I’ve utilized Bailey’s on many events, Janel along with her team are simple and adapting. The team is cautious with all my furniture, rugs, hardwood floors and walls. They require more care in placing down security before transferring any furniture or wheels on the flooring or stairs. They’re careful to procure items in the vehicle and also treat my supplying as though they were their very own. I strongly suggest Bailey’s to the moving needs locally or globally.
Earlier this month I transferred from Sandy, Utah into St. George, Utah a distance of about 300 miles. Baileys managed the movement and that I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcomes. They came and delivered on time as required. Mr. Armando Carrillo was the driver and team leader of the movement who had been quite cooperative and helpful. They required extra effort to put down pay to keep things tidy. There was not any harm; each component of this movement was superb. Thank you, Baileys.
I labored with Bailey’s as a local representative for a long distance movement with Allied. That entailed them performing the quote and packaging. They were fast with the quote and were moderately priced. Packers came early and have been performed fairly quickly. But, packing was not as professional as I’d anticipated. Boxes came reversed. Tape was barely stuck down. Some boxes have been overloaded. There was not any bubble wrap. Some boxes have been minimally packed. Many boxes bulged. Boxes were stacked in doorways, over cooling ports, and in halls, making entry difficult. Things were packaged which I suggested weren’t to be packaged. Labels weren’t abandoned for loaders. I had been billed the entire number two days prior to the packers actually came, maybe not”on shipping” as had been suggested that it was. I never heard in the planner following the bidding except when he contacted him. Nothing about the afternoon of. They behaved like everybody knows the way to perform a long-distance movement.
After unpacking, I’ve found classic books only thrown into a box, then publications thrown along with other miscellaneous things, publications bent and ruined, single plastic things wrapped in layers of newspaper and other breakable things with barely any, and divided kitchenware. Don’t use these individuals for packaging! It was obvious the packers simply dashed the project to”get out of this early”.
The drivers/loaders were exceptional and ought to speed 5 stars, even though their truck was considerably too big to efficiently match anywhere. Unloading was not as eloquent due to the different team – induced damage to inside walls. General Bailey’s because a corporation could perform with much progress and especially instruction in packaging.
We appreciated Bailey’s Moving & Storage in 400 North 700 West at North Salt Lake City, UT. 84054 to move us out of state. While I had been out of country the sales rep altered the contract and ignored what I’d set up, to benefit from my older wife. Do not rely on them if you wish to view your valuable items again. We had been lied to from the sales rep and he informed me we had the insurance policy coverage when he did not add it. He informed us one contracted cost and fretting about that. The new cost was an extra $2,500.00. They stole a queen size four post bed framework, how can you eliminate something that large? To add further insult to injury that the manger and personnel dismiss our calls for assistance and settlement. Never use this firm to your moving or keeping your possessions.
Our main issue with Baileys moving/allied van traces was that the dreadful time line that they kept. They did not ever find a person to pick up our items so all of it sat at a warehouse to 16 days ahead to be picked up. We we are told it’d be sent 10 days once we moved. Day after day goes by and we’d get in touch with the organization and they’d continue adding on days. Eventually they included on a second week and we’re just sitting in a friends house without a waiting for our items. We began demanding that they cover items and they have been somewhat stingy about what they’d cover. We’d paid a whole lot of lease for a vacant house that we could not use because we did not have some furnishings. The identical firm did so to a member of the household only a week earlier. The communication was dreadful with this corporation. We needed to do all the phoning and they’d claim to call back but never did. They’d claim to send us types we had and not would. We do not understand how this business can remain in business whilst doing such a bad job. When you have any option in any way, choose somebody else. Baileys is now making our shifting encounter a complete nightmare! Completely unacceptable method of conducting business.
Allow me to tell you this is going to be an adventure you won’t ever forget! This business looks really professional but if the project is completed, you receive all sorts of surprises! Damaged furniture which they won’t fix OR substitute, a quotation that’s only an notion about what it MIGHT price, not accountable for any problem that you may have.
Allow me to tell you what occurred to me at the Readers Digest version. They transferred my furniture that once they abandoned (the identical day) I discovered that my mattresses have been ripped down all one side. It wasn’t like this before. They broke a angels venture from a family heirloom, they struck a leg onto my pinball machine.
I contacted Kasey, also advised him of this harm and texted him images of the harm THAT SAME DAY. At that moment, I had been told I needed to pay nearly $400 longer before they can do anything. I advised him that he was nuts and I didn’t consent to cover over what I already had paid…$900! He explained until the whole invoice had been paid, they can do nothing. I advised him that we’re in a stand still. I would like my things cared for! Well there it stopped for around a month or so. I then receive a note that they are likely to send my invoice to collections. In the long run I needed to cover and they didn’t!
I’m now likely to visit the BBB to allow them understand how this joke of a business conducts their organization. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I’d have contributed 0 star when I could with this review. My shifting experience with Bailey’s would be that the most dreadful one I’ve ever needed. Cindy, who’s the partner in Bailey’s, worked in my shifting situation and can be rude, reckless and also a liar.
I transferred out of the west shore to Salt Lake City last summer. The first promised period was just two weeks. From the day that my family ought to be delivered, I received a call from Cindy and has been advised that they never discovered that a catalyst to depart from the west shore. Then it occurred a lot of times that Cindy explained they discovered a driver and my own loved was departing but it was that she had been lying each moment. I wound up staying at the resort for 5 months, which was incredibly frustrating.
Bailey’s failed pay my additional resort remaining in accordance with the contract however, the manipulation by Cindy was the worst. I’ve been kicked out from the resort once because Cindy did not book the resort correctly and that I had to change to a different resort.
I really don’t know why but my home had been splited in two sockets and eventually came a week apart so I am aware that they transferred my home from 1 truck to another at any time point, which caused a number of harms. In the conclusion, the packaging of a few of my furniture for example my mattress that values roughly $2400 has been busted. If the movers eventually, they aren’t professional. The same as other reviewers said , they asked to water and sat in my own expensive sofa in their fracture, which left me quite uneasy.
My advice would be NEVER utilize Bailey’s!!!!!!
If the movers showed up in my residence, I thought that was likely the best thing to ever occur. I was quickly proven wrong. The rest of the 3 month process since I transferred states was dreadful. I received telephone calls about where to send a car that was not my own and they sent my items to the destination country per month sooner than agreed upon. Once I was finally ready to proceed, I talked with the organizer about shipping and if it never arrived on this day I had been charged an extra $150 to send it on a Saturday since I could not take an extra day from work. Horrible and unqualified support and far more costly than quoted.
Terrible customer support! These men didn’t do as they stated they’d. No liability whatsoever for the support that they claim to offer. I can’t tell you how frustrated I had to have had to bargain with them!
