The quotations stored going up after we had been on the hook.   The final cost was dropped when the project was completed.   Sheldon and Frank said prices were set by cubic feet.   And then when the movers arrived the cost went up since they said it couldnt be piled so more cubic feet compared to quotation was founded on.   Interesting y as it came on the shipping truck. . .it was piled and took up hardly any space! Additionally a couple of the guys who arrived to package us left to have a side job that they received money for doing. Overall I feel this business employs underhanded practices.   You’re stuck together and there fees once your relocation starts. Funny how nobody contacted us to observe how the move went.

Finest Speed offered a marketing of 5 free boxes…The movers arrived and said they weren’t aware of the advertising. Thus no free boxes as promised. This was just the start of a lousy EXPERIENCE for this corporation.  The movers were always asking to visit the toilet in my property. That I have no issue with, nevertheless each one 4 complete continued to pay a visit to the restroom in minutes apart.  They not only were overdue, I had been over charged. The cost changed. Called the workplace and the workplace recitified the issue to orinigal. That has been great, but they made up to the extra fees upon delievery. I wasn’t present (in a different state) was billed 800.00 extra charges. Obviously I had a terrible encounter is putting it light… I’d NEVER reccommend this provider. TOTAL RIP OFF.

Finest Rate Movers working from Sun Valley, CA but with offices at Irvine, CA provided a binding quote for transferring our household products out of a storage facility from Los Angeles into Lawrenceville, NJ.  The binding quote was based on 3,000 cubic feet, and we consented to correct the price upward or down depending on the true cubic footage.  After loading they said that there has been 5,500 cubic feet of home products.  They increased the cost and also they refused to float until compensated in-full.   They subcontracted shipping to a different company, and if they came at the truck was less than 3/4-complete, and we all come back to see that the biggest volume over-the-road 53-foot moving van includes just 4,200 cubic feet.  Really, upon arrival that the trailer was less than 3/4-full along with the subcontracted motorist said he had been compensated on the basis of 2,900 cubic feet.   We had been overcharged $8,846, over 82 percent more than the initial binding estimate!  In addition our flat-screen tv and application box Weren’t sent and a table and chair were ruined.   I am ready to share photos along with the binding quotes and talk to anybody thinking of these individuals.

I hired this business around 9/2/2015 picked up my possessions, they were assumed to send them a month later. It’s currently Nov. 23 and I’ve yet to get my possessions. I’m unsure at this stage whether they even have my things together anymore. I have tried calling them a few days, they do not even pick up on the telephone anymore much less providing me a shipping date. Not only did they overcharged me at the time of delivery if they picked up my furniture, but I find myself glad they ever did. DO NOT MAKE THE Identical MISTAKE I MADE. Please don’t employ this provider. Very best rate movers would be your worst.

Damages, missing, late, overcharged. I set a dispute on my credit card, and then they explained that according to the contract I couldn’t settle any claims using a dispute. So, I removed the emptiness. . .the crooks obtained the cash. Subsequently referred me to csipro.org to repay the claim. I jumped through lots of hoops filing the claim. Then that firm obtained six months. . .telling me they had been”back-logged.” At the conclusion of the time they just stated that BestRate had made a decision to manage my claim”in house.” Obviously that means that BestRate won’t answer my calls or Facebook or mails. I’ve zero contact info aside from the sites. My email contacts all bounce back. They need to alter something or them because even the BBB email bounces backagain. Any thoughts out there? These people are ruthless.

Is this provider even in business anymore? Site returns a URL mistake. Emails to generic and private email boxes become returned as undeliverable. All calls go to voice mail and no one goes back.

Bait in change on pick up day. Could not match everything in they truck that they guaranteed. Needed to wait around for these to come with another truck then next moment.

Eventually got a shipping day scheduled. 10am. Following 3 claims to be there over two hours, I predicted at 6pm and requested to hold off until the following day. (took the entire day off work for this ). The following day they appear at 5pm and just 1 mattress was at the truck. I made them the lock into my storage device so that they could begin without me the morning after. I advised them to phone me if they got there. They called me in 11 and informed me that there were nearly done. From the time I got there that was loaded at the storage device. I had no method of understanding what had been unloaded and what was not. There was a few obvious harm right off.

Now that we’ve got everything moved in and unpacked, I am prepared to submit a claim. The organization in my paperwork states they do not handle claims for BestRate any more. WHAT??? And today I can not get a grasp of this firm…

I used this business to maneuver throughout a snow storm!! They were instantaneous proffessional and needed strong work ethics. I’d use them again based in their work attitudes and ethics.
