    Long-distance move from Florida
    Caused damages to furniture. Unprofessional.

This organization is unprofessional. The movers weren’t movers; they had been friends of the operator. The movers were always on their mobile phones and carrying quite long fractures. They have been rude and yelled in my mom. They threatened to carry her things if she didn’t pay to get an excess hour, when it should’ve been completed in much less time. Tired of all, they struck a habit cut glass redeemed worth 450 and refused to accept responsibility.  The proprietor sided by his movers and said he wouldn’t replace the glass. I started a gripe with the native Broward County Better Business Bureau and still the proprietor refused to accept responsibility. They don’t care for customer satisfaction.  My advice, don’t utilize these movers. Can you study and locate somebody professional and reputable. Therefore the transfer cost an additional $450 that is what we must cover to replace the busted glass.

    Quality service

Amazing support from Large boy storage & moving! We had been efficiently moving two houses as my buddy buddy and we’re eventually moving together into a single flat from two places (both weren’t too much ) in Chicago, IL. That was not a problem for them.  Significant boy storage & moving immediately responded to our estimate request, the cost was totally sensible and the general quality and efficacy with which the movement was completed were exceptionally excellent. We’ll surely use their services again.

    Nothing less than a miracle

I was quite concerned because of the glass ware, crystal set along with the antiques which I gathered from all around the world. I just couldn’t afford to get rid of at least one of these delicate products. However thanks to my inspector — Large boy going for keeping me quiet and making sure an extremely efficient packaging and loading and to your secure transition. I received all in wonderful state and compensated exactly what had been quoted from the arrangement that was good. They had been too overdue for the fall off but I’ve nothing against them believing the truth — that they did a wonder.

Now I know which company to hire

I only wish to urge large boy storage & moving since they’ve transferred all my belongings safe and sound to Alabama from North Carolina and they charge us a very moderate quantity and did finish the transition over the agreed time. They also supply the packaging service that was flawless. To cut the long story short – large boy storage & moving shifted my perception towards the expert movers. Now I know who to call to your relocation providers.

    Any location at any time

My big city dreams did not really work out how I intended. Chicago began to become overly expensive because of what I made and soon I understood it was time to return home. Problem was that I arrived in Chicago in my previous car with just a purse and in two years I’d raised a family of unimpressive cheap furniture. I needed to put them back however, no firm seemed much interested to go to an unknown location named Redford, nation Texas. After moving around in circles for 3 times, I came across Substantial boy storage & moving which guaranteed any place at any moment. Plus they did provide me a fair quote. So, shortly, I along with my Chicago bits of furniture that was crappy were prepared to proceed. The movers did really a fantastic job but that I was only in general thankful because they were carrying me home.

    Horrible Service

If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST COMPANY EVER. Don’t reserve this business, they’re cheats.   I Got a quotation and also signed a contract to get a cost regarding my movement.   After the contract was signed and deposit created, Large Boy contacted me and said”sorry, this cost wasn’t right, You Have to pay $800 more for your ceremony”.   They allow you to sign up an agreement, then jack up your cost. They have horrible customer support and then I requested to talk with a different rep about the growth, they have not gotten me back. They lie for you to register together then will not stand by their particular contract! Horrible.

    Quick and pleasant moving experience

I needed the guys to be quickly as I needed to move from Tampa, FL to Phoenix, AZ in only two days. Men from Large boy moving weren’t just quickly, but they were also quite effective. I hired them onto a really reasonable hourly fee. The guys came on time and were really properly outfitted. They packed everything closely with all the ideal packaging materials. They have been completed loading everything in only under 3 weeks. I was so pleased to realize how proficient and fast they were. My stuffs were sent in Phoenix prior to the allotted time. Frankly, they came only 15 minutes once I reached my new house. My possessions traveled thickly and I could not be happier. This movement was intended to be a nightmare however Large boy going really made it simple.

    Keep shopping!

