I called back on Sunday to determine if they had some more information; they didn’t because they could not get in contact with the dispatchers, but they promised me that it would be Tuesday or Wednesday. I’d already left by Monday, but my husband remained behind to manage the proceeding. They came Monday, and he was not ready. The movers had to return Tuesday so that he can get everything prepared for them. They came back the following day and packaged everything. I thought everything went well; my husband appeared to believe so.

Fast forward to Sunday; I receive a call on Sunday saying they will be there Monday morning. They did not arrive till about Monday at 5 PM. They began unpacking the truck and asking us where to place things. We’d hired them to ship everything, in addition to take the furniture apart and place it back together. To make an extremely long sad story short, he left all of the furniture and boxes that needed to be placed together from the garage since he couldn’t discover that the”Parts Box.” The”Parts Box” (that is clearly indicated ) was buried in the base of the heap. WORST MOVING COMPANY . . .They don’t take responsibility of pickup or delivery. .They keep blaming BOOST for everything. THEY DOUBLED OUR ESTIMATED COST OF SERVICE ON THE DAY OF PACKING. Our pickup was awakened, nobody picked up the telephone or had some hint about pickup. The pickup men were so ineffective. Its been 11 Times plus they still have no clue concerning shipping. They keep bouncing up the date .RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NO HIRE THEM

I first booked a three day window at Early March. They showed up! They then said to offer them another chance. So, I had been ample enough to offer them another chance and booked another two day pickup window from late march. THEY DIDN’T SHOW again, claiming they could not get a trucking business to support my transfer.

This business simply does not do the job. Steer clear of ALL agents.

Send my transferring job into a third party inspector, and then perform suggestion on weight, more billed by 2000 pounds above estimate, place obstruction when demanded re-weigh, ask cash for re-weigh.

March 6th, 2019: As of the day, Greatest Interstate Moving and Storage (Broker) has believed it best to disassociate themselves with me as a client. I unfortunately acknowledge that at extreme frustration I wrapped up a telephone with Stephanie Little (Manager). Irrespective of my apology, Greatest Interstate today chooses to dismiss me as a client and their misguided information they gave me all the way around 03-01-2019. They don’t or won’t reply to my calls or email.

As of March 5th, 2019, this is my effort in ascertaining and documenting liability because of my packaging and move that happened on 03-08-2018. I’ve created some regrettable choices in relation to the entire transport trade with these parties: Greatest Interstate Moving and Storage (Broker).

On March 4th, 2019, I had been advised by provider hired by Greatest Interstate that my household products were in New York in an unidentified storage facility. The reason that they are there is that in July of 2018, carrier shipment called me saying they had been in New York to provide. This was really supersizing since I had no permanent address in New York.

Finest Interstate has the obligation to guarantee customers are advised of poor service and complaints concerning partner carriers. The matter is I wasn’t informed of suspicious practices of Greatest Interstate until after the contract has been initiated.

1) I was not informed of the birth or intention to provide.
2) I talked with the driver that the day that they called and the driver signaled that he had yet another delivery and that my household products were thrown onto the truck last minute.
3) I talked with Dispatch Manager, and they suggested that there wasn’t any problems and stated to ignore the telephone.
4) My family products continue to be in New York thus far. (03-06-2019)

In many discussions with Greatest Interstate staff and supervisors, they advised that the company had any severe operational issues, including, deceptive practices like keeping household products hostage of different clients and household goods being ruined in their own care. I’ve arrived at the realization that Greatest Interstate has imputed to my own merchandise being taken hostage.

I’d imagine this criticism or inspection will just go unnoticed and forgotten about as Finest Interstate disregards their obligation rather than holding up to claims on the site.

I’ve made formal complaints with the Department of Transportation also it could be supposed that no support will be supplied out of that.

This is unquestionably the worst moving company I’ve experienced. My parents moved from NC to GA and wished to take the hassle out of moving. They made a decision to use Greatest Interstate Moving and Storage due to their high testimonials. Though they were more costly than other firms my parents believed it was worthwhile dependent on the caliber they believed they’d get. Though the firm said they weren’t a broker they’re. They hired Ocean Moving and Storage as the moving business with no understanding (which has dreadful reviews). Their staff direct Shawn arrived with a team and packed up my parents home. He left without even giving my parents a opportunity to confirm the home. They ended up not packaging an whole room. My parents needed to make numerous trips to GA using all the leftover items and rent a storage device. Remember they already spent over $7000 into the moving business. Both firms were rather hard to get a grasp of if my parents were prepared to receive the delivery. We finally got a hold of these to provide in which Shawn shows up having a mindset and totally improper behavior. We just needed the work done at the stage so we set it up. Another man who was serving was requesting very personal questions regarding the home – who’s living there, just how much the home was that made my parents really uneasy. We just needed the things sent so that we would not need to manage them. Towards the end we found them engaging in illicit substances in my parents house. Now I said something to them and they then literally ran to the truck and drove off very fast from the residential area. They left the job undone and not certain when the truck was even empty with all our stuff. I phoned Iris another day who’s the supervisor and she acted understanding and sweet and stated she will look after it and will send a few men to complete the job. A week goes by and no communication from the business or Iris. I predicted several places along with Iris but no communication. Then I reached out to Greatest Interstate as they’re the firm my parents signed up the contact with. Stephanie Little was suppose to return but never did. Bottom line – stay away from the two businesses. They were awful to use, impolite, delivered some dishonest individuals to my parents home and failed to complete the job. They took zero obligation for anything. They billed twice for a few things and along with all this they ruined a number of items in the procedure. These men are bad news, stay far from them save a lot of despair.
