They transferred me in Maryland to Texas this past year, struck a TV group and took a promise. Following months of calls nobody ever called me again. Simply saying, they are unethical and incredibly unprofessional.

Don’t conduct business with this business, that’s unless you need your property ruined, holes punched on your walls and door frames divide. This organization is the worst. They transferred my furniture in Richmond, VA to Baltimore, MD and left it sitting in a hot warehouse in which things melted together throughout the month of August. Following 10 working days, my furniture finally arrived in Florida. Their contract completely insulates them from any promises. Do not just take my word for it to read their own contract. Virtually everything I have was either destroyed, broken or scraped. The people who packed the truck and also unpacked the vehicle proved entirely unprofessional. Among the folks who unpacked the truck has been covered in tattoos and piercings. After he walked into the door he moved into the toilet and pulled up, I do not know whether it was alcohol or drugs. They are amazingly dishonest!

Everything I’ve read about the terrible reviews is SPOT ON.  We were duped by the great reviews and decided to forget the terrible ones.  We were SO Incorrect!!! It was a dreadful experience straight from the get go.  They guarantee you the world and continue speaking about being a”five star” business until you register the contract. . .and then that all goes out the window.  HORRIBLE customer support.  SOOOO unprofessional.  Movers showed up wearing basketball shorts and shoes…I might have packaged better than those.  Overused bubble wrap and tape and then wanted me to cover it!!!! Were throwing my things around and had no regard for our items.  Completed low balled us and then I’d no option except to pay nearly double what was at the contract only because they dont dont understand how to package a truck.  They threw everything in truck haphazardly and then told me that I had more things and was likely to be billed 3 million dollars more!!!
This was just the start, they whined on numerous levels about EVERYTING.  Showed up using a truck with NO hints or anything on it.  So unprofessional.  They simply hire employees for jobs who do not have any clue what they’re doing, which means you truly don’t have any idea whether and when your materials is going to appear.
I dropped so many boxes and that I had been pretty much forced to join the contract to mention that I obtained all of my boxes and was advised nicely in the event that you discover things missing there’s actually nothing they’ll do for you you!!

The five star ratings on this has to be in the business rather than the clients. They will low-ball your quote and then when all is packaged (with unneeded additional cushioning and blankets bc they move by cubic feet not as burden ) they will give you more cash for your additional cubic feet which they did not estimate and return on goal using a bigger truck(using a card board sign on it) so that it all won’t fit in and they’re able to inform you that in accordance with their own estimate it should have all match. Common sense must tell you that a 1600 sq feet home of some family of four could NOT all fit within a 25 feet truck. Then let you know they can not get the remainder until two weeks later. Meanwhile, you will become billed a large number more bc of the failure to quote properly. Additionally Phil (if that is his real name) asked for a beer once they packed up all our things in their truck until they drove away with it. It is still illegal to drive and drink , right? He also wad the only person who could talk English too. Another traffic violation is that they don’t have sufficient space in the vehicle cab for several of the movers so two or one must sit at the tailer with all your belongings, where they needed to sit back there for three hours either ways by wherever their warehouse and the home was. Pretty sure that’s prohibited. I have also heard that they do not upgrade their registrations but that I did not hear about that until later , otherwise I would have checked. In addition they took our things into some warehouse also unloaded it so they could deliver the identical truck back into our home to find the rest of our stuff. They loaded equally truck loads on a tractor trailer. All that logistically makes no sense and creates much more chance of harm. Nina has been the sales man that wasn’t beneficial or specialist with our worries. There was a damage to the items but we know that could be tough to establish but they did harm the flooring in our home taking away the washer. I’ve tried solve through the BBB and they simply gave up because those individuals are so ridiculous we could not get them to just be honest and cover. In addition to all of my rarely insured items they ruined in transportation – one of the drivers was going to leave my house and hauled over my private laptop I was working on, on a tile floor and ruined it. Bayflower apologized once I reported it and told me to find an estimate and they’d repair/replace it. I paid to receive the quote and filed the claim with pics since they asked! I predicted SEVERAL days for 7 months hoping to get fix. They offered me $30 for the ruined PC at a letter following the fix people said it had to become REPLACED!!! The quote alone costed $30!!!!  Let alone the $30 I paid to fax over all of the paperwork for the the shifting claim and also this particular one.  They are most likely hoping I will only go away but I’ll get JUSTICE!!!

