describe they have 21 days verbally when you’re speaking through the contract states company days, huge difference. So, I ask when will it arrive, they state in 2 weeks (not in writing) but must have listed it. The following week I request an upgrade on the transfer to receive a window for coming time. They’ve no idea or upgrade. The next week I request an upgrade. Nothing to report. The Monday of the next week I get no upgrade, however I did get asked if I’d mind sending them my final payment (and that I have not even got my furniture). Now this entire time, all I get out of the customer support people is”from the contract it states that they 21 business days to provide”. All I’m requesting is a status record of when to anticipate the furniture so that we could have people there to get it. I refused to cover it until I obtained my furniture.
Wait it gets better, That Thursday late afternoon I get a call in the driveway that states he’ll probably be there on Friday afternoon (approximately 12 hours), and it just so happens that my spouse and I both had to be out of town on business traveling daily. They say, well in the event that you can not be there to get the dispatch there’ll be a $1,600 redelivery fee plus a $100/day storage fee, and incidentally I also have to have a cash order of accredited check for the balance. All acceptable discussions include just refer to”its in the contract”. They could not explain why they could not supply a shipping window even just 3 times before??? Come on people I will monitor everything on my telephone and also you men can not monitor your trucks??? Really.
Once I have the ability to repay all of this, the movers with this conclusion also wish to maintain upcharging for things, but fortunately I have already made the last payment so I’m now back in control. Nevertheless its not over. We’ve got multiple smashed boxes and broken pieces of furniture. The humorous part is that they tried to assert the furniture has been busted when they picked this up. Wow the guts of the group. Now, I’m still working on obtaining the damages compensated for so apparently they’ve been effective in a whole 100% chance to set it in a politically correct manner.
Bottom line — Do not use this business, also beware of those tricks when using different movers too.
I’ve moved a couple of times before and had excellent support and outcomes.

    Do NOT Trust this COMPANY

But if there had been a zero that this firm will get it! PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They’re crooks, everybody of those. It starts off by Carlos being really sweet and stating that the charge to visit San Francisco will be 1500. Well, don’t believe what anybody tells you. It’s all a lie. They billed me 500 additional because he needed to walk an additional 300 feet. Yes it was from the contract in little print which nobody would visit and nobody would like to request that. They supply you with a flight of stairs totally free. But we didn’t have some flights. Therefore, it becomes worse. We requested for a two day delivery following our completely free storage for per month. They informed us once we signed on, you’ve got anywhere from 7-21 days (not certain of quantity ) of daily they’ll provide you for shipping. We needed to pay an additional $1000 to possess an specific shipping within two days.
Well, when the material arrived, they broke anything that was glass. Obviously , we paid extra for this glass to get there securely!! They struck a lamp also. Chipped my daughter desk after it came because he had been to lazy to ask his partner to get help raising it.
This firm had my daughter along with me in tears. They’re all Crooks, in the guys who picked up the furniture, that even added incorrect to attempt and scam my daughter by simply performing incorrect math using a calculator by simply adding yet another $500. Very good thing my daughter captured that. He pretended that it was a innocent mathematics error.
I’ve not had such a dreadful experience. I talked to a supervisor Rachel (I believe this was her title ). I had been so mad with her that I didn’t say nice words to her. She even hung up on me personally and wouldn’t answer any of my requirements.
Please this is a warning to avoid this business.
In general cost to get a $1500 1 bedroom proceed ended up costing $1500 3200 and many was in bad shape when it came.

DO NOT USE - FRAUD COMPANY

Don’t use these folks. They’ll be quite fine at first then as soon as you state you’ll proceed together they begin uping your cost and give you the run around. I signed up a binding agreeement with all needed information packed out. The contract also said” unable to raise cost”. Additionally in the contract has been recorded my insurance costs and they then said that they do not conduct insurance. When it had been signed they phoned me and informed me that they will need to boost the cost again since they had no additional choice ups at that place so it was likely to be 500 more from already a cost increase of $300 for a rise of location services. They told me following the binding contract which was the last cost but they whined. When I asked the woman to talk to her boss she explained she had been the supervisor, I then said okay let me talk to a boss and she explained she had been the boss. When I asked when she reported to anybody she explained. I told her how do they alter a binding contract and she informed me that they can do anything they need. Don’t use this company they aren’t honest and add extra costs for your ending contact. My cost almost doubled from the initial contract and offer free of material added or change of places. They began at $1000 to transfer under a little storage device to $1750. I really don’t know how this business is currently in business. I need zero stars was a choice

    Worst and Fraud company

This the worst moving business also DO NOT EVER TRY TO USE THIS fraud firm. They gave me a quote and if they arrived to pickup the things, they needed more money and that I refused to cover as I did not have any extra items besides what was initially anticipated. They stated, they’ll send within 10 days in the pickup date and they required over a month to its delivery. The customer support was dreadful. Ultimately, the driver showed up using large truck which can not turn in the neighborhood, therefore he needed to cover the following 350$ for him to load to u-haul and re-deliver back again. It is a major SCAM and fraud firm and that I would be very cautious with this business. It is great deal of frustration and I’m likely to have a legal act with this organization and hopefully they would quit doing so for their clients in future.

