Here’s a summary of the issues we encountered on this moving business. Nothing was ever resolved. My attorney couldn’t even reach someone in the enterprise to deal with the broken things along with the absurd price increase we’d no option except to cover to be able to receive our things. 6.) The contract says our things must be sent July 1, 2011. I inquired if it was likely to be a problem to receive our possessions delivered to the 1st as contracted and that he stated no worse case situation your belongings would be there from the 2nd. I began to find a terrible impression. I attempted to phone back Wednesday and Thursday and noone would return my calls. We waited Friday and nobody was answering the phone or returning calls. Late in the day a man named Michael phoned, he stated that our stuff was at a storage center in Atlanta but his men were 5 hours off. He’d phone me back with the upgrade and again worse situation they’d provide the 2nd. He never called back – July 2nd we predicted and called we got a system that we left message after message eventually in the day Michael returned Joel’s telephone call and explained the men would be bringing now he declared or it’d be liberated. They showed up at 4pm on Saturday, July 2, 2011.

7.) After the movers came they wouldn’t unload before we paid them and signed the documents. Additionally they advised us that they don’t require any packaging materials except what their furniture blankets together with them., ” I had been informed by Crystal they eliminated each of the boxes and substances when they abandoned. We were also charged for packaging stuff on the contract once we paid for full service packaging which was presumed to be contained.

8.) Many things were filthy, broken and homeless. The Agency who needed to transfer things to his own from PA ran from substances that the 2nd afternoon and he began throwing things all together inside our bag and plastic storage containers. My brothers photographs, vases etc were thrown at a duffel bag without wrap and were shattered and broken. Her white bedroom furniture has black marks around it. Alongside different things we have. The movers also drilled enormous holes at the rear part of her dresser if they attempted to re attach the mirror. They drilled through the back of the dresser right into her drawers and then snapped off the screw head so that they pushed it from the walls and then left it. It was shaky and not connected correctly and fortunately it didn’t fall and hurt somebody.

9.) The moulding within our PA house was busted when Ashley attempted moving tractors and boxsprings by himself. The walls have been trashed and needed to be touched up and the molding fixed. The mattresses were just half wrapped because he again ran out of substances.

10.) -Things split Picture frames, images, plates, and candle sconces, gemstones have indicators within these, computer credenza, instrument chest has been bent over the floor and the drawer Won’t close correctly,

11.) Things were boxed together – that the inspector threw things which were fragile in our storage containers with cellar things and metallic things which broke or scraped them.

This provider is a complete nightmare and it’s not possible to even talk to somebody who could be in charge. Don’t make the exact same mistake we did!
