Movers beware!   They’re extremely honest, I utilized Bernard movers twice, I must have heard from my very first experience where a neighborhood moved resulted in harm to furniture. .  I choose to give them one more try but had been overcome again. . Not only is that the cost really high ($600 for a two bed room apt neighborhood ). . Odds of harm to your house is nearly a given. . And now (949.00 to transfer it in storage whilst shifting. . , I had been told”if that tuned right into a long distance transfer then storage is liberated”. I tried to book a last transfer the end of May and has been quoted a cost of $2,895.00. From Chicago to St Petersburg Fl. I then discover they also strike me with a $460.00 storage fee on top of the transfer fees.   (I getting quotations from several other moving companies for the identical transfer an I discovered Bernard’s is nearly a $1000.00 dollar greater than many )   I requested Lynn Bernard of the main reason why if there was a billing issue with the storage why they wouldn’t contact me rather than letting it go for weeks. This invoice clinic is unacceptable. Lynn said she’d check with bookkeeping and said that I owed for Feb, March, April and May. . Lynn told me do not fret about June she will not bill me for this particular month. I looked to my documents and discovered that they if reality charged my card for a February I delivered Lynn an email asking her to confirm that they did get compensated.  She did affirm this reality but then reverse it again and delivered an email stated I still owe $460.00. Which also contained June. . I simply don’t know when there was a difficulty charging then why did not they contact me? Why would they allow it to go months? This only terrible business practice I Won’t utilize Bernard again.
