Ballantyne & Beyond Moving & Storage

All of my furniture produced it okay,and that I have what I paid for to make this apparent. The lead man was quite nice and complete time I am sure. The 2 helpers of this afternoon had filthy sneakers and shorts and fresh new shiny tops that was notification. One ate a skillet out of my children plate whenever they were performed and also flat out asked me for a suggestion, which was fine however creeped me out a little. I am fairly new to this charlotte field but it looks grown up enough that we can likely do better. Perhaps proceed with Gentle Giant or Hildrup following time.

After one very poor experience with anoet local business we moved to our realtor, Alan Tate. She proposed Ballantyne & Beyond Transferring, allthough she suggested she’d never personally used them she heard great things and they’ve been a favorite inspector using Tate for many decades. These men showed up on time and wasted no more time. Not 1 ding, not 1 scratch. It was very clear they really seasoned and in sync together. We’re very please with all the throughness of tghe quote and the general communication during the total procedure. Very very happy. Highly reccommend!!!

I was really satisfied with the moving business I chose to select. Our firm had a scenario where we had been carrying two places and mixing them into one.  We also had a place that placed construction tools & instructional materials for the building market.
The owner, Ken, advocated we do the movement in 3 phases/days – that worked well & retained the move from becoming too overpowering. Ballantyne & Beyond also loaned us a few very sturdy boxes to transfer a number of the more cumbersome products.
Ken came out and did a walk through to provide me a quotation – that the quote was on stage with different firms and our true price came in just underneath the quotation. What came out to me personally were the thoughts Ken needed to make the move easier; like big carts for computer towers and screens. We also packed and moved a number of the furniture involving the loading door — to decrease the amount of time it might take the team to load and transfer items.  This helps maintain us maintain on budget.
Ken came out to the first day of this movement and introduced me into the team.  The team was efficient and I don’t think anything was broken (we did have any already broken things ). The team also packaged up a few of those tiny random things and also the computers. The crew worked hard and quickly.
Overall in the movers’ aspect of things — that the transfer went really nicely and ended up being much simpler than I expected.

We had them go a extremely costly bedroom match and if they were finished we left right behind them to go wash up the older residence. The following day we proceed to set the bed together and note that the headboard was bankrupt. We call and inform them that they tell us they need to speak to the movers. They speak to them do not understand what was stated they find bits of my headboard at the vehicle. So the inform me that they need to check to things to consider it and they’ll get back together with me. The following day we receive a email stating that they will cut me a check for 60 bucks for the headboard which cost me 1100 bucks 2 decades back. Obviously I would not advocate nor will I ever use these individuals again. Thinking of having invoice McGinty about the information to show how they handle your belongings then if they mess up it they do not do nothing to correct or replace it

JW,Shawn and Saiyd were amazing. They were compassionate that my Mother had passed away and it had been hard being in her assisted living apartment. They hustled to receive out all items and forth truck. They took good care of this goodwill fall off afterward came to my home to drop off staying items. Still hustling for done so this entire event could be over for me. In doing this, they also worked to save me some cash simply to get me a rest in this challenging time. All work done with caution to ensure things arrived exactly the same state. That is my 3rd time with B&B, this provider is reasonably priced and superb support. Thank you men!!

They saved my day! I needed to move fast and quite last minute Ballantyne and Beyond managed to work together with me last minute to a weekend and then make me transferred! They have been professional and so kind. They’re easy to speak to and quite straight forward.
