They were especially skilled as it came time to split furniture down and set it back together again! WE called back 3 times to upgrade our stock to make sure it was true for your movers. After the movers got there, they informed us they would not shoot our non-medium boxes. Move date is located: we had been advised to our face which our furniture could be ensured here in Cali around 4/30. I named the morning and of and guess what? My furniture hadn’t even LEFT the warehouse at Colorado. Following having to pay extra funds for hotel, food, etc. . shedding days away at the office they did nothing and a week after our rigid finally came. Just 1 man showed up to float so that I needed to assist the movers that I HIRED to transfer me. . .and I needed to gather my beds   4. Customer Services. I achieved several occasions and every time I understood I had been redirected to somebody else. Nobody has offered to compensate us for anything and hasn’t even said I am sorry.   If you enjoy being lied to, then somebody who does not care for you as a Individual or how they could assist, lacks compassion, fees you more and more cash (our final bill like resorts because of the missed delivery date has been $1500 more than the initial estimate ) then those men would be your employer.   Otherwise never use them. In short: worst move I’ve ever achieved, worst moving company I’ve ever worked together. You are able to plainly tell as agents they just need your money and as soon as they get it you’re all on your own.

They came when promised and instantly started loading and wrap boxes and furniture. They have been done right away. Amazing how fast they moved and put all things in the right places at a new property. They reassembled the mattress and prepare the bedroom. They were cautious and nothing got damaged or scraped. Would definitely use them again! Fantastic job!!

I proceeded in July and continue to get a dreadful experience. They came late with no telephone. They were impolite. They were demanding with our home and furniture. They ruined the home from which we transferred and our furniture. I saw them fail to follow their own guaranteed (in writing) processes including not wrapping glass. As soon as I watched them pile chairs which could scratch if they had been’t wrapped, I advised them to take them from their truck and also wrap them. The head man said I did not understand what I was referring to. I insisted. He took them outside and wrapped them however they were already scratched. (They’re metal seats ). They wrecked a sofa and walls all over the home. I told them ahead that the former company who transferred us in had to eliminate doors and bannisters to acquire the sofa in. They did not do any of these things. They dented the walls so much that we needed to cover to have it repaired before going out. While attempting to have the sofa through a door, the head man explained it had been”impossible” to find out the couch without destroying it and denting the walls. I pointed out that that was not the case thinking about another firm had gotten it to the area without a little bit of damage. Then he stated that the kitchen cabinets shouldn’t happen to be there when we moved in. I explained that they were there when we moved in, clearly, since as tenants we would not have installed closets. He said that I was lying!