This provider is a complete nightmare. Don’t employ them. I coped with a salesman called Mario on the telephone who lent me $3200 for a two bedroom 2 bath move from Michigan to California. He advised me to put 30 percent, 30% in the time of this transfer, and the remainder at shipping. Wrong! The movers came at 8:30 pm (5 hours late), jacked up my cost to $4800, and explained that I was supposed to cover half in the time of pick-up. I had to go for work and Mario explained that the ordinary delivery for this space is 7-10 days. It has been two weeks and I am still sleeping on the ground. I contacted a customer service representative now who stated that she’s no estimated time of birth and that they would call me when in route. Where are they now? Don’t employ this organization!

Moving can be Stressful at times.

Moving isn’t simple and will develop into a stressful endeavor. My first error was to go online on. On a site saying moving estimates.
I filed that the requested information on this site. This result in a lot of calls to my mobile I really considered CHANGING MY CELL PHONE Number!
I eventually talked to the sole estimator which treaded me just like a human being and was not attempting to sell or drive anything on me.
Liz over at BIG BOY Moving and Storage. She explained to me that the value differences between carriers and brokers that was all very intriguing considering each of the different quotes I recieved along with the selection of price gap! Big Boy Moving alleviated that
Moving stress and that I got excited about my new location and moving again. I gave them four out of five stars . Since I know that I had a 48 hour window for pickup and I truly preferred Tuesday rather than Wednesday and they arrived on Wednesday. Aside from that Mike and Steve did a great Job packaging and loading all of my family things and having extreme care with my boxes. So overall yes I’d recommend big boy going in storage.

    GREAT COMPANY

I contracted Large Boy Transferring since Kim their agent was really gracious in describing price and procedure to me. The Other estimators were pushy and uninformative, but team in Big Boy was quite responsive without any hassles Unfortunately I Couldn’t go through them due to family problems and also they expedited the refund procedure however if I do wind up shifting through extended distance company I Will Certainly call them to schedule my own movement.   –

    Estimate

I wouldn’t ever utilize Large Boy Moving and Storage back again.  My son transferred out of a 1 bedroom apt. From VA to NJ along with also the sales rep Liz quoted 395 cf. for its stock that I gave her.  The stock DID NOT alter, once the movers came they said it had been nearer to 600 cf.  That was a rise of 658.  You’ve the right to cancel at the stage, however, the contract says that you’d lose the deposit, that has been $629.  Whenever you need to vacate an intelligent. In 3 times, you don’t have any option except to let them go the products.  They also attracted a 75 Highway semi that included another $224 to get a very long haul.  An extra $75 was billed with the elevator.  The Agency took off 50 cf., also if I called Customer Service to whine about the gain, they try and force you to really feel as though that they did you a favor by carrying away 50 cf.  We awakened the TV ourselves that saved them time.  Client service is claiming that they packed things at no cost, the one thing that they did was remove the little glass top out of your coffee table & wrapped it into a filthy blanket.  Customer Support is extremely impolite, they shot off $100 and advised me to have a great moment.  Both reps I spoke with kept telling me that I was being disrespectful to them & they stopped our conversation.  The blankets used to wrap the furniture have been filthy.  Later on, I’ll employ an expert, large name moving business.  In the event you utilize Large Boy Moving and Storage, make sure to cover considerably more than the quote you’re given.

    Very poor customer service

The Moving business being examined here is entitled”Large Boy Moving & Storage”, find at 600 NE 185th Street Miami, FL 33179. This is just the WORST service business that you can ever deal with. Granted that occasionally, crises and unplanned events occurred but that wasn’t true with me. And even then, there are styles of connecting to the client so that it’s not exactly what you say but how you express it.

When I had been seeking to transfer from New York to California, I hunted and contacted moving businesses via Web. Then I called a few and eventually settled with a single qualified Eco Van Lines. As it was, this is just an agent such as a broker who flipped me over to a different one

    Long-distance move from Illinois
    Awful. Stay away.

