Both gentlemen who did my move were so courteous and fast. They called and allow me to know they had been running a bit late (which I loved ). I’ll certainly recommend and use again when necessary! Thank you a lot.

I used this business to package a trailer and it was a nightmare of an adventure. Two men showed up into my second-floor flat with a single dolly. It took them 5 hours to load the trailer, which surprised me considering the dreadful job they did. They drove everything from the trailer, not caring if the box was either heavy or light or that a piece of furniture was not covered. I proved shifting blankets that they did not utilize and today I’ve damage on each sheet of wood furniture I have, including my classic coffee table. Among the guys left a water jar in the trailer, entirely damaging a box and the contents inside. They shot my mattress from the bag and set it on the trailer floor. After the mattress was shot from this trailer it was filthy and torn out of the walls and floor of the trailer. The operations supervisor from this business called me and left a message, he maintained that he wanted to listen to what occurred. I’ve called 5 times attempting to get a hold of him and nothing. This company does not care about its clients and I highly advise that you do not utilize them.

They sent three men for our transfer. They have been friendly and quick loading and unloading. Overall move was approximately 15 miles. But they arrived with no resources to take the beds apart that comprised two Sleep Number and I’d asked about people when I reserved. Therefore, those two beds weren’t reassembled properly or at all at our new property. We called to notify them instantly regarding the beds and have been advised they’d send somebody out. This was 16 days past. Discovered large chunks of timber from 2 fine pieces of furniture that have been transferred quite a few occasions with no event. However, as of the writing, we don’t have any follow-up. We are disappointed with the dearth of superior customer support and preparedness upon coming using proper tools for your job. Wonderful staff but inadequate response and service.

I’m following up to a prior review. Formerly, I had been displeased with the manner that my claim had been treated but after talking with Johnathan Chipman that he managed to create the situation much better. He did a little research and managed to trouble me a far greater settlement sum. I was pleased to discover that this firm was prepared to make things straight using a miserable client. My move went off without one hitch.  These men (Ben, Jordan and Dakota) were right on time, courteous, professional and willing.  Trey, that helped me put my move up, was both useful and professional.  Overall an excellent experience.  I’d advocate Big Leauge Movers to anybody searching for reliable, professional moving services.

Our movers were wonderful! Our men were Reggie, Gilbert, Ben, Marlon and Antwan. I could not have asked for much better guys to utilize!! Moving is stressful enough and those men said from the minute they came I wasn’t permitted to lift a finger. They laughed and worked hard the full 11 hours that they had been together with my loved ones. Took pride inside job and we all made the most out of a difficult moment. The rain did not even alter there approaches!

This is actually the first time that I used this organization. L. Less and C. Holloway were very professional and prompt. I’ve several heavy and massive pieces. They broke furniture down, wrapped right bits, and loaded the truck from top to bottom. They did an superb job wrap furniture and loading the truck. They worked hard and productive. Beautiful and moving companies generally don’t go together.  However, these man were quick, friendly, and considerate.  They had been overdue, but merely because they place us on the calendar at one of their busiest weekends of the year in the last moment.  End of this month, ending of this college year.  They made up for this.  It is no denying that they were considerate with coping with placement of furniture and also extremely patient with me.  I’ve got three kids, two under two – plus they were rather sweet with my kids.  Particularly my 6 year-old.  I found myself needing to catch a beer with those men afterwards.  And their costs defeat another friend who only moved.   She’d half of the furniture and moment that I did.  These men deserve anyones company.  So much that I made the decision for this inspection when unpacking a home with 3 children!

I just had a couple of things but two big furniture pieces. The 2 guys that arrived were correct on time and also did an excellent job, either picking up and bringing. I inquired for non-smokers and that is exactly what I’ve got. The woman I talked to on the telephone was very nice and conveyed all of the info nicely. The owner called me as a followup since the men were ending up to observe how everything goes. I’d certainly use them again, but I sure hope I do not need to move ahead!!

To begin with,it had been pouring rain.I called to find out whether they were still going to pkup,” he said yes,snow, rain,etc.If you would like to cancel you will shed your dpt of $75.00. They’d no floor guards or covers for furniture,which wrapped thir wet,filthy dollie within my flooring & carpeting,monitored leaves, sand,depris into both houses,no-one provided to place down papers or even inquire if it had been ok.They pulled up the carpet in my bedroom to have a armoire out whining the entire time how thick it was.Both men were soaked to the bone, then I advised them I can not think they make you function in those conditions.We abandoned the 1st home stopped for supper,the movers moved into the bank,did not anticipate that.They unloaded things still tracking debris in fresh place..they sure transferred quicker packing than they did packing..they would not take the armoire upstairs since it was to thick,needed somebody else to assist,so that they place in garage and broke 1 of those doorways off.Still,no-one stated sorry.They explained maybe I could find some friends to carry it up there for me.What,that is why they call one of the plumber’s. There were things that I needed in home,I discovered in garage,matters were left behind from older house.They simply threw furinture along with different items in garage,only unbelieveable. I payed $476.20 from door to door(only the transfer ),since Steve threated me when I didn’t cover,even thou he understood of my worries along with the busted armoire that they wouldn’t move upstairs.I have predicted the proprietor Steve Reed & Jeff 3 distinct times without a response from both them as of now. I wouldn’t recommend these guys in any respect,since they appear to care only about themselves and NOT the client. Poor and egregious amounts it up.

Big League movers did not have the fantastic sense to place the drain hose to the drain onto my own washer and my flat flooded. Their answer once I addressed this problem together. “we are not plumbers and we’ve got a disclaimer on the site”. FYI I called ten occasions and attempted to innovate into the operator and NEVER received a call back from anybody. Ironcially once I made a decision to dispute charges on my credit card that they obtained in under 3 hours.

Additionally Big League Movers needed a mirror into my own bedroom place for four times and did not bother to phone me and inform me that they had it. I didn’t find it had been missing for 3 times because I was coping with all the walls of my flat being cut out and half a dozen lovers and dehumidifiers to the initial few days of moving to my new location.

And to top it all off, when they eventually did return my mirror that I was not home and also the identical man who did not set the drain line in was argumentative and rude to my MOTHER disclaiming”people aren’t responsible”. She was only there to open up the front door and allow them to shed the mirror.