The Absolute Worst Moving Company Ever

Employing this particular company was among the worst experiences I have ever had with a business enterprise. If you feel you’ve been through the worst customer support experience of your lifetime, think again. Allow Me to tell EXACTLY what will happen if you use this business:

They’ll provide you a very low estimate for you to invest and cover per (non-refundable) deposit. Afterward , they will provide you a pickup date. They will 100 percent NOT come in this period or date. They gave me a Friday through the afternoon and after I frantically called them innumerable times, they showed up in my home on a SATURDAY at 8:30 PM. I needed to cancel all programs I’d made for the previous weekend I had in my town to sit down on my sofa and await them daily because they kept changing their story each time I called.

Next, once they eventually arrive, they’ll don’t work. They were officially on their telephone goofing off for approximately an hour until they began lifting one box. From the time they had been done moving my things, it was 10:30 PM. They loaded all and gave me a”new quotation” – it had been HUNDREDS of bucks more compared to the initial quote they’d supplied. They also threw in another few hundred bucks to get”hallway fees” (for owning a hallway, I am not kidding you) and”charge card processing,” both of which they hadn’t ever mentioned before. Wanting everything to be over and on the point of tears, I said alright and pulled my credit card out to cover. Then they fiddled about with it for an additional half an hour before they let me understand that they did not possess a credit card system. They explained that somebody would client support could call the next day to receive my advice to bill me.

Nobody calls me for around a week. Afterward, when finally somebody calls me, I tell them what a massive fiasco picking up my things was. The woman, rather than providing any sort of support, knowing, or consolation, goes OFF on mepersonally, stating I had the choice to cancel when I was miserable. I asked her how I could’ve because they have all of my things and my non-refundable residue. She states”I do not understand but you might have constantly cancelled but you did not.” After speaking to this particular wall of bricks for half an hour and going to yell, I eventually break down and say,”Fine, I will just cover whatever you request, just allow me to know what to do.” She said she’d send me a credit card authorization form – that I must fill it out and then send them a photo of my credit card, my ID, and also the form.

Now, I totally understand what a dreadful company this is but’m fully trapped and at their mercy because they have literally what I have.

She then proceeds to undermine me, stating that they will auction all of my stuff off if I do not pay ASAP. I had been completely confused as I was constantly keen to cover and the whole delay was on their role not getting me back. She never sent that the credit card authorization form. Following a couple of days of living with stress that they were planning to go rogue and promote all of my things, I phoned them about 5 times now and could not get a hold of anybody. At the 6th period, I get a hold of a person and politely inquire her to send me the charge card authorization form so that I could pay and nothing else could happen to my own stuff. She does it while I am on the telephone line (thank god!!) And that I fill it out and send it back instantly.

Then I ask her to get a ETA of when my things would be coming. She informs me that all my stuff would be in my first city, they had not even loaded with the moving truck nonetheless. Now, I am going to BLOW. It’s been WEEKS since all of my stuff was picked up and it had not moved one inch. I inquire how something like this could occur, when I could expect my things, etc. . her replies continued for ruder and ruder stating”I do not understand, how can you expect me to understand, etc.” I eventually had to hang up because I could not handle talking to them anymore.

I am really at a entire loss of things to do. This scam of a business has all of my possessions and speaking to them is literally like speaking to a wall. Unbelievable. I’ll update when/if I ever get all of my things.

    The worst experience ever

As soon as they showed up that they stated my stock checklist didn’t have three beds onto it and wanted to bill me an extra $2,000. After a few calls to attempt to get to the workplace or direction I had been told it had been from the hands. Nobody called me back the drivers simply left without saying anything. I was now stuck to discover another moving business that was planning to defraud me and it occurred. In addition, do not utilize David & Goliath Moving and Storage. They’ll get you also.

This firm is a BIG SCAM. It is a torture coping with these unprofessional staff. When they arrived to pick up the belongings they billed far over the cost that was cited in the quotation. We had no other option except to go for this business since there wasn’t any time left to search for a different firm. I am still stuck with this particular corporation. It has been over 30 days today and my material hasn’t yet been delivered. Each and every time they provide various explanations on the telephone and lie that it will be loaded now. Now they’re telling there is no driver available. I am pregnant and I need to endure this torture. I am staying with no furniture, kitchen things and so much more things that has been significant. I can not buy everything again and all I could do is wait patiently for them. The truth is that I do not even know if they still possess my things or else they simply lost it.
They be certain that you employ them by speaking all well and giving you bogus quotes for the transfer and incorrect delivery/pickup dates. PLEASE ITS A REQUEST do not fall in this trap. Im quite disappointed.

