I truly hate moving to become fair, but my experience using B52 Van Lines have been notable! I couldn’t have asked for a better team. They have been solicitously conscious of their requirements. They were quick, effective and asked lots of questions regarding our furnitures/ poles / pins. They were really interested in our products. B52 thank you for sending us an old pro!
In general, it was a smooth movement. I couldn’t recommend these men more highly.
B52 would be the very best! My occupation relocated me in Sacramento into Dallas. I needed to move in fourteen days! To my new residence and job setting up things all of the way from Austin. My spouse had to address them, so I was concerned about the entire thing, until she phoned me. She stated the men very professional and handled with furniture and belongings as they were theirs. Great job! I will suggest to all family members & friends thank you B52 VANLINES
B52 was the subcontracted movers who moved my family out of Washington to California. Please be certain that if you’ve got a different firm that they don’t subcontract out to B52. My furniture was scratched and dented. Multiple private items were damaged or broken. As it came time to offload our possessions and furniture, it cost us more money and we needed to go get money. When we attempted to get them there was a complete voicemail and we could not get through to them. Nobody ever called back. It had been the worst moving experience I’ve ever had and I’ve moved multiple times in my life. Think two, the purchase price may be fantastic, but you get what you pay for.

This is the most stressful, more costly, and slow-moving business I have ever struck. Initially Amanda was the funniest thing that gave my initial quote for about $2300 with roughly 600 cubic square feet. She stated it ought to adapt my 700 sq apartment. 1 queen bedroom collection, little dinning tableplus a big dinning, television, book shelve, two table along with approximately 30 medium boxes. Additionally, I said I don’t need any surprises. When the movers came it came out for $4300!! Almost twice. I phoned Amanda and she needed my own organization and settled for about $4000. Nicely in parallel I travel to get from country weekly. I moved to Dallas Texas. My very first available date of send was Friday. 4 days have passed and I phoned them to determine where are my items and haven’t got a 24 hour telephone beforehand note. Max Martinez was utterly rude! He explained well your things can take everywhere for a month and then that is exactly what you’ve signed up for. I am livid! Now I had my appliances delivered and alarm system installed. The delivery driver called at 11:30 and stated they are present at 2pm. They did not provide me a note so that I could not get into the lender before. The won’t float before I paid off the rest $1500. They waited till the alert business abandoned. I made to visit the lender and gave them the cash. They destroyed my own $10,000 sectional, yes even it had been wrapped up. Boxes came back ripped and awakened. Fortunately I just had a couple broken glasses. But never again will I employ this provider! I Will reach out to Michael Garcia at San Diego, CA lawyer for transferring. I don’t have the patience to handle them. I used a company to go from Los Angeles, CA to Dallas, Tx to provide me stress free. I even have had the uncertainty I won’t ever see my infused again.
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
My problems began date of pickup and by the looks of that everybody has had difficulties. The drivers came and have a look round the motorist Kelly instantly said that the quote which was given to me personally was $2000 away, the wrong quote would keep them from transferring my things unless I consented to cover more. After waiting a while for those managers to return to the motorists using an specific quote that they told me that the entire moving price was likely to be 2200 more then what had been quoted. After becoming really emotional and talking the Dan and Chris on the telephone they consented to charge me just $500 more together with all the requirement for me leaving my sofa, end tables, and either of my desks, shelving machine along with shoe racks although these products were all written and recorded in the first things listing. I’d spoken to the company 3 days before my transfer and got my initially quotation and compensated deposit 4 weeks before my transfer. Whenever I contacted business I requested for them to affirm that there will be no surprise fees. The only additional fees they verified could be fees additional if there were likely to be staircase included with delivery. Recognizing I was departing across state in 48 hours going into the weekend, so I needed to select the bargain agreeing to depart my main furniture pieces. Before all of this I needed to transfer my pickup date later deciding to remain and work an additional week to get some excess cash (thank goodness I did) I inquired if the business would have the ability to send my things, the girls I talked with either Amanda or even Kelly let me understand that they would have the ability to pickup my things daily I needed and they’d have the ability to send my things whenever I desired. She affirmed that they would have the ability to move my things a week afterwards and that they would have the ability to drop off them the next week. After producing my trip from California to Ohio I said 24 hours before delivery they’d offer me a phone. When I did not get a telephone I phoned and talked with Kelly, she stated that my things had not been sent yet but she had