When I first contacted this business, the sales staff was Amazing.   On the ball and very helpful.   The quote was marginally lower compared to many others that I obtained but they also gave me a”reduction” for reserving before high proceeding season.     This is my first time going from 1 country to another. No one arrived at the flat to gauge that the movement, They asked me concerning the contents onto the telephone and emailed me a quote.   We put a pickup date and the furniture was to move into their free storage for us to a month.     The pickup went smooth with the exception of the Purchase Price.   I set 1/3 down once I reserved and needed to Provide the movers 1/3 longer in pickup.     When the movers costs out it, my bill was over $800.00 higher since the estimator did not count in matters he ought to have. Can’t record damages, stolen things or dirty/wet things – BECAUSE WE DON”T HAVE ANY ITEMS DELIVERED YET!

I spent almost 2 hours on the telephone with”Mark” to know the details of their support and their own contract.   He was CLEAR that the cash I had been putting down to book their ceremony was 100 percent refundable.   We changed our plans and also do not need movers anymore.   I called to cancel.   I was advised that I would Get a confirmation phone in 3-5 minutes to Cover the cancellation.   NO Telephone.   Now (one day after ) I called to follow along with all the cancellation.   “Shawn” was impolite and then tried to convince me that I wanted their solutions after all.   He Said that the cash was non-refundable and that it was within my contract.   He spoke over me constantly, clearly had no interest in solving this.   What he said weren’t based on what’s at the contract. He refused to innovate the debate to a manager or arbiter and flat-out told me that it finishes with him, and he would not be assisting me.   I’ve confirmed that my contract says (cut and paste)”The residue will be FULLY refundable to get a transfer cancelled  up till 7 days prior to the originally scheduled Select window up. For Long Distance Moving cancellations that occur over the 7 day time period that the reservation fee will be non refundable.”   We’re almost a month before the moving date, not over Seven Days and Mark promised me that most of my cash would be refundable or clearly, I would not have left any reservation together!!   Clearly he had been enjoying word-games together with me to attempt to conceal They Don’t Have Any intention at all your cash.   They’re asserting the”deposit” will be reimbursed, but maybe not the”reservation fee”.

Really quite disappointed in Greatest. They’ll say anything to receive your company. We had been advised that our furniture could be held in climate controlled storage – melted candles tell another story however.

The team that arrived to load the vehicle was conscientious enough. We had been advised that they would disassemble our furniture and then reassemble at the new residence. The unload staff had no clue how to reassemble some of our things! Consequently we ended up getting items broken, maybe not reassembled properly, without any apologies. For this day we’re still discovering things which were not put back together properly and, even worse yet, together with hardware lost! Of course , we ended up leaving all 3 supporting and handing them away as opposed to cover their additional expenses for transferring them. I am simply hoping to receive my things at this stage –no telling what type of condition it’s in. The first company that reserved the movement advised me that our belongings was essentially just left in a depot until yesterday and then we need to get it in 4-6 times…
When I called the business, I have yet to really speak to some person. I keep receiving answering machines and leaving a message, that noone actually yields. That is beyond irritating….worst client support experience I have ever had.

These folks are crooks. They don’t communicate throughout the enterprise to generate the move smooth to their own customers. Hey don’t work together with you. The client isn’t right with those individuals. They talk on you and don’t hear you. Frank in logistics has awful customer support and specialist skills. He wouldn’t tell me that I could talk with previously him and told me it is insignificant. I’ll be obtaining a lawyer to receive back my deposit!!! I wouldn’t suggest them to anybody!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

They picked up the furniture October 23 plus they just advised me on November 19 which they haven’t any idea when I could expect delivery. It had been guaranteed prior to November 1st. The move was all prepaid upfront. Lisa King asked me if coming all of the way back to Houston with a truck and transferring itself was an alternative. They’ve already changed the cost of the movement twice since they stated it was a dead end movement. I believe they’re talking about not having a different customer moving into the area. We paid the excess amount with no criticism since we had been advised the eta will be by November 1st.

