They’re LIARS and INCOMPETENT.

I phoned Ben Hur moving per week ahead of our move and they could give me a fast quote. I asked on several events if they had sufficient insurance to be eligible because my building had a rigorous insurance plan requirement. The salesman on the phone assured me that they’d over 10M in policy and that it wouldn’t be a issue. The following day I followed up with my construction to determine whether they obtained the certification of insurance out of Ben Hur and was angry to hear Ben Hur hadn’t delivered the COI. I phoned Ben Hur simply to be passed around to different men and women who informed me that I would have to consult with somebody else. Eventually, I got in contact with the individual responsible for insurance that promised to ship the COI. The following day I received a call from my construction supervisor who advised me that Ben Hur did not fulfill the minimum insurance requirement. I phoned Ben Hur again and got the run around after again. I had been sent to 3 distinct voicemails and also got hung up on twice. When I finally got through to the man who manages insurance after more he declared it was not possible that they did not have sufficient coverage and that it was a misunderstanding. He promised me he’d call the construction manager to clean up the situation and phone me back. I never got a call back. I abandon multiple voicemails and emails but no response. Finally, on Friday afternoon a day prior to my transfer date after several calls and talking to 3-4 distinct individuals at Ben Hur, I eventually got through to the man who manages insurance and eventually got him to confess they didn’t have the policy they promised they’d and so that they wouldn’t have the ability to transfer me into my own building. Not only did they totally LIE, but rather than acknowledge it at once and let me time to discover a new plumber that they LIED repeatedly informed me it wasn’t a real problem and they might clear this up. They never followed up with my mails or voicemails following a range of distinct people promised to solve the problem for me personally. These men left me hanging and simply did not give a crap.

My spouse and I’ve just finished our 3rd transfer that Ben Hur Moving & Storage in NY has managed.   Every time We’ve been extremely happy.   We’ve never had to produce an insurance coverage, as our items have been packaged and sent with care and utmost professionalism.   We expect that there’ll not be any longer motions, but when we must proceed, Ben Hur is your ONLY moving firm that we’d look at using.

This is actually the second time that I have used Ben Hur Moving & Storage. Every moment, the grade of service has surpassed my expectations. The movers came just on time, were exceptionally professional and hard working, and finished the move well over the slotted time. Moving can be quite stressful and this men made the movement MUCH easier. In general, I was really satisfied with the movement and wouldn’t even wait for another in utilizing Ben Hur Moving & Storage Inc. again later on.

That is for anybody that cares to their own possessions, please don’t use this business that hires employees that slip and don’t understand how to wrap furnitures and office equipments. Their employees stole my clothing, my large screen television, sneakers, DVDs, Workout equipments, and office electronic equipment, my NFL favored group’s priciest jerseys, even my job resources, they stole and in addition to that they broke almost all of my own furnitures(wall components, bed, tablesand kitchen materials, etc.. . And business didn’t take any action against their employees as well as people burglars steal functioning for them. They really did my shifting that was suppose to be finished in 1 day took them two days. After packing my possessions in the their truck, the driver said that it had been too late to go fall off my possessions to the storage. So that they took my possessions packed into their own truck back to their workplace that’s where they chose and choosed anything they desired out of my possessions. Therefore please STAY AWAY from the moving business. They’re crooks. In addition to their burglars employees , they really provide you with a qauote subsequently overcharge you until unloading your possessions and they’re extremely rude about it as well. Just thought I’m the sole victim of the moving business.

On 6-3-2013 we had been lucky to possess Rafael and Raul of Ben Hur Movers transfer our furniture.   The workplace lent a quote of $310 and the last price was $310 and tip. Both movers were both cheerful and considerate throughout, regardless of the sudden heat. They came slightly early and called to inform us. All pieces were hauled and wrapped with care and efficiency. The furniture arrived safely and immediately, not a scratch. They had been put in our house and setup just as desired. What a nice, professional staff! Quite satisfied with the whole experience!

It has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had in years.       They broke a world in my property.  They didn’t repay the reduction till I threatened to sue them several times.       They saved my furniture simply to bill me 20 percent more to re-deliver into the location that they originally took ownership.  They insultingly refused to provide the furniture till I paid $400 money ahead of the delivery.       After the furniture has been returned, they snapped a leg onto a sofa. The repairman didn’t appear on the scheduled date without previous notice to us. We waited over 1/2 day for him to maintain his appointment. He needed to return two to correct the busted leg.  They clearly Don’t Have Any respect to our time.       Ahead of the furniture has been returned to my house, I’d additional (fresh ) furniture delivered to them for storage in the meantime.  They billed $598 to send the furniture into my NY office; a mere four bits. Simply outrageous. When they returned the furniture to my workplace, they neglected to send 1/2 the furniture. If they returned the next business day to provide the Rest of the furniture, the delivery men snarled that it Wasn’t their duty to unpack 1 seat and remove the plastic out of 1 sofa.       I’m amazed they’re running a company.

Here is actually the third time I have utilized Ben Hur Moving, and they’ll continue to function as go-to moving business for me. To begin with, the internet quote was exceptionally great and were all the prices that I ended up payingfor. There were not any surprise fees tacked on afterwards. On every occasion the movers weren’t only on time, however ancient. Along with also the movers were more friendly, friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. Eventually, all of the furnishings were all wrapped and secure well and have been sent with no damage. I’ll certainly use them again and have recommended them for a range of family members and friends.