These men are terrible…. Do not think anything they tell you. We had a dreadful experience moving with them this summer from IL to CO and now I feel as if I want to post this review on each moving review website I will to hopefully help somebody else from coping with them.

Overview: 1 ). They’ll boost your quotation by a lot following packaging your items. 2. They outsource the whole movement without telling you. You believe you hired Large Boy to manage your stuff, but all of our items were moved to a central shipment which manages multiple transferring companies/trucks/moves and Large Boy is pretty far from the film. 3. The shipping dates promised by the salesman had been all lies. Our materials showed up 15 days afterwards. 4. The sales folks quit calling your phone calls and won’t return mails when you telephone to check on the transfer status. 5. A good deal of our stuff came broken. 6. A whole lot of online reviews are favorable, but after visiting the bottom of the page virtually every review is unfavorable. 7. They also charge a deposit, which I read is a red flag on moving scams after the actuality.

    Details:
They gave us a fantastic estimate dependent on the dimensions and space of the move. It beat all of the other quotations by a very long shot, so after studying some yelp testimonials, the site and speaking to the sales rep on the phone we decided to proceed together. Major mistake. We had been expecting to get our stuff sent on or about August 1st, so the sales rep said that they could pick up our stuff early and it might get into our destination between August 1st and the 5th no issue. We scheduled a pickup for July 26th…super early so that it would arrive in time. Three guys showed up and took nearly 5 hours to maneuver a 790 sq feet apartment into a moving truck. Once they loaded our things they stated it had been more stuff than initially quoted and our newest quotation was over $1,000 greater than previously. They also attempted to pull some extra fees with”additional steps” along with another flight of stairs which we needed to struggle over. They then asked for a hint. We sort of knew we were screwed after that.

We arrived in Colorado on July 31st and also called the moving company to test the status of the move, expecting a potential delivery on August 1st. We get moved to”shipment” who informs us our things have not left Illinois yet. OK, seems like it will not be here before the 3rd, 4th or 5th then. We call to check on the status for the upcoming several days, every time we get moved to dispatch and are told it has not left yet. Then we’re advised by dispatch that they technically have 21 business days from the initial date of shipping to receive our belongings to us! Our stuff may not appear till August 31st! August 5th goes and comes… we talked to Big Boys many times who advised us that our things should be coming any day now… although dispatch informs us it has not left yet. Finally the Large Boys revenue rep stops picking up the telephone and won’t return calls following messages were abandoned. We email a few times and receive no reply. The dispatch individual who’s working with us tells us to stop calling because they do not have some upgrades. The entire time we’re moved to dispatch I recognize they never state”Big Boy dispatch” after, simply dispatch, therefore that I call and ask what firm the dispatch functions for… silence. Then dispatch informs me that they’re central dispatch for many moving companies plus they take things from around and program moves based on automobile accessibility, etc.. I had no thought our things was likely to be treated this way… because Large Boys never informs you.

Fast forward to August 16th and with no warning or notification in any way, we get a telephone call at 4pm on a Sunday out of a truck driver stating he’s en route and will be delivering our belongings the following morning. We have been calling these folks for months and have not been told anything whatsoever and the evening before our stuff will be delivered we receive a random phone call. We did not plan on this whatsoever and did not have plans to eliminate work, so we asked if they might provide that evening. (The only positive experience of the whole thing was that the man said he can stop by that evening and drop off our stuff ). Three men who clearly do not work for Large Boy begin unloading our stuff. I even asked if they worked for Large Boy and the driver told me no way, they contract out everything. Surprise surprise. Again, we’re told a lot of measures and it will cost more, so we must fight again. Our stuff becomes unloaded and lots of pieces were all broken. Headboard, book shelf, side table all had large pieces broken off. Other furniture needed noticeable scratches. 1 box has been torn open and the contents were a wreck inside. It had been awful. We argued for a while about the state of the things and wrote them down to the bill of lading. The men were not super friendly either. Part of this deal was that they’d reassemble furniture which has been taken apart and we had to assert to get this done. We’re still dealing with the criticism process 2 month after for the busted stuff. Can not wait to find out how the remainder of the goes.

