I only ended my relocation using BigBen’s Moving & Storage and have only good things to mention! Our movers, were more effective. They were completed ahead of schedule and because there was a three hour minimum, they even assembled our mattress frames. I would strongly recommend and will definitely be calling them back for our future demands.

Then once my things have been picked up I didn’t have any idea where some of my items were found. Within a week went by and the client support staff had no advice for me about an shipping time/date and where my items were found. And of course they’d often ignore my telephone calls where I needed to phone them out of several different amounts simply to find someone to take my phone. I needed to phone them daily without any replies and a single day my belongings only showed up without even a 24 hour heads upward. To get a functioning person that was really unprofessional. It’d have been nice to learn when I had to be home to get my things. My new new throw rug (in its original packaging) somehow did not appear in my end place. I’ve wooden furniture with harm also. Moving is trying to start with however they made this transfer an entire nightmare. BEWARE OF BIG BENS MOVING AND STORAGE!!! I won’t ever recommend this business to your friend or loved ones.

They were so pleasant, instantaneous, quickly, and cautious with moving all of my furniture! Because they want everything in boxes, his group let me fit miraculously each odd shaped thing into a box. They even disassembled my bed and wrapped it all up tight and comfy, all included in the price. Will surely work together again soon!

It has probably been the worst experience I’ve had dealing with a firm. I phoned again on 7/9, has been advised that they were planning to reach out into the shipment and offer me a call back in 1 hour. False, not obtained a telephone. Called again on now (7/10), had been advised that they would hit back out into the shipment. Was also told they attempted to phone me the day before (however, the individual on the telephone was not able to inform me exactly what they had been calling me around…). All untrue, I’ve had my phone on me constantly without a voicemails were abandoned. They said they’d phone me back later in the afternoon. I informed them I’d call back in two hours, because they have a tendency not to keep their word. Called, same storyline. I said I’d give them two more hours to allow me to know where my stuff is, and that frankly should not be that difficult. Called, same storyline. I had been told that they were planning to generate a telephone and that I was subsequently left on hold for 20-30 minutes while they waited for the clock to operate. In 5pm, and that’s when they shut, I had been moved into the dispatch Grant.

Now, after several calls, I still have absolutely no idea where my items can be found. I’m angry and I won’t be doing business with this company in the past.

Each of the real moving men were really fine hard-working people out of Eastern Europe. I felt so bad for them since they say that this is a standard nightmare.

If you’re like me and on a limited budget, then please simply be conscious that a larger source is the sanity. Big Ben’s pricing isn’t worth the stress. I am hoping to one day laugh in that adventure but right now it’s just pure annoyance.

Mike and Michele showed up in time and have been incredibly courteous and friendly. They did a terrific job of packaging everything attentively without wasting any time or even unnecessary substances. In addition to that the prices were quite affordable. I’ll recommend them to everybody in a heartbeat.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!! BEYOND HORRIBLE!! Do not be duped, like I had been, by the look of the advertising (“the veteran operator,” etc.), the overall look of the site, along with the sales man, called, Joe Campbell. Big Bens really runs more like a scam, even if not they really are. Now, I’m not even sure whether my stuff is going to be sent to my new address in their own East Coast Warehouse. Here’s a report on my experience, which I expect would be helpful for individuals:

A. Pick-up

1) Joe will all surgar-coat and lie about what, but if the driver really comes to a door to get a pickup, all will change– particularly the estimated cost will sore. Be aware that Joe signs his emails since Advisor of Logistics, however after you’ve signed up the contract, he’ll vanish and inform you afterwards he’s only at the”sales” section — among several establishes this firm inform.

Lies and deceit. This is ways to explain Big Bens. Picked my possessions on June the 15th. Theywere assumed to ship a expert packing team – that I paid additional (alot) with this support. The things they did was send a contracted team to load and pack. Wrapped very small of my things – only threw them into a box and taped it up. As you can imagine- really very little endured the 52 day excursion. Yes it had been 52 days before my load came. 3 televisions sent – all ruined. All. Lamps shattered, vases divided, glasses and dishes ruined. Tool box found in a number of places. After the door has been opened onto the trailer, then boxes which had ripped open in transit dropped in the trailer into your blacktop below. Matters missing- things delivered which don’t belong to me personally. Had to employ a towing firm to overthrow the truck since the motorist had no ramps together with him. Only a complete nightmare. Quite sorry excuse for a moving business.

The representative who was supposed to take care of my situation got fired (I had been advised for protecting a client!) , and that I was never reassigned somebody to speak with. I had been hounding them to put my deposit down and also to confirm my transfer date. Obviously, when they canceled the evening before I was not surprised. Take your company elsewhere, would not trust them again.
