B & B Movers

I place my home goods into storage together with B& B Storage and Moving at Wausau and had them delivered once I procured a permanent dwelling.  They have been in storage for this business about 2 1/2 weeks. When my possessions had been sent lots of the bits were also damaged.  1 classic cupboard had had three of those four hand-wrought hinges knocked off as well as the bit has been delivered using a massive cable attached around it to hold the doors closed.  One other piece, a freestanding cupboard which my deceased dad had left, came covered with mould.  Cartons were crushed due to the bad storage and moving all their merchandise from B&B. As soon as I contacted one of those owners it chose him three calls until he returned a telephone.  Then it took the next 3 calls to induce him to return to my home to appraise the hurt, and that I live just 3 blocks out of his organization!  I pointed out all the harms , including a porch floorboard which was broken when among his team had been unloading my merchandise and demonstrated my how tender the board allegedly was by jumping up and down on it before it broke. He also took notes on his clipboard, claimed he’d care for those damages.  And has refused to return any of my calls because.  His firm isn’t a member of this BBB so I’ve been not able to submit a complaint together. And I am aware that the mould came out of his warehouse: I’ve an intimate personal friend who had been saving some things there and if she went down to find some things from storage that I went along with her and now she, also, had mould on her things and there was mildew everywhere on the ceilings and walls of this warehouse.  Furthermore, things for their and many others too – were piled up without respect to the burden of every product or carton. If you appreciate your ownership, DO NOT employ this business for either moving or storage!!

First delievery scheduled for a Monday morning and they never showed up. Needed to call them and then they said they’d come Tuesday between 2 & 1. Called them at 2 on Tuesday and they said an additional hour. Called them at 3:30 and they stated another hour or so so. Called them at 5:03 without a response. Left them a few voice mails. At 7:00 PM we needed to obtain a truck and anybody to assist and transferred ourselves. All of this was for my mom, who’s 80 years old and only lost her husband two weeks ahead. She was in tears the whole two weeks. The simple fact that they gave us the runaround and never had the decency to phone us ONCE and notify us they had no intention of finishing the task is totally unaceptable. This business shouldn’t be in company. This shouldn’t occur to anybody else.  My next thing is to contact the BBB and file a complaint. I wouldn’t use this company for whatever.

This firm was the worst!   The appointment time and day was put up, however the movers never showed up.   This was on a Saturday at 8:00am. The Business was known as they tried to state they had been scheduled another day (they weren’t ) and They’d be there at 1:00pm afterward.   The following evening came but they never showed up! We drove into the company and it had been locked up tight and nobody was about and no telephone calls were answered! Inferior company management with this moving firm’s part.   You Might Want to Look at a different Kind of business.   Maybe one which does not deal with those that are relying upon you to satisfy your agreement that you enter into.

We’d B & B movers move us in a apartment in Wausau into an apartment at Schofield, less than 4 kilometers. Charged us $85 over the quote and broke the rack on the floor length mirror. They were planning to fix the rack and reunite our mirror. This was more than 4 weeks ago! Our telephone calls and messages weren’t returned. Calling the two of there telephones messages say that their mailbox are complete and are not accepting any more messages
I Wouldn’t have them go garbage into the dumpster much less my furniture