I am probably forgetting a few of the other things we needed to go through when dealing with the business, but writing about it’s just making me angry again so I want to stop. Long story short, steer clear of Big Boys Moving & Storage. Read another negative reviews…they will let you know the exact same thing. I’ll be receiving a U-Haul and moving myself from now on no matter how much I need to go after coping with those men. If you have done more research, today I understand.

    Long-distance move from Missouri
    Disheartening to say the least

If being overcharged could have become the one thing that went wrong, ” I might have eventually gotten it over. However, I haven’t experienced such dreadful and always terrible service from a business. Here are some examples of what we’ve suffered:
    1. At the time of pick-up movers independently asked if we can pay them their suggestion (rather than committing to the motorist ) so they’d make certain to get it. This was very unprofessional and an embarrassing interaction.
2.39″ Vizio apartment display was wrapped by movers and put at the”complimentary” cage we had been allowed from the quote. . .and afterward it had been left off the attest (stolen)
    3. Rubbermaid containers have been seemingly rummaged through just as a 250 cordless speaker vanished also (stolen)
4.1 of 4 wheels missing from mattress framework
    5. Lamp broken and unusable
    6. Entertainment centre broken and unusable
    7. Mirror broken
    8. Dining table badly scratched
    9. Calls Aren’t returned from consumer support (Melissa)
    10. Customer support agents are impolite (Connie)
    11. Throughout the first down-payment procedure, I needed to offer a copy of my credit card and drivers license. I supplied this on 4/26/16. Fraudulent credit card costs in California ensued within fourteen days. Coincidence. . .maybe.
    12. Upon delivery we couldn’t use a charge card or a test and might only offer the motorist a money order in the US Post Office. The movers asked more cash so as to attract the things upstairs. I had been advised that the very first flight of stairs had been contained, but seemingly on 7 measures were contained. After being overcharged nearly $1000, we were not paying a cent. Therefore, the truck had been unloaded to the control.
    13. Many times throughout this procedure there were various business names included (Large Boy Moving & Storage, David and Goliath Transferring, Swift Moving Systems, Swift Moving Van Lines)

    Overview:
    Overcharged $956.87
Truck unloaded on inventory and curb not taken into the flat
Nearly Every piece of furniture damaged or broken
2 objects of substantial value stolen (TV and speaker)
    Unprofessional customer support

    Worst company ever

My whole cost doubled from the end of this all without a warning!

Worst customer service ever! Melissa cried (literally) in my own for attempting for her to eliminate 2 fees which were placed on by error, THEIR MISTAKE! They included apartment stairs that I do not have as it had been delivered to a home. I was also told I’d get absolutely free tv crating and they billed me for that too.

Maganger James, NEVER returns calls or does exactly what he says he can.

At pickup, the motorist was unbelievably rude and also rather hard to comprehend when he talked.

I found it questionable that many business names were used while working together. Originally it had been David & Goliath moving and then it was Big Boy storage and Moving and at delivery it’s Jordan River Moving Company.

Total This provider is fraudulent! Don’t use them!