Possibly the worst moving experience ever. Don’t be tricked by the comments listed here, these are false testimonials. They customer support is horrible. They never return collapse calls. Lied about shipping dates, and also have several unethical and potentially illegial supply in their contracts. They even have a line in their contract that states they can let you know whatever date they need for delivery but do not need to maintain it. Furthermore, they have a lot of hidden charges. Do yourself a favor and pay more elsewhere.   I also love the way the provider takes the opportunity to react to all of the terrible reviews posted but never took the opportunity to come back any of my dozen telephone calls I left them over a three week interval.

Inferior firm. Dishonest, Sloppy. Many things stolen. Many things ruined. Read the fine print be make certain once you sign the contract which you obtain a direct copy of this. . .don’t allow the schmuck walk into another room or have a call when you’re there. . .he’ll include a greater deductible or alternative conditions. . .snake from the gras ***ball firm which shouldn’t be permitted to operate. Workers are horrible also. Take your cash and after that you mean nothing to them. This moving business as a whole needs regulation at the worst way.

Wow, where to begin. Our items have been picked up in Louisiana on December 27Th., using a shipping date at California of January 4Th. We recieved our things on February 12Th., 48 weeks after. That is 34 weekdays after. Because you can imagine, I predicted Greatest Moving several, many occasions. On nearly every telephone, I had been told that they would test something, and phone me backagain. I was really called back precisely 1 time, following the shipping. On the rest of the forecasts, I needed to phone them backagain. I was NEVER advised of a delivery date shift, unless I phoned them. Not one time was that I contacted by the company to notify me of a shipping date shift. Their customer support was absolutely horrible, the worst I’ve ever experienced from ANY business, at any moment.

Salesperson whined on shipping date, price and also the moving director begged for hints.  Furniture came 7 days overdue and ruined.  The business pretended to do me a favor by purchasing a mattress for me personally but it turned out to be a double bed mattress and box bomb fell on the ground, nothing longer. . .and I am disabled, they understood this.  Thwy begged me to write a critique.  My vest was ruined and so was my own bookshelves.  This firm does not have any entegrity.  They make the most of me.

Horrible, nasty, horrible human beings (I use  that word loosely as there aren’t enough curse words characterize them.)   The first  estimate was from a leading control system. I must have stopped right there, it had been too good to be true. That’s known as bait and switch and that I have taken.   The terms and conditions Weren’t only restrictive but just benefited the business (again if have stopped right there.)   The writing on the bill Wasn’t legible, things Weren’t labeled within my presences, weight was performed everywhere and that I needed to take his word for this, and delivery was on a Sunday and 3 days late.   If I Wasn’t accessible with money available to provide them the equilibrium then it’d cost me over $600 per day to allow them to”shop” my things.   I know, I should’ve not let it get that way.  
Upon arrival in my house I had been charged more for a long haul for the truck, upon delivery that I had been billed again the Exact Same fee.   The human at select up was curt and abrasive, so he just wanted to get the job done and Proceed.   He said he disliked how some things were packaged so he took it upon himself to re bunch and of course billed for that. Starting to get the idea?   I know I must have stopped way before this. 
The”best” part comes past.   Just how much did they slip, oh I’m sorry I mean”missing” or miss put They would need to Search for.   How difficult is it to loose large screen TV in its box and an arm chair.   This Wasn’t the ending.   Many boxes were lost just like the one with my jewellery in it.   I’d rolled and filled said jewelry inside several things in distinct boxes and the boxes which went missing only happened to be these boxes. Convenient, blessed, or scanned?   Along with artwork, gone, additional bits were ruined as glass broken and images dented, this will be after he re packaged it himself.
Along with also the”refund was to be only $187.95, but I never received it.

