My latest experience has made me sleeping on hardwood flooring, no clothes, no pots, no pans, no winter jackets, NOTHING, NOT ONE PIECE OF MY PROPERTY since this firm moved my items around September 24 and are currently holding my items hostage. They underestimated my initial quote by 400. . .of that I wasn’t ready to pay in money. They refuse to launch my items until I cover a few weeks of storage at $50 a week (we’re around week 9) and prepay to my own move-in for an overblown quote of $700 (that hasn’t costs over $400 from point A to point B). THEY CHARGED ME NEARLY $300 in stuff. I’M BEING PUNISHED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A ‘CLOSE TO ACCURATE’ ESTIMATE!

They’re requiring almost $2000 before anything else happens. They refuse to admit that they didn’t let me I’d be made to shrink wrap EVERYTHING, tape items which didn’t necessarily need to be recorded, and ship each big single thing which might have been loose (such as a directors seat ). . .THEY DID A POOR JOB AT TELLING ME WHAT THEIR STORAGE POLICIES ARE. EVERYTHING MUST BE TAPED, SHRINK WRAPPED, AND BOXED EVEN IF IT DOESN’T REALLY SEEM NECESSARY. Did I mention that it required include’l hours for each of my containers, boxes and things to be tagged and invisibly tucked on a sheet?

They refuse to speak to me unless I state I’ve all of the currencies they need, they do not return my telephone calls for inquiries. They refuse to let me ANY accessibility to my items to acquire MEDICAL SUPPLIES or even WORK EQUIPMENT!!! I CAN’T GET MONEY IF I CAN’T Do the Job!
