1. Possessions ruined by professionals. Please be aware none of those things packed with ourselves obtained any harm whatsoever. 2. Added fees. Not discussed before after loading. In accordance with their own small print, any extra charges must be discussed prior to any loading occurs. 3. Delivery time difficulty. Originally informed Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday’m. Eventually arrived at 7pm on Sunday evening.  If we had been moving ourselves we’d expect to still do so at 1am. With specialists that was completely unacceptable. 4. Deliberately concealing a damaged item by one of the workers. The motorist unwrapped a piece of bedroom furniture and hauled it against a wall. The damage was found that a couple of days later. The rear of this unit was like a fist was placed through it. This was the cause that began the practice of our criticism. 5. They put together our slat mattress frame and if we transferred it the entire bed framework collapsed.   6.  Figuring out a criticism section on the shape and then being advised they didn’t deal with complaints they simply learn from them. 7. Needing to chase up using numerous telephone calls along with being given the run around.  After two months we’ve been given a paltry amount of $279 which just covers the cost of a damaged item.The only great thing about this provider is Herbert who usually answers the telephone. We’d definitely not advise using Binding Cost Moving.  Totally unprofessional organization to work with. Don’t use.

I jumped from NY to Fl in August. The first salesman, Eric Wolf, with whom I signed the original contract made a comprehensive inventory of things being transferred,as did the real movers, as did I. We therefore had three indistinguishable inventory sheets.
I was present since the truck was unloaded in Florida. 1 thing that wasn’t boxed was a $1200.00 grownup electric bike. The bicycle that came from the truck was a flimsy bit of trash. As soon as I told the driver he advised me that he saw my bicycle, tagged with my name if he was still loading. He instantly called the warehouse. They told me that my bicycle was still there clearly marked with my name and that it could be routed down the next week in their following truckload into Florida. When the driver returned to NY the bicycle was missing.
It’s now November, Eric hasn’t returned one telephone call in four weeks. The proprietor Abraham, initially, said he had to review his safety tapes. He then said he would work out something with me, but after a few phone calls he’s nowhere available. My really expensive vacuum cleaner disappeared also. My tremendous chandelier which was initially sent from Italy was seriously damaged. I told Abraham I’d swallow the”missing” vacuum cleaner and ruined chandelier when he replaced the bike. He doesn’t return my calls. Binding Cost Moving just doesn’t care. 
Don’t under any circumstanced utilize this organization.

Following weeks or hunting and an absurd quantity of telephone calls from many movers, then we moved with Binding Cost Moving. I frankly have only positive things to say about these men. We had an eye-opening visual setup and has been given a quote based on the estimators evaluation. I am delighted to say that we did because the cost which was quoted was a level cost and our invoice didn’t increase in any respect. Kevin was our sales person and that he had been quite professional and detailed. Movers were punctually and shipping went smoothly without any damages. Can recommend them to friends and loved ones.

Despite reading several bad reviews on the business, we chose to provide them the benefit of the doubt and picked them for our transfer from NY to FL. On July 17th 2015, I talked with Beyonkia. We weren’t advised to be in Florida before August 1st, but picked a select up date of Friday July 24th to allow our items to be down on the next day, August 2nd which it says in my quote which was emailed to me personally. Pick up day arrived, and we had been charged another fee because of some additional things which were not available on the stock list. Understandable. 2 pieces of paper that I signed this day said”delivery date” and also”agreed delivery date” of August 1st, 2015. August 2nd we predicted the firm. Had been awarded the run around a few times by client support along with a guy called Kevin, who’s thought to be the supervisor. I had been told cargo will be in after that afternoon and I would be given a call with additional details. I predicted THREE more times daily and Kevin couldn’t give me some more details. Called several days then and has been given more explanations,”shipment is not in now” or even”my system was down” and every time I had been promised a call back that I NEVER RECEIVED. I needed to always call and telephone to try to find some information regarding our relocation. Eventually on Friday August 7th I phoned and was informed”the truck has been loaded now” which supposed I must have my things in a couple of days. Sunday August 9th that I got a telephone call in the truck driver stating he’d be delivering our things the next day, sometime after 2pm. Monday August 10th I got a second call in the driver saying he’d be on us about 6pm. 6 went and came, eventually in 9:10 PM the truck revealed. A police officer that lives in my complicated saw the truck pulling in and informed him unless he could back it in, there’s not any way he could come in the intricate because of there only being a exit/entrance. The driver complied and backed the truck to the complicated. Two guys proceeded to escape the vehicle, inquire that door is passed and our me estimates in which time he stated”now you simply owe us $150″. I said excuse me? He explained it was to get a”long walk fee.” The space to where the vehicle had been parked into the doorway of my flat was the exact same space if not less from my home in NY where the drivers needed to visit the cellar, walk outside the back door, through the rear yard, down the driveway and into the road. My spouse and I informed them we shall absolutely NOT cover them any extra charges, he then explained to us”good only pay me 75 instead.” We refused to cover them ANY money at this time, at that time the drivers needed to up and leave and told us all we would have to rent a bigger truck. We advised them we wouldn’t permit them to depart with all our items that we’ve been waiting for a week to get and advised them to leave our possessions and we’d look after it independently. My mum and I moved all of the boxes in our very own, a dresser, 2 television stands, our big ottoman, dining room table, 4 chairs, all of our horses toys and many different things. It was not until the VERY END in which the movers introduced in our sofa and 2 full beds. (likely since they were trying to find a hint ). The project we agreed on was NOT fulfilled because of us doing all of the moving in our own AND we put in with all the mattress frames that was a part of THEIR project. We’ve got a 6 year old to get an full WEEK she’d minimum toys to play with, we needed to really go out and purchase air beds for us to sleep on, pots and pans to cook with amongst other things as ALL of those things were still at the warehouse once they were assumed to be in our flat. The contract says east shore deliveries are sent 7-10 business days out of pick-up, so we had it in 11 times but the contract also had a single date on it and we did not get our items before per week AFTER that date. Subsequently on Tuesday August 11th, a client of theirs CALLED AND TEXT ME since the transferring firm gave him MY private mobile phone number to inquire if we had some of his boxes which were missing! That’s horribly incorrect and a entire violation of privacy. If I could offer them ZERO stars I’d, this firm is AWFUL

I hired another firm to transfer my 1 bedroom flat in Jamaica into Jacksonville, FL. In the last moment , they phoned and explained that their truck broke down and they would not create it. I have utilized All City Movers previously (had a wonderful encounter ) but they were not available with this movement. So I predicted Binding Cost for another day proceed. A superb experience.