    Long-distance move from Florida
    Nightmare

I’ve moved seven times in the previous 11 decades and this movement was a NIGHTMARE. I hired All American moving and obtained a quotation together with them on the telephone and a few how a truck using another name showed up in my door: big boys going. All of my newspaper work had large boys going written on it although I never hired that corporation. This joke of a business showed up at my door after I’d already put the $600 deposit so that I was stuck. For starters they shifted the movement day 24 hrs ahead of the movement and my husband lost two days of work consequently. However nice. I forgave that. On moving day inspector walked into the door and said I owed them 700 over the quotation in his hands. He said if I need my stuff packaged professionally then it’d be 700 more and that it needed to be money. (I am not certain why I’d hire movers to transfer my things unprofessionally when I could do this in my.) After two hours of telephone calls and arguments that they consented to take action for initially qouted cost but left me sign a paper that stated if any glass broke that they weren’t responsible because I denied the expert packaging. The driver was quite upset and was contending with the salesman and his manager because he did not need to honor the quotation although I heard them tell him to honor it. My guess is that the 700 was his cut!! Then I saw them pack my stuff in ways I have not seen movers manage my things ever before. It was devistating to observe. After the inspector was departing he let me understand that my stuff will be moving 5 hours indoors to miami for a couple of days and could get changed to another truck until it made its way back up to me in Virginia. Nice. A couple of days after when my belongings arrived in the new place, the driver began by stating that I owed him an additional $120 since he couldn’t pull up his truck to my own street. (So they’re also incompetent drivers that can not even drive their own trucks.) After contending with the salesman and manager on the telephone, they allow me understand that they would wave the fee from the goodness of the hearts. Eventually I thought it’d be over but no, the driver threw a match and said he didnt care what some of them stated, he desired the $120 plus it needed to be money or else he would leave all of my furniture in the center of the road. He was crying like a maniac and harassing the neighbors (who I didn’t even know) so I called the cops. When the cops came I mentioned him in the front of the cops, I did not even care about the $120, that he could happily have it if he just gives me my leaves and furniture. I was so done. I told him I would call the office and make the payment with my credit card. He again went ballistic and said it needed to be money. I informed him he was being sketchy and the cop consented. He finally told me never to be concerned about the cash and that he would move the things. He did not need my credit card repayment. If it was not money he was not interested. He started unloading the truck along with the cop remained because the guy looked mad and that I was fearful to be with him alone. Then he proceeded to literally SLAM my furniture on the street. He had been projecting my nightstands face down on to the street. I had been horrified therefore I took my camera out and began recording everything. He walked over and asked me if I had been filming him then refused to work and moved and sat at his truck for 30 mins. The Devil told him when he wasnt moving my furniture he’d leave since he had been obstructing our whole road off. And then he threw a fit about me documenting. He finally decided to keep working. They didnt finish until past 11 pm. And he had been laughing and insulting and making a mockery of it the whole time. Most importantly he broke the vast majority of my furniture. I’m beyond devestated. They sunk my mattress, shattered my mattress, broke my brothers dresser, and abandoned tape marks and dings around my coffee tables and end tables. I’m horrified. And of course how unprofessional and rude the boss was on the telephone. She doesn’t enable you to talk and keeps speaking and cutting off you and was quite insulting and belittling. I’ll see them in court!! RUN! ZERO STARS!!!

Worst Experience, they are crooks and scammed me

I left moving arrangements per month beforehand with Best Price Storage and Moving that informed last minute they weren’t readily available for the afternoon of this transfer and that someone else could be picking up my things. After Large Boy Moving and Storage arrived to pick up my belongings, they billed me $180 additional for stairs, that had been something which was already worked out using Best Cost Storage and Moving – I informed them that the number of staircase I had and that he gave me a cost so and now this brand new company made a decision to charge me additional. I paid it since I had to escape the flat and proceeded that day after which I planned to calling the company to clarify the problem and then have them charge me less for the shipping part to compensate for the excess amount billed, They stated how can we know you did not make a deal with the motorist. What type of business is this that they do not honor their clients as they’re worried about unethical dealings such as that. I waited two weeks for somebody to reply to my telephone call about getting back my stuff, I frankly did not know whether I’d even see my things again and when that was really a scam and that I had to submit a police record. Finest Price Moving and Storage would not assist me with anybody of the. I made plans together , they contracted my workout to somebody who’d do it more economical and took no obligation. That’s a scam. My stuff came after another few weeks missing and broken. The drivers left me pay them in cash and would not allow me to see my things before paying them that I understood was a terrible position but they’d my things hostage. In addition they did not warn me before taking my cash that stuff had been busted and that 5 boxes, even a desk chair, a plastic bathtub filled with pots/pans/kitchenware was overlooking. I must have called the cops to function there. Also one of these boxes had a mixture of mine and the other men’ stuff. They’d obviously gone through our things and took out what was precious and hauled to this box that which wasn’t. I had a dreadful experience with the two areas and would strongly recommend not using them.

