Big John’s missing or had stolen three boxes of family possessions, such as quite important and irreplaceable products. They also damaged furniture from the play, especially classic cabinets and armoires, and re-assembled erroneously a classic table they’d disassembled after being cautioned not to do so. They made no effort to fix one of these problems beyond permitting us to speak to the respective movers.