Afterward, when they arrived in my home in Conn, the motorist Wouldn’t unpack the truck nor would he open the boxes and inistall the furniture with no extra $400 charge.   It was a nightmare.   Calls forth and back to BayFlower were to no avail.   They wouldn’t alter their position. After I agreed to cover the additional cash, the delivery guys did a very Wonderful job unpacking the boxes and putting the furniture together, such as the Three bedroom sets.   They did remove all of the cardboard packaging materials. Employing Bayflower was a dreadful experience.   The communicating between what the company promised me personally and exactly what they advised their motorist was polar opposites.   I don’t blame the driver – I attribute Bayflower. My advice is to NOT use Bayflower – EVER!!!

These young men did a project a really qualitatively and neatly that made me feel rested throughout the whole moving. The guys really took care of each and every thing and item of furniture and particularly my mum’s collection of antiques:-RRB- Overall, I’m rather satisfied with the job that they did and I’d absolutely recommend them to everybody. THe guys doing the job were difficult to know since they were all Russian.   Just one thick accent can talk English.

HOW am I supposed to find money on a Sunday if the banks are all closed? I provided a personal check and a credit card authorization however we ended up figuring out how a money order program, but we were still refused our discount and nobody in the workplace could reply for all of us. Terrible experience with Bay Flower Moving Company. Spoke with Dave from the revenue department. I shared my own experience out of my move east using a corporate firm that moved my items 5-6 days before I purchased them. Dave promised me Bay Flower does not do this. My items go directly about the truck — which was the very first lie. In addition, he explained the Bay Flower was a family run firm that had its own trucks. More lies. I then supplied a list of my items. Dave provided a quote. I called Dave back since I forgot a couple of things and he promised me that the quote would be shut and you don’t have to worry. This was another lie. I then asked a shipping date 7-8 days following the truck was loaded. Dave emailed me back they would do their very best to fulfill this request. This was a significant lie. I signed the contract, dismissing a substantially lower bid from a different moving business, since Dave promised me that my items wouldn’t be moved about and that Bay Flower was a business that cared for its clients. This has been my biggest mistake! When the contract has been signedup, all of a sudden Dave’s email did not work and he did not respond to my queries. Now I should have recognized the wreck I had been in and proceeded with a different inspector but I didn’t. This was my next biggest mistake! They picked up my possessions on March 17th (a few bits were picked up from a different place on the 18th). The packers did a fantastic job of wrapping things and I thought all was well (I will discuss the problem discovered later in this saga). Then the packers inform me that my items will be transferred into a warehouse and where else they opt to move it before delivered. I questioned saying that is not exactly what Dave told me. But the bigger surprise was that the extra cost they had been charging me because Dave’s quote wasn’t even near their own count! According to this advice, I contacted customer support to register my worries. They confessed Dave told me exactly what I needed to listen to sign the contract and that they constantly move possessions as matches their requirements. They also stated they’d examine the invoice. By this time I did not believe a word they said however I still waited. And got a charge for $3000 over the quote! The following day I began my first drive to California believing that the worst was over. Boy was I wrong!! The afternoon before asked delivery (on March 24th), I phoned Bay Flower to find an upgrade (they hadn’t contacted me at all). Nina explained that my items were still in Maryland and that I would get them in early April. As you can imagine, I went nuts. I had no clue that it would take so long and didn’t have anything that I had to go 3 months with nothing. Nina said she’d call me back using a shipping date that night or the following day. Obviously, I never heard from her. The following day, I predicted. I had been told Nina was occupied and that she would call me backagain. No call backagain. The following day Nina answered the phone and said she’d call me by 5pm that afternoon with the shipping date. No call backagain. I called the following day and the individual stated Nina was busy they would tell her that I called and wrapped. The following day I phoned and they stated Nina was on a different call would I love to be on hold? I said yes and listened to maintain songs for around a minute until they pitched me. There went week 1. Week 2 starts exactly the exact same manner (no customer support on the weekends). I phoned and no shipping date supplied. Actually, when you examine my telephone records, you will see I predicted every day that week and also don’t own one call from them. Finally on Friday, April 4th, the representative told me they’d be bringing my items Monday or even Tuesday. I thought the nightmare could finally end. I was wrong again! Then I called earnings, because I knew they would be there. The salesman told me that they were all at dinner and to call back in thirty minutes. All go to lunch in precisely the exact same moment! OK, so I predicted back in half an hour and talked to customer support who promised me that the delivery could be Thursday at noon. I asked noon as it was now impacting my occupation. Wednesday afternoon I called the driver again around 3:30pm PT and he explained he had been on the road and he’d be to my home by 5pm. So I am stuck again! The following day I called Bay Flower and Nina replied the telephone. I asked what could be done in my mattress. She explained I needed to discover the screws or get new ones when I could not locate them and hire a person to put the bed together and Bay Flower would reimburse me. Fantastic help! So glad I paid a premium for Bay Flower to perform this job. By this time, I had enough and because my possessions had been no more being held hostage, I might eventually do it.
