A buddy of mine who’s working in vents – handling containers – informed me – it is regular practice – to postpone the container at destination – and cost additional charges – and discuss it with customs. So I will document Right To Information (RTI) to find the specifics of the container in Bangalore Warehouse. Majority of harms (broken seats, couch springs, broken granite tops to the staircase ). Blue Horizon’s doesn’t take responsibility for breakages if you don’t choose insurance. Their insurance policy price is much more the price of things. For instance you pay $55 processing fee, $300 allowance and 3 percent of declared value. – therefore at a minimum of 355 for $1000 announced value. TO SUM UP IT IS A Complete RIP OFF

Really disappointed by this organization and would not suggest it to anybody. We did an Global dispatch from London to New York in September 2014. All went smoothly until it was time to get our products at November 2014. I even wrote David Rico that I was planning to place a bad review to the firm, which he chose to not react to. Which in my head makes the client support for this business much worse than I believed. Listed below are the key reasons we do not recommend this business –   1 ). When we were choosing a business to utilize for our transport, we picked Blue Horizon over a different firm since David Rico stated Blue Horizon would provide free storage (from the USA) for 1 month at no cost. We wanted this particular support since he did not yet have somewhere to reside and we understood it could take a while to discover a location. When our products arrived in New York we told David we desired to apply this completely free storage deal. Then he advised us that the totally free storage began on date of pickup of merchandise. Horrible experience for this provider. Overall very good experience. I moved  out of Australia back home to Miami. I had been given their advice with a cousin who employed them here. My transfer was generally little and that I packaged all myself.  The contract that I signed was with Blue Horizon however, the boxes were really picked up by a different firm in Australia. Shipping took rather long, a bit more than 2 months but that is exactly what I expected anyhow. 1 thing I’d suggest to anybody making a similar movement would be to double check and triple check the dimensions of this move. They provided advice about the boat my items were about and gave me updates on when I should expect my things.  After everything was offloaded, all of the furniture has been put back together.
The team in Sydney was quite professional and nice.  This was my very first overseas movement so that I actually didn’t understand what to expect but once I return to the States I will use Blue Horizon back as I loved the way that they handled my transfer.

When they moved the furniture in they ruined the floor. The fix to the floow price 2,000$ (Official statement from Home Depot). But they refused to cover the whole amount – they just agreed to pay 500$ with no true justification othen than”that is what we believe the fix should price”. I DID NOT ASK THEM FOR MONEY – I only want my flooring repaired. They’re More than welcome to bring another professional flooring installer and fix in whatever price they could find but It’s impossible to purchase from them ANY reasonble reponnse and now I’m stuck.   Strongly suggest NOT TO WORK WITH THEM!
You will find many other difficulty of ruined material that insurance refused to pay for becuase their movers didn’t enroll the material properly but the problem above is the most important one.

Bottom line – dreadful experience!

I typically do not review firms positive/negative however I’d like all to know this provider isn’t to be utilized. Moved from NYC to Frankfurt Germany. Was provided a quotation of x$ and 5-8 week shipping interval. Pickup was 29 August and we didn’t get our items till November 16 (much more then their”quote”)! Also not only were they late they also delivered a box that was not ours and missing the most significant item of furniture (our mattress). No one in this business appears to care and there’s not any responsibility. Don’t use this business if you would like to view your moves sent and delivered on time without any episodes. Also notice this Business forwards your things to other businesses and that way they dont have to care when they obtained their cash.

We proceeded together with Blue Horizon out of NYC to London and also had an Excellent experience. Their groups on the two ends of the Atlantic were courteous and professional in the very first time we approached them into the previous box which was sent and unpacked in our new location.

We sadly hired them to transfer our things form New York to Vancouver, Canada. Biggest mistake of my entire life.   Here Is What happened:
-They informed me that our dispatch must take 14-21 days
-Following 14 times, our materials still had not even left the suburban warehouse they’d saved it in after picking this up!
-After 18 days, they advised is it’d arrive at day 23.
-Following day 23, they informed us it must arrive daily 25.
-Following day 25, they advised us to anticipate it daily 26.
-Following day 26, they advised us to anticipate it daily 27.
-The dispatch really eventually came the day of day 28.
-THEY LOST THREE ITEMS, together with NO EXPLANATION, stating efficiently”well things happens”
-THEY BROKE OR DAMAGED MULTIPLE Products
-THEY OFFERED NO COMPENSATION FOR THEIR FAILURES
-They do not do some of the dispatch themselves. We were not advised that they’d be outsourcing, however, another firm was allegedly.   Blue Horizon is Only a very unhelpful center guy.   One which I would advise that you avoid no matter what.
-Their representatives repeatedly lied to us.   I grabbed them at several lies Once I pointed out that what they had been telling me through email was different compared to the things they had been telling me by phone.   When I called them on it they began accusing me of being unprofessional, that is incredible.   I’m a CUSTOMER.   You’re the ones that are unprofessional.   LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, and Sometimes, prohibited.   Don’t trust this Organization.   I mean to record with the Better Business Bureau with this and we will see what they must say.

I have recently transferred with Blue Horizon Transport from Fort Lauderdale to Berlin, Germany and had a Fantastic experience.