Blue Sky Van Lines- WORST of WORST !!!

This provider is WORST!!! I hope this again moving business is WORST!!!
I transferred my 13-14 midsize boxes out of Torrance,CA into Plano,TX that they provided me estimate of 1000. No matter how the day that they arrived & pickup they billed 265$ extra saying additional measures & spaces. They’ll continue to keep their vehicles off from your house so that they can charge extra volume. They stated they take test but on the afternoon if pickup came they request ALL CASH level!! .
The men came for pickup were pitiful, so demanding behaviour…!!!
Once they pickup they told me it’ll be sent in seven days… my boxes obtained sent following 15 days. Customer support will stop react to a telephone. !!!
The day that they sent, the delivery man came with a 18 wheeler truck..then he did not come within my flat although there were sufficient distance. That man said he cannot haul my boxes into my own door step. He explained if you need he will come daily with little truck & he’ll bill $500-800 additional. I denied. . ,that man dropped all of my boxes in main street itself…
Not even transported to space that was in arrangement. .
Worst firm, never kept guarantees. Worst service, worst Client Maintenance.
Never proceed with this shifting solutions.

WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER WORKED WITH

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I have gotten countless quotations from lots of moving businesses but I picked them for the woman named Deanna who had been the eldest woman. She cared for me and made certain my things got picked up in two days. Shealso lent me $1600 (that was somewhat higher compared to the other quotes I obtained ). Most firms gave me quotes of under a week and that I enjoyed that Deanna had been a bit more realistic telling me how that it was gon na t require anywhere from a week for two weeks. Read testimonials on facebook so that I was convinced. After the movers arrived to my home, the quote dropped to $3000! This is thinking about I tried giving them precise dimensions. Throughout and following pick-up, there’s not any way that I could find a grasp of Deanna. In addition they moved my calls to the client support conducted by men and women that are rude and unprofessional. We must California. I phoned 4 months after pickup and they explained my stuff remains in their warehouse at the east shore!!! We needed to purchase fresh cooking equipment and clothing to endure. A month and a half after, they determined it was a fantastic time to send my belongings. The motorist texted me and said I must pay additional $500 even though me asking them if they picked up my furniture when there’ll be any additional fees. I asked how large the truck will probably be and they informed me if there is a location to get a 24′ top truck, and then we ought to be OK. They need me to pay additional to get a shuttle since they can not cross the bridge. THEY KNEW WHERE I WAS MOVING TO WHEN THEY PICKED UP MY STUFF!!! The driver was very impolite and so was the client services. We had been made to cover since I’ve got some precious things which I didn’t need them to continue to some longer. This provider is the shadiest firm I have ever worked together. I have endured enough and will certainly pursue legal activities. Contracts do not supersede common sense and being faulty.

    They stole from me ...

The absolute worst aspect of my move… and I am still coping with them since they stole things from me which I have been attempting to return for two months today!! Including my diplomas along with a priceless painting with my grandma.

They also struck a dresser that I’ve was able to maneuver twice myself without even leaving a scratch. I needed to send in a formal claim for that because it’s damaged beyond repair.

Nearly every box has been ruined as it had been delivered. You can literally reach within them without ever taking off the tape.

When they had my small business and deposit I never heard from them before the afternoon before I had been hoping to proceed once I essentially had to phone them every hour and then leave a message before anybody bothered responding to allow me to know what time to expect the truck or perhaps when it’d be that afternoon.

SO unprofessional. Not 1 man wears any type of uniform or business shirt. I am expecting all of my possessions to youpersonally, the best and affordable customer support component is a t-shirt using a business logo. Or maybe a company truck! When that Business rental truck round the corner and four men got out from ratty jeans and requested to enter my house and take my things…. Yeah, that is a dreadful moment that I instantly regretted. Additionally, please explain to me why I needed to get $600 cash in the time of shipping. If this does not send up every red flag on your own body then something is horribly wrong with you. They already had all of my things onto the truck and that I was stuck. This kind of awful experience.

Do yourself a favor and do not even bother speaking to them. They have to be shut down.