to confirm that advice along with her boss and phone me back, the whole time she had a mindset. When she never called back I followed up the following day and she promptly moved me into her Manager Chris. He explained that my things hadn’t abandoned California and were now sitting in their warehouse. After describing my situation to him and let him know that I’m incredibly disappointed with my whole experience together, he explained that they never make claims since everything is a quote and I ought to talk together to prevent any additional confusion, he promised to hear the telephone records and call me again in a couple of hours, he promised me that he needed all very seriously and that I may be eligible for a discount. The dialog had been about a Friday and naturally I never got a call back, no real surprise there. I eventually decided to call him back the subsequent WEDNESDAY and that he said”Oh, but not certain how that happened”, but he’d call with the driver and he’s left along with my things and will phone me back with the ETA about where the truck is currently. This time around he called again and said that the truck is approximately two days off with potential weather delay. He never said my criticism or criticism, so I have resolved to frighten everybody moving ahead that they are unorganized, liars and totally ridiculous, because my transfer I have needed to cover for your dispatch, I have had to buy things to live with due to their late delivery them requesting me to leave my things and they’re still going to bill me to attract up the items the stairs into my new flat, I’m a single mum of two and my children and I have had to sleep on the ground for the last fourteen months. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

B52 caused me so much frustration and disgust with this late hour proceed. The movement was beginning on September 1, 2017 at 7:10pm and partially concluded at 3:20am on September 2, 2017. Three men were shipped to transfer my items yet just one (1) was left standing in the close of the move. From 9:00pm one man went and hushed to sleep at the vehicle. Despite being ensured by Amanda that new guys are coming to transfer my items. Someone should look into the behaviour of B52 Van Line’s lack of industry practices, competence, transparency, and dependability. An huge quantity of harm was done to furniture I had gathered for over 50 decades. I think the insurer proved to be a willing party. Someone needs to explore both the Insurance Carrier and B52. The insurer was the person who recovered and refused to cover my claim before in which time I had been advised that B52 had gone out of business. PLEASE DO NOT USE B52 VAN LINE to maneuver a Dog House! And to think that I paid $5,000 to those people to depart half things. B52 gave me a really low cost without running quality assurance prior to establishing late and lacking 2 appointments. The first quote was 2000. My score for both B52 Van Lines along with the insurance carrier receives a -Decision; in different words 1 celebrity is to far.
All these are scam artists and also be quite conscious. They alter costs on you personally and will hold your possessions hostage. Then they’ll be ruined when you buy them. They’ve shifted their numbers several times but if you’re on the lookout for them phone them in 310-359-1201. If you’re experiencing issues together I have a lawyer that will and will help but you have to submit a police record. You’ve been warned if you use them!!! The executives are supposed to the be a”Yafit or even Idan.” Be very careful. Should you require help contact me personally.
Worst moving experience ever. They’re rude, they lie and they refuse to return telephone calls or emails. They overcharged us charging us for more distance than we ever used. They then dropped two items of the furniture. They said that we didn’t have to take out specific moving insurance as they’re self-insured. What a crock! Their”self insurance” entails filing a claim with an external company called Anthem Claim Management who’s likely only an expansion of B52 as they’re equally as rude and refuse to return telephone calls. I got price estimates of my missing furniture but it did not matter – that they cover 60 cents a pound. They weren’t heavy things, but valuable products. My promise that should have been around $600.00 proven to be $60.00 and that I can not even make them pay that. I believe B52 might have gone out of business, however in the event they return into company – do not bother with them. And I would stay away from”self insured” and Anthem Claim Management too. Frustrated and Disgusted.
Terrible experience for both my buddy and me. We both used them. Not only did they perform the bait and switch tactics large time, but which cost me almost two times as far as what they initially quoted — they then lost & damaged a couple of items rather than paid me a dime, even despite my shooting photographs and filling out the promises they requested me to. Same experience as several different folks had on this. It seems to me today that this business has”handily” gone bankrupt or out of business, and that I know have really taken individuals’s possessions and now cannot even be discovered. I feel as I got off easy compared to those other bad clients. Should you ever find these individuals’ title come up again anywhere–RUN. Don’t use! Plus it might also not surprise me if they pop up beneath another company title. Do your homework, but do not do exactly what I did. Be certain that you receive a binding quote from somebody and have them visit your property. Lesson learned for me!