    Not worth it

Experts – very pleasant folks doing the real move.

Disadvantages – read the fine print on your contract– those things will take place.

Extra fees for a lengthy haul -my neighbor said she didn’t care if her home was obstructed with the semi but movers stated they couldn’t lawfully park there and so I got billed for a long haul.

-it took a month to receive my items.

-multiple items were broken- I’m in the process of submitting a claim.

-I have driven to proceed early to adapt the inspector’s program.

I wouldn’t use this provider again. I’d sell what I could and perform the move myself.

    DO NOT USE.............................

Avoid this organization. They pull last minute stunts which are valuable to them but price the consumer extra currencies. You don’t have any choice but to cover the currencies or else they will not deliver your items. The proprietor does not even have the courtesy to respond to some telephone calls or correspondence. The claim for the broken things was not settled. Their delivery guys were rude and lazy. My folks essentially unloaded the truck. They had been 13 hours late in arriving in the destination asserting every few hours which they’d be there soon. The way they remained in business that long is beyond me. No conscience folks.

MOST RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL COMPANY EVER!! DO NOT USE!!

I really don’t understand how I overlooked these review websites but wish I’d seen them. I’ve not ever worked with a business which cares less for their clients. This business was nothing but false promises, additional charges and HORRIBLE customer services. They beneath estimated my load considerably, didn’t inform me that cash/check was required AT pickup, right lied to me about charges for my glass and mirror dining table and may take around 21 days out of the requested date of shipping to fall off your products. Everything revolves around transferring a complete truck and their deadline. Zero care for client receiving merchandise. In spite of all of these accidents what frustrated me the most was that their obvious disregard to react to email that an voicemail. I requested for shipping and did not hear anything, and so I called 4 times outside and left messages and email. Then again two weeks outside. Then known as the day before on another amount and reached somebody who hung me up before I could reschedule the date of shipping! I feel totally cheated as if they said anything that they can, to receive my company. I frighten anyone from thinking everything they say or coping with their rude customer services. This business shouldn’t be permitted to operate. I’m for anybody who must undergo what I have gone through, and that I still have not even got my merchandise. I pray things aren’t broken like most of their other reviews.

Absolutely every aspect of my move was the worst-case scenario

I contacted All-American Moving and Storage predicated in their quotation for my transfer, and it had been subcontracted to Large Boy Moving & Storage. They quoted my transfer to my truck and all my possessions to get just a bit over $7000 from VA to WA. When they showed up, they packed up my things and then lent me about twice the cost because of”more quantity than expected” although I was really detailed with the initial quote. After talking with their dispatcher and telling them to unpack my things, they consented to $7800 to the entire move. I called the next day to ask why the truck-shipper had not shown up yet, and they informed me (after they’d sent all of my possessions ) that they do not ship vehicles. I needed to leap through my buttocks to locate a shipper last-minute since I used to report to a duty channel 3000 miles away in a couple of days, and it costs more to perform a last-minute dispatch to get a 6000 pound truck which is too broad to fit on most auto trailers. I also almost forgot to mention that the movers left an entire area of things for me to maneuver alone with just a tiny economy car, my spouse, two month-old son, along with two dogs. It wasn’t fun, and totally avoidable had they done their job correctly.
After we came at WA, base home was complete, so the shippers stored on to my belongings for a few months additional. . .for $637, non-refundable rather than payable.
After my stuff had been delivered, nearly everything I possessed was ruined, albeit the majority of it had been cosmetically. I obtained quotes and took plenty of images, as did the delivery drivers. The damages totaled about $8000. I registered all of the claims just as they guided me to.
Approximately 7 months (! ) ) Later, I obtained a claim settlement of $76. That’s not a typo. $76. I’m getting Navy Legal involved now, but nobody is optimistic. This is simply a small portion of the narrative, not adding things such as the way they ruined my home at VA while unpacking into the point of having a professional cleaner plus a carpet business to fix their damages (which they refuse to compensate). They also lost my spouse’s hands exercise machine and plenty of different items, which they won’t compensate since their transport newspapers were filled out so badly that almost nothing was itemized unless I explicitly took it (such as my bike, which they nearly did not even record ). Once I talk with Legal, I anticipate visiting the BBB about these, Too. They’ve cost me over $10k involving non-refundable and damages fees that the Navy won’t compensate me for. Additionally, it took weeks to find the fat tickets needed for me to be paid by the Navy for the own move. . .with me phoning them literally daily.
TL;DR : DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH ANYTHING YOU DON’T WANT BROKEN OR LOST. This provider is laborious and malicious and utilizes underhanded and deceptive ways to earn as much cash from people as you can with no respect for their well-being. Absolutely no portion of any interaction together within the previous year exercised as anything aside from the worst-case scenario and also their customer support is unprofessional and unworthy.