Please do not employ this mover!! They’re a lot of scammers and thieves. !!
I’ve hired them for my transfer out of Phoenix Arizona to SF Bay area. They’ve delivered my things two weeks late and billed me for storage
They stole my TV, Xbox, Soundbar, furniture decoration, light rack, my three pricey suits and other precious stuff. My TV stand glass arrived broken. They have opened the packed cartons and stole the precious stuff.
I fond Virginia and Florida license plate within packaged carton which doesn’t belong to me
Here really is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. Since Insurance is based on the weight of the bag you won’t have the ability to receive much money back from insurer.
Should you really care about your precious items then do not hire blue skies van lines

Talk about bait and switch. Therefore I got a quote from them to get a transfer from California to Florida pan handle. Obtained a 2500 dollar quotation together with 200 dollar law enforcement dismiss. Was happy no issue. Day of transfer movers are overdue by 3 hours at a pensky no uniform that the series up and low and behold bam 900 additional bucks additional and they did not even take what I were nominated for. I predict blue skies next day that they toss me off to some 3rd party client support that states that the cost is the cost. Movers appear now and are managing my things like its worth nothing. Never will I use this service again if this is the way you deal with law enforcement. Absolutely horrified for this service don’t rely on them you Won’t be pleased

    Very bad service.

Don’t think anything RickTony states. Nothing was accurate in regards to the service they stated. Please browse the review carefully and also steer clear of this particular movers.
    1) you are going to get a sensible quote originally, but then it will go high as much as twice. You may hear fees that were not mentioned earlier but you will have no choice aside from paying it, as you will find those fees once the movers must pick up your belongings and you won’t have any other choice left.
    2) they will make you false claims according to your requirement, even though it says differently on the arrangement and then you are going to ask you to stick to the arrangement as you signed it already.
    3) that the furnitureboxes were treated very badly. They struck my wooden corner desk that means it wasn’t treated with care in any way. My glass places were broken too although the boxes have been marked as delicate.
    4) you may find a regular follow up telephone till you make payment, after the deal has been completed difficult to achieve them. I have sent many mails for justification for all these damages but I have not got any email from anyone up to now. I am likely to document complaints too.

Don’t hesitate to mail me for additional information. I’d really like to discuss my personal knowledge in detail.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - AWFFUULLLLL

The WORST experience ever. It’s 7pm and I want my things moved in the afternoon. They still haven’t been in a position to guarantee that a truck since,”nothing is ever a warranty”… They’re freaking trained to state that!

    Timeline of events:

1 month prior to proceed: Received poor customer services. Told them I didn’t wish to use their business; composed the supervisor Rachel an email saying how unprofessional the sales rep had been.
She phoned me and said I could deal directly with her, apologized, and promised that a professional, smooth movement. Offered me 150 supervisor dismiss. Desired a two day window, and so I advised them that Friday & Saturday. She said they’d call me a couple of days ahead of the move to upgrade any stock required. Dispatch would phone 24 hours prior to the movement to inform me of this time frame. The transfer was quoted about $1350. Paid deposit.

3 days prior to proceed (Wednesday): Received a call from dispatch stating they’d be picking up my things in the afternoon. I told them my two day window was Friday & Saturday. He told me that they don’t have any trucks available Friday or Saturday so it must be Thursday. He explained there’s a $150″supervisor discount” for my own flexibility. I said,”NO, that reduction has been because I received poor customer support.” He said he’d call me back. I didn’t get a call backagain. I phoned them back 3 hours later and they affirmed that there was no movement scheduled for Thursday and it was a mistake.

2 days before proceed (Thursday): I hadn’t got a call by 4pm, and so I called them. They said because I did not get a telephone today, the movement could be scheduled for Saturday. I said that they said something about”no trucks accessible” and he promised me that the move will be on Saturday.

1 day before proceed (Friday/today): I phoned in the morning along with also the reception said they’d have my program by 1pm.
At 2pm I phoned and Rachel, the supervisor, said she’d have it for me in 1 hour and she had been going to phone me back. At 3:30, I phoned them and Rachel had gone home for the afternoon. They ensured me that dispatch is working on it and they will call me back until closure. By 3:30 – 6pm I’d predicted them 3x – that I had been advised to stop calling because they had no upgrades. I mentioned , I only wish to understand whether a truck will probably be showing up tomorrow. Their reply was”NOTHING IS EVER A GUARANTEE, BUT WE’RE WORKING ON IT”… Exactly what the True fk…
6pm – Asked to talk to manager. Spoke with Ann and she revealed that nothing is ever a guarantee. They let me cancel my movement.

I called another firm at 6:30pm and they could ensure me that a truck tomorrow day. Quoted me $1800 – worth spending extra minus the hassle.

Folks, I’m all about responsibility. In case you screwed up on Thursday -TELL ME SO I HAVE TIME TO Repair It! Do not keep promising me that you are likely to find out it up till it is the final minute and you still have not.

This provider is really a nightmare. DO NOT USE THEM EVERRRRRR!!!