We contacted B52 vanlines and obtained a phone estimate of roughly $3,500. We know that there could be a difference in actual and estimate costs so that we budgeted $4,500. When the movers came for pickup, the real cost was to be over $5,700! That is greater than $2,200 greater than the original quote! Ridiculous, however, considering the fact that we had been scheduled to depart the next morning, we were kind of a barrel over. In Addition to all this strain, we had been forced to depart with out several things Which Were initially scheduled to proceed to the vehicle or to things as far as possible within our already over weight travel trailer! The management of B52 REFUSED to operate with us and required cash payment before They’d provide at our new home! Since we had been on the street for four days, we had no accessible resources to get a money transaction beyond what we’d planned for and needed to marvel in our new house for the required funds! Again, the direction at B52 showed absolutely NO concern for our issue!!! We’ve Got no problem with the real moving team. They were excellent at the handling of our possessions with minimal exceptions. My wife believes that many boxes have since come up lost. Not only do we not advocate B52 for those intending a significant movement, we STRONGLY advise that you prevent these PIRATES whatsoever prices!!!!!!
I had a horrible experience with B-52 Van Lines. In need of a business to get a cross-country travel, I signed up with an internet service which provides your advice to moving companies in order that they can get in touch with you. I was originally hesitant to proceed with B-52 due to the numerous reviews I read asserting they used bait-and-switch approaches with their own pricing. Before I signed up anything, I needed something in writing guaranteeing my quoted cost so long as I remained below the recorded volume. I called the company on a Monday and was advised that they would send this assurance within instantly. I didn’t get anything that afternoon, so I called again on Tuesday and had been told once more that it could be routed straight away. I eventually got my requested record after phoning for a third time on Wednesday. Despite this irritating and unprofessional delay, I still signed the deal and paid a deposit together with B-52 to”guaranty” my own reservation. The email with the deal additionally said that B-52 is an”A ranked firm.” That is a lie and can readily be assessed on the Better Business Bureau site. A couple of weeks after (the week of my scheduled movement ), my fiancé received a telephone on Wednesday (3 times prior to the scheduled pickup afternoon of Saturday) by Max, a very gruff”sales representative,” stating that the truck had broken down and they wouldn’t have the ability to pick up our possessions on Saturday as scheduled. When she inquired when our objects can be picked up, Max reported that he”didn’t know.” B-52 had no strategy in place for what to do in case a truck is out for repairs. We immediately called B-52 to acquire more info regarding the situation and talked to Kelly, who’d been our representative by means of this procedure (my mom was really the person who made this phone, as she was free that day and my fiancé and I were both too busy with work in the moment to spend some opportunity to take care of the moving business ). Kelly apologized and declared repeatedly that the truck could be there on Monday. While this was still an inconvenience, it wasn’t the end of the planet. Then that Friday, we obtained an email from Chris, the manager, stating that there was really no way that they could find a truck there on Monday because of”logistics problems”. This email was very unprofessional as it didn’t contain a subject line and comprised very blatant mistakes (like omitted words) in virtually every sentence. Remember , this is literally 3 times before we were scheduled to proceed across the nation and following the firm had already reassured us that everything could be cared for after the first scare on Wednesday. I stepped out my workplace and instantly called Chris. He apologized, but stated that it wasn’t that the organization’s mistake and refused to accept any liability. When I asked what my options have been in this stage, Chris stated there was nothing that the company could do and that I had been in my own. He offered to”aid” by enrolling me back up to your internet service at which I’d initially found B-52. After looking to other businesses, I discovered that the couple who might make it work together with the overdue note will cost 150 percent of our agreed-upon cost with B-52. As soon as I called Chris to notify him of the extra price I’d incur due to their fall-through, he had an attitude of”so what? Why are you telling me this?” I calmly asked if B-52 would have the ability to pay me a part of the cost difference because I’d signed a record to check my pickup and had been in this scenario because of these. Chris then outright lied to me about the conditions I’d consented to, stating that the record says they could cancel at any moment. I read each word of this deal, and the cancellation coverage just discusses what happens when I were to cancel them on, not the other way round. As soon as I said that, Chris insisted that I was wrong despite me using it pulled up in my personal computer in front of me. Now, Chris became fully ineffectual and hung me up. Now disappointed, I phoned Chris back and he jumped to insult me and said I had been”17 years old.” Chris afterward told me these discussions were all being listed. California is a 2-party approval state, meaning the two parties have to know about any recording. I hadn’t been advised of any recording before this, therefore B-52 either broke the law by documenting the dialogue with no knowledge or Chris was lying to me once again. When I suggested I’d be in touch with a friend who’s a lawyer to find out exactly what my legal options were, he explained that I had been liar and excused me of”extortion.” Chris then said he’d call my mom, whose telephone number he needed from when she predicted when I had been occupied with a deadline to get the work. This isn’t the way professionals conduct business and no boss should behave this way. Chris did provide a meager $100 settlement, but threatened to reverse it if I submitted this totally truthful review. But, I felt excited about this that I turned down his offer. When you telephone someone 3 times prior to a scheduled cross-country proceed to notify them you aren’t likely to create it, stating”sorry” isn’t quite enough. Due to B-52’s last-minute blackout, I ended up spending considerably more than I’d budgeted for this movement and has been forced to take extra vacation days from work because of leaving on Monday rather than Saturday as initially intended. I will be moving back into my own home state in two decades, and may have thought giving B-52 another opportunity had Chris not raised his voice, insulted me, and then threatened to call my mom. B-52 is horribly unprofessional and isn’t above lying to you. I strongly discourage anyone from using B-52 due to their own move.