This is a TERRIBLE business to utilize.  We’d scheduled a movement together from Houston into Ohio and they never showed up!  They were very instant in regards to needing our deposit for scheduling the transfer, but after they got the cash, communicating was not non-existent!  We made many, many efforts to talk with our clients, Sonya and may never receive a return telephone call.  Their Quality Assurance individual, Frank, talked to me like that was the very first time I had ever addressed a moving business.  Little did Frank understand that we’ve transferred 5 times and still have not ever had this situation occur before.  I was also told that I had to be individual for a person to talk with me since they’re moving 35,000 households during July.  I was also asked”what is your problem” at a really rude and derogatory tone once I was expressing my concerns about insufficient communication.  Please think twice before placing your movement in their own hands!

Lost my sofa!     Think that this says it all,   a moving firm that keeped tacking on extra fees from estimate,  then can’t even send each of the things payed to proceed isn’t a fantastic firm.   I wish you better luck with your transfer then Ipersonally, I’d counsel you to continue looking.

The men that came and packaged my home were so fantastic, they have been on time and also got the work down fast and were truthful about things the entire time. My troubles occured with my shipping and then trying to telephone the organization and speaking to Lisa about my lost things. I have things missing out of my delivery for example my I-mac desktop computer which was in its first box, I called and spoke with Lisa many occasions and she always said that there wasn’t any advice in my lost things, she kept saying she would need to speak to the driver and also examine his newspaper work. I’d my delivery on 27 Oct, not til the start of Dec didn’t eventually receive the paperwork out of the motorist and they explained that my pc was in the warehouse, but it left it around the truck each the paperwork but the way that it didnt get it into my home and the only response that Lisa had was did you submit a claim. They’ve horrable customer support that they never help keep you in the loop, so they never call you right back when they say that they are, and their response to what is did you submit a claim.  Additionally Lisa was attempting to attribute me that my pc got lost since I signed the paperwork along with my pc wasnt tagged correctly on the stock sheet. Even when I did do that it, they still lost my boxes throughout transit irrespective of how it was labeled on the stock sheet. The men and women who are employed in the workplace have bad customer support and they dont attempt at all to aid you in finding any missing or stolen things, the only response they give you will be document a claim.

I’m writing this revew here to help out individuals who may use this support. I won’t ever use this agency or inspector whatsoever after having exeperience for this corporation. The following is occasion that occurred to me personally going from Kansas to Texas.
1. They won’t come to pick up punctually.
2. They’ll explain how they bill more that not spoke earlier.
(You receive the quote and cover the deposit so it seems like your because balance is mended )
3. They’ll tell you you have more volume/weight thatn quote.
(I Need to pay double after loading my things )
4. They won’t ever let you know if the delivery is created out of excuse.
(I was supposed to recieve my things 1~two weeks after but they arrived 5 times later)
5. Obviously, your stuff won’t be fine. A number of them are broken, if they’re not broken, they’re scraped. Oh, they are going to say that,”If we were you, I might have sold my things rather than transferred these junks.” He explained junks.
6. They won’t delivery your belongings unless they have paid first and certainly will ask you longer if there’s stair/farther compared to 75ft. They will only walk into the doorway in the truck to assess the distance. Quite unprofessional.
You’ll be very lucky if you see it. .

