I discovered this moving business after doing internet research and it was close to where I had been residing at the moment. I made a dreadful mistake with them for my own move. I needed to reside with a loved ones with this whole time since I didn’t have a mattress or another material for the new apt. This implies that I paid 1 weeks lease without so much as residing there b/c my things hadn’t shown up. What’s worse is that, even though they were always respectful, they’d continue lying to me about shipping dates and then when these dates passed by they would provide me a clearly bogus explanation for why my stuff is still not here. After 3 months I only wanted to understand where my stuff had been found and they couldn’t inform me! I know that there are logistical problems with long distance movements but that was absurd. Here is the service that this company supplies and they’re bad at supplying it. When my things eventually showed up they just sent 1 man to transfer all of my things in. They also dropped my box spring to my own mattress and snapped a couple glasses/picture frames. I registered a claim however that’s pending so we’ll see when they have any decency on them to repay me because of my own missing/broken things.