B-52 Van Lines is the most unethical company I’ve ever done business with. Each step of the movement has been a nightmare. They didn’t come to package and load on the day asked. They shifted the quote by $3800 with no change in the dimensions or services connected to the transfer. They failed to provide to the date that they gave us without even a telephone call to warn us with a delay, that occurred 5 days before our items were eventually delivered. A number of our items came with significant harm, or just plain busted. We paid this business for complete packaging services and several breakables were packaged with extreme uncertainty. This business also brokered the relocation out to builders, even though they are enrolled as a provider and guaranteed they do the task themselves every step along the procedure. If you’re seeking a mover I propose visiting the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration site. They’ve a listing of moving companies they’ve received complaints from. Do not bother using the BBB, since this firm has a – nonetheless shows no indication of any company integrity. They’re essentially a certified and insured company that’s practicing as numerous rogue moving approaches since they believe they can get off with. When you’ve already used them and so are having a terrible experience please submit a complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, then they’re the service with the ability to audit and closed down the provider. I’ll also state customer service in this company is bad, if you would like to get called names and threatened, that can be the company to employ.
There are numerous issues, I will bullet point Lots of the problems:
1. The movers stole a few fine articles of clothes in my spouse’s wardrobe.
2. They stole my framed image of St. Andrews golf course in Scotland. Can I ever return to Scotland to find a brand new one. . .probably not.
3. I wish I can show you photos of the way they abandon one area in full disarray.
4. Bait and switch strategy on the purchase price. . .very smart in deed, so I had been cautioned by our former inspector who had been great.
5. If you begin to use Amanda. . .hang up instantly.
6. Amanda told me they’d specialist piano movers. . .lie! They had five individuals who could not receive the piano at the home so I needed to employ a expert group of 2 and invest an additional $600 to find the piano at the home and fix the things they could not do. NOTE, it just took 2 PROFESSIONAL piano movers to receive my piano to our new house (see pic below) and then B52 could not get it done with five men.
6. My kid’s mountain bike and mine were both smashed during the unloading and also the fixes were $95ea. The driver assured that they’d cover the complete repair cost, LOL, they just provided me 60 cents a pound, but not the legitimate cost to fix.
7. They pulled our things in boxes without any wrap breakable things with newspaper or bubble wrap. Yes, this is a tragedy! (one instance from the pic below)
8. They ruined a wall and flooring in our previous house in California. Complete repairs into the old house about $400.
9. So many different things too many to list. My list of problems totaled about $1700.
Originally , they provided me $75 during their insurer, I just laughed. As soon as I predicted B52 multiple occasions a few months after I had been offered $576 plus they expected me to not post reviews.
After much consideration, I signed up a discharge for about $976 on 8.25.17 as well as now, 9.17.17, I have seen no payment out of them.
I did receive a threatening telephone call from Amanda. . .hmmm?
Never forget that this term; STAY AWAY FROM B52.
I can not actually call this business a”moving” business! What a rip off. After studying a great deal of movers from the Los Angeles region I picked this business based on testimonials. They were neither the least expensive or most expensive. Move turned into a tragedy from start to end – and still is because they refuse to react to my claim for compensation.
