They were quite professional and nice; they took good care of our possessions and difficult to build furniture pieces. My only criticism is that they did not have a functioning electrical drill so it required quite a bit more time to disassemble and reassemble our furniture that made the transfer longer than anticipated. Overall we’re really satisfied.