This move has been the worst experience for both mywife and son in his or her lifetime. My transfer was quoted at about $1400 by a business called ( West Coast Vanlines ) with whom I believed I had the contract with just to determine that they brokered the occupation into those unprofessional [EDIT] and if they showed up late about the pick up day to pick my son up stuff to move out of Texas into Californiia for faculty the tiny lead man stepped into the flat and immediatly additional 140 additional cubic feet into my stuff before considering anything and head you nothing was added to the initial stock record and by doing this it drove my cost up to near $2200.  Then I was assured that his stuff would be sent on August 13 after two pm.   Five days after his belongings showed up after the movers had informed us since Ray had stated that they had around 21 days following the requested delivery date to supply the material so he left noise like he was doing us a enormous favor. In this period I named the business regular. Most days they did not reply and would not return my messages. When I managed to talk to them it was merely another lie that my stuff had been on its way. Turns out my material has been put in storage for almost 3 weeks.  I was relieved when his things eventually showed up because they were living from everything fit in a bag and an air mattress that the whole time they were awaiting. Not to mention we’d ordered for my wife to take holiday and fly out so as to assist him unpack and get settled  Thank goodness they’d clothing in their luggage. The company did not seem concerned at all that my wife and boy had to live under these bullsh** states due to whole uter lies and misrepresentation to people. On the other hand, the worst portion of has been that when I eventually got to speak to this Ray man he’d the [EDIT] guts to acquire an attitide with me asking me why was I calling him at home on his loved ones time and just how did I get his number, he informed him when you phoned me. They would not even answer my phone calls or emails.  This firm has done nothing but make moving round the nation a much more stressful encounter than it already was. Avoid going with this business in any way costs! They’re among the worst compaies I have ever dealt with the exclusion of the company that brokered them West Coast Vanlines. And these are only my own personal views of the losey business in my dealing together that I will never ever have with either of them again. And please if you do lose your head like I did and utilize both of these then please read quite carefully the fine print of the contracts that they will attempt to throw back in your face. Never again will I use these men.

Here is the email I’ve sent to the Firm.   This is to notify you that I’m supplementing project # BM6496974, scheduled for 22 Feb 2015. I think you’re duplicitous along with your initial quotation, giving me a quote that fulfilled with my shifting funding not the true price of the transfer. The price of the move has dropped in cost, forcing me to offset that this particular move. Thereby enabling you to slip more than 400 from me in the shape of a non refundable deposit. I also Discover the time of this”quality management” phone valuable in helping You to Keep my deposit.     I asked repeatedly for the  contact info of this owner/president of the business and has been rebuffed  and refused that  advice. I will be certain that everyone I know, and everybody that they understand, (etc ) is advised of my”unlucky” encounter with your organization.  Truthfully yours, Jane

Despicable firm!!!!! Don’t BOOK for this Business. Great service plus they don’t communicate with one another and you cover it–literally. Don’t be duped by the initial reduced rate since they’ll nickel and dime you to death from the close of the move. I had been screwed over with a man there called Frank Ingrasssia (booking agent) who advised me I wouldn’t be billed for stairs provided that they had been inside of my flat. As soon as I told this on the movers that they had no clue what I was speaking about and went to bill me 75 dollars for this EACH WAY. And of course that they arrived out the transfer window date by two days that cost me over 80 bucks in prorated rent for remaining. As soon as I emailed the bill to Frank with all the right date his answer was”that this must have dropped through the cracks.” I registered my claim as if I had been informed by their horrible customer support section (who I think is only 1 individual ), also never heard back from them. After about two months or so without any answers I called regular for two months requesting a supervisor who was not there nor returned my calls. The so called partners that work with this business are thieves and rogues seeking to make the most of exactly what they could. My advice for you would be to search elsewhere in a respectable business and invest the money on a trusted company that can get matters right or at least try to. Doing business with all these morons will merely frustrate you.STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I had the ABSOLUTE worst encounter with this business!!! I guess that is what happens if you decide on the least expensive quotation. Matters SEEMED to start off easily but shortly got worse. When the first pair of men came to package my property, they were fine and considerate. The young man explained it’d be 5-7 days until I’d get my things. I moved from New Orleans, LA into Albany, NY. I attempted to cover them all at once but they would not except that the entire payment. They needed me to pay in thirds. (Do not enjoy that). My loved ones and I drove to Albany, carrying our time, since we had been advised that it would be there in 5-7 days. Well, needless to state that did not occur. When I called the company to discover some advice, I was satisfied with a woman who did not appear to care that my furniture was overdue and that I had been sleeping on the ground with my 5 yr old boy for a complete week. No blankets, cushions or whatever, since everything was to the truck. She had an attitude with me and hung me up. When I called back, she would not answer my telephone. I didn’t get my items until 10 days after at 1:30am!!!! PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