1. The quotation: I filed a comprehensive collection of my possessions and even overestimated exactly what I had been taking in my move from California to Colorado. After the”movers” showed up abruptly my quotation moved from $2170 to $3800. I had been told that the manager that has been onsite was that their”best” and many”honest” manager. Yeah right. I eventually consented to cover $3000 since I HAD to work from my home that afternoon and had no other choice. (Notice that when my possessions arrived in Colorado that the Bekins driver explained I’d 770 cu feet of merchandise not the 1020 cu feet that the B52″manager” had stated so the initial quote was nearly right on stage ).
2. Even the”movers” that place my merchandise in their truck were day laborers. They aren’t movers!!
3. I wasn’t told my merchandise would be obtained from my home to a warehouse and then saved until a bigger truck was prepared to transfer my goods into Colorado. To me this simply lends itself to the prospect of harm and/or lost products.
4. I had been asked when I’d be all set for my possessions to be sent and I anticipated we’d attain Colorado on Labor Day. Figuring this was a vacation I didn’t expect that the truck driver might want to send my items daily and that I did not expect arriving at my house until the day. The truck driver kept declaring that the he had to provide my items that day and he’d arrive in the afternoon. It took several calls back and forth with B52 to find a person to see that we weren’t likely to be around in the afternoon as we were not even coming until after this day.
5. I was subsequently told that the driver could arrive on Tuesday morning – he showed up at the day. Waiting for him in my home has been a van with a set on”day laborers” (again NOT MOVERS) prepared to unload the vehicle. The truck driver couldn’t aid with anything because he explained had a hernia and also couldn’t assist with moving or lifting anything. The laborers started moving things and at some stage I heard a shout and discovered 2 laborers about the stairwell into the basement along with my sofa trapped between them. The guy near the peak of the staircase began pushing the sofa causing a great deal of harm to the walls along with the banister and eventually pushed the sofa so hard that he knocked the next man down the staircase and he then got lodged beneath the sofa causing an accident. After the truck driver arrived and watched what happened he instantly fired the man near the peak of the staircase along with his”friends”. That left the injured employee and the motorist, that recall couldn’t raise or move anything. What probably ought to have obtained a couple of hours took nearly the whole day as the wounded guy (who incidentally was really pleasant and accommodating but wasn’t actually a neighborhood laborer), my daughter and her boyfriend ended moving boxes to the doorway. Furniture which has been presumed to be constructed was abandoned in bits (sofa and mattress ) and we all needed to build those things ourselves.
6. I requested the truck driver just how many cu feet of possessions I had in the vehicle and he showed me the way they quantified the things, along with my possessions added around 770 cu ft. I shot photographs of the way that was decided as well as video taped the motorist since he explained it so I would have proof in case I had to pursue any activity contrary to B52 (more about this later).
7. Following the driver and laborer abandoned we must unpacking. We discovered several things busted including a 400 vacuum cleaner. You will find many broken big pictures including two museum quality images, together with dishes, and other things. Some furniture was scratched and there has been considerable damage to the walls at the home, particularly where the sofa was lost. After taking photographs of all of the broken things and harm I registered two claims – just one for the damaged products and you for your house damages.
8. I registered two claims over the timeframes mentioned on the business paperwork. After about two weeks I received telling giving me $33 for most of the damaged products. $33!! That was foolish.
9. The next claim for those damages at the home could, according to the business’s timeframes, be solved within 90 days of this claim. I submitted photographs and a quote for repairs alongside their form. NO contact. No settlement. The business hasn’t reacted AT ALL into the promise, nor to connections to attempt and solve the situation. It’s now been over 120 times because the claim has been registered and still ZERO answer.
This provider is definitely what provides movers a terrible rep. They’re liars, cheaters, unprofessional, and simply don’t care about their clients. I strongly advise that you look elsewhere for a reputable, dependable, REAL moving firm. Guess I will be seeing them in court!!
B52 Van Lines is definitely the very corrupt and dishonest moving company I’ve ever utilized.