    Verbally abusive moving staff

I’m the move in planner for a big senior living area. Among our brand new residents hired Large Boy Storage and moving to transfer her things out of the other nation. I had been mistreated by the driver of this truck. Everybody who uttered the interaction has been appalled. His co-worker stood there shocked. He was angry because I asked him not to obstruct the driveway, therefore ambulances can get in and out. He refused to maneuver the truck initially and started crying. If that is the way they treat clients, folks will need to avoid this company in any way costs.

    Worst experience of my life

They had been late to pick up. They had been late with delivery. They took aside a swing set and a measure two kitchen which has been likely to be reassembled upon delivery. Never occurred. Each of the boxes have been smashed. My washer and dryer were ruined. My atv was ruined. I got absolutely nothing that I was assured for my 4200 transfer from Indiana to Florida that required nearly 5 months.

    Horrible

Quoted us a fair price compared to movers told us twice that. They took good care of us as we needed to proceed in a rush because we are army. It took 21 days to recieve our furniture. That we needed to package most of it ourselves. They moved throughout our boxes and struck a great deal of things. They dropped the legs into my dining room table. Broke my washer and drier, two or three bookshelves and all our floor lamps. I am unsure Esau what’s missing yet since they moved through my boxes that they place a number of the erroneous things back from the boxes. We found things that is not even ours in our own boxes. The men that dropped off our stuff we are really pleasant, useful, and apologetic.

Please don’t use this shifting service under some circumstance. They showed up 3 times before they were supposed to so that I needed to hurry and package. Obviously when they loaded the truck that they moved up on the purchase price. The men were nice enough while they nickel and dimed me. It took me nearly 6 weeks to receive my possessions. They ruined a lot of my items. There was also plenty of mould in my things I needed to throw away. It appears like they’d my boxes hanging out from the components. My shelving unit was also destroyed and needed to be thrown out.
After paying them so that they would take off my possessions of the truck that they told me I needed to cover for measures that they did not need to work with and they stated that my flat was over 75 feet off so I would need to pay more for this too. 1 employee didn’t wish to bring my things from the construction. Another employee who seemed to be about 80 years old spoke another guy into bringing everything from the building to the elevator. My son and I needed to carry everything to the next floor and into the flat. I’ve got poor wrists and after doing so I wasn’t able to walk for 3 times. They waited to come after 4:00 when they understood the office was shut. The driver was very rude and was yelling at me since I asked if he had an immediate number for me to phone. I didn’t have enough time to check at testimonials before using this business. That’s 1 mistake I won’t do in the long run and certainly won’t refer anyone for this corporation. They simply see how much cash they can get from you with no respect to your possessions. Once More please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