I’m in the hospitality business and go every couple of decades. Over the previous 25 decades, we’ve moved across state 11 times utilizing all leading Van Line Firms. This time I believed I’d think about a neighborhood based CA firm to manage my relocation back into the East Coast and discovered the first discussions most agreeable with a girl named Amanda. She was professional and nice and seemed to have my very best interest at heart in receiving the move setup. She kept on telling me how that they do a great deal of big cross country moves and that I do not need to be concerned about anything. I obtained a quotation for about $11,000. I was suspicious since the cost seemed somewhat low in comparison to the important Van Lines. I requested her on innumerable occasions to ship an estimator in their business to verify the quotation she offered me was true. He eventually came with a couple of months afterwards as apparently that he had been booked solid. I now know why I had been getting the run around and prevention of him performing a genuine quote because this firm, B52 Van Lines is your coveted BAIT & SWITCH moving firm. They’re dishonest, untrustworthy, dishonest, liars deceptive and deceptive. You see, my initial quote was 8800, then I requested for extra packaging and the bidding went 9900, then when they received the quote from their estimator it moved to $11,000, which I consented to cover, not a dime more. Amanda even told me hundreds of times on the telephone”the maximum I’d be paying is $11,000″ although you’ll never notice that in composing. Their scam approaches really are a case study in ensuring you read and comprehend that the FINE PRINT. As soon as the moving date came, they were presumed to be present at 7am, they came at 1130am. They said it’d take 6-9 hours plus that I have it in a email from Amanda that afternoon saying they are carried out by 7 or 8pm. Well, you may readily guess that they didn’t complete on time since they just had 4 employees loading and packaging. Amanda promised me repeatedly over the weeks before moving that they are pros and they have loads of staff who may come help as necessary and that there could be most likely 7-9 men working daily, well which never occurred as it was just 4, two showed up initially then abandoned? It was only when 130am at the morning didn’t complete, my spouse was worried out and delirious in the very long moment. The movers abandoned the home a wreck, leaving tape jobs all around the area, not even picking up them. They did not put plastic back on the rug and left a wreck of the brand new carpeting in the home. They even drank a beer from the fridge and simply left the empty jar on the countertops. They did not package everything and my spouse needed to ship and package a couple of boxes herself to send into the East Coast. You cannot get up this but wait, it even gets better, rather than the $11,000 that they stated was that the most I will cover, the new bill that the motorist told my spouse at 130am at the afternoon was now going to be $18,750 since the 2300 cubic feet wasn’t nearly 3100 cubic feet. How on earth can an estimator overlook the whole estimate from 41%? Regrettably, I wasn’t in town that afternoon rather travel for business however, had been communication using Amanda all day through telephone and email. I began to find out more about the reviews on the internet and realized that this is a really common practice to these, lesson learnedand if have done my due diligence ahead of choosing them within a reliable moving company. After many calls to their workplaces I had been told by Amanda that she or a manager would return to me with a reply. This didn’t occur from the 48 hours she promised me quite 108 hours after I finally called and asked to talk with her boss and talked with a gentleman,” (Chris or Mike I think ) who was also very rude and offensive nonetheless once I advised him that it was THEIR estimator which came out and gave the official quotation, he had been shocked because he stated they generally don’t do this but after he understood they did, he resigned and said that I was correct at my compliant and he’d return to me in 30 minutes using a response. He never got back to me personally but Amanda did as she contended throughout the dialogue attempting to protect her organization and their 41 percent growth in cost from their quotation. They eventually offered rather than me having to pay an extra $8,000, they’d cut it down to $5,000, ” I informed them improper, I even offered to divide the $5000 gap so that I could simply put this nightmare behind me but they said no more and decreased their amount up to $4,000 last deal or they’d hold my furniture hostage before I cover them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE LOOKING AT B52 VAN LINES TO TRANSPORT THEIR HOUSEHOLD GOODS NOT TO USE THEM AS THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST, WORSE THAN A CORRUPT POLITICIAN. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU AS IT IS ALL LIES AS I HAD UNFORTUNATELY FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY…….

We contacted b52 using a quotation for 10 Extra large boxes, 20 big boxes 18x18x30, a king sized bed,a TV, a little TV stand plus a necklace that they offered us at 1420.00 on the telephone and agreed to provide us a burden certification as it was a military movement. We ended up just having 4 additional big boxes (30x30x30), the vest, the mattress, the TV and the television stand. No big boxes anymore. They pushed our move date back per day but permit us to select a showtime therefore it was not a big hassle. We picked 12 another day. The motorist known late at night and stated they would not make it til 5pm. We informed him that we did not agree to this time and also to reconfirm it using their workplace. He said he had callus back in 10 minutes but not called. We phone the office to clarify what occurred, they’re still tracking noon and told me why they would call back after talking with the motorist. They never called back either. 12:30 rolls round the following day and there isn’t any driver. We phone the office and they behave as though they’re amazed that the drivers did not appear. We get them again at 5 pm and then nobody replies since they are gone for the afternoon. The driver eventually shows up in the incorrect speech farther down the road at 9pm. He walks in, eyeballs our 4 boxes also informs us that it is likely to be over 400 cubic feet without so much as looking something else. I describe him which 30x30x30 is a bit less than 16cubic ft and we just 4 so that is 64 cubic feet onto the top end. We all have besides this is really a flat screen TV(10 cubic feet), a TV stand(25cf) plus a mattress w/box spring(84cf) that all adds up to 183 cubic feet over the top end, our initial quotation was for 400 cubic ft ) He informs us that it is likely to be an extra $400-$600. I tell him we wish to cancel therefore he goes downstairs to a truck to”phone the proprietor” and inquire if they’ll honor the initial quoted price. He came back up and said he could not do it and when I inquired for the owners amount to talk to him straight, the motorist gave every excuse in the book as to why I could not speak to him. I asked the way the cost went up particularly since we’d 26 less poles compared to the quotation. He kept denying the proprietor could fire him when he loaded the material for the consented and signed upon cost. The driver and his team were essentially hoping to convince us to cover so that they could find a 500 dollar trick and the workplace had been certainly no help in any respect. THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF CON-ARTISTS.
Terrible waste of cash, lost household heirlooms and no cash back from our argue. My Fiance and I️ just moved from Oakland into California and B52 created our movement dreadful. I️ want we transferred our own items.
1. The quotation: we had been quoted a cost (after record out all our furniture and household things and their dimensions over the telephone ) of the one bedroom 1 bathroom (no more significant appliances since we had been leasing in Oakland). She even gave an estimate of $1,560. This sounded like a great price and the firm had apparently far better reviews than other firms (I will reach the”shedding 1/4 our substance part” in a minute ) but our closing cost for our relocation was $3,033!
2. 8/6 First neglected delivery: We had been put to receive our items that day. Got a telephone around 4pm that though they’d arrive at 9pm, they”would not have the ability to park a commercial truck and unload by 9:30pm” because of city laws. I️ was somewhat confused with this logic, and then on requesting them where they really were they advised me that they had been at a city at least 6 hours from Denver. (If there wasn’t a moment which they may arrive prior to 10 pm why were not we told beforehand that this window would not be possible?)
3. 8/7 Secondly failed delivery: 2 fine princess unloaded boxes. Lots have been in poor form. Like a different bunch, our mattress had a massive fold inside and was painted onto a corner despite being wrapped in vinyl. Generally matters have been in”less-than-mediocre” into”only sane” shape. Scratched timber, bent nightstand thighs, broken seat legs etc.. . When they stated they had been”all place” that I was in shock. Of our 45 boxes we had been overlooking 22 by my own count and 20 with their own’s! (that is like one of both 8ft. Benches into our dinning room table–not certain how people get split ). When asked when that occurs a great deal, they affirmed that regrettably,”yes, it will”. One of our items we discovered artwork that was not ours that has been pushed into a bag. (We gave it right back into the movers however I️ doubt anything from it.)
4. Promised”charge” to get pots and pans: We had been living with no items for more than two months at our new house. Chris the supervisor approved a $100 charge to get some pans and pots merely to hold us over until ours arrived. This might appear decent when we ever saw that cash after filing a receipt to him.
5. 8/16 Third neglected delivery: men came back with another pile of boxes still missing 5 (their count) 8 (my count) boxes filled with cookware, household heirlooms, expensive art, clothes etc..
6. 9/10 We filled out a promise: after that which we calculated to be around $3,200 in lost items, we delivered in a thorough sheet detailing every thing that has been missing.
7. 11/17 The horrible end: Once all this difficulty we only have a letter in the mail a week allowing us realize that after assessing our maintain, they estimated that we had been overlooking 255lbs of possessions and offered to cover us (wait for this!) $153.
Take off: that provider is remarkably untrustworthy. Not only did they twice our quotation, we paid approximately $1000 to transfer items which weren’t actually delivered. We never watched the”charge” which Chris guaranteed, and we obtained a measly $153 as it’s taken us over $3,000 only to substitute the things we already had before our transfer. And of course household objects and art which are irreplaceable. I am so disappointed that a massive part of me did not even wish to write this review and also dig up all of the angry feelings (I️ guess that is the reason why they take two months to return to you personally ). However, I️ have a duty to inform you not to picked this provider.
Hopefully I️ save somebody some heartache by minding our expertise. If we’d read this review we’d have not gone using B52.
