Atlantic Relocation’s Andy Orlin did not know global export legislation, leading to my merchandise being held within 30 days.  Addressing this together with him, he explained that it had been my fault and that I should have understood Dutch import legislation. I informed him that was absurd. At the stage, Orlin chose the problem personally and threatened not to provide my goods in any respect. He left great with this danger, and postponed delivery farther.  Addressing this together with his manager, Mark McReynolds, that I had been promised an excuse for delay–that never appeared. After payment has been complete, my mails have not been returned.

The Individuals who packed our belongings were very unprofessional.   Heavy items were just thrown along with more delicate products. Things Weren’t wrapped correctly.   It was difficult to find bits for furniture pieces Which Were disassembled.   None of it had been tagged or even tried to stay together. Many pieces were missing or broken.   The front of the High Efficiency Washer has been dented. Our leather sofa was scraped because they strove to drive it through a door Instead of remove the doorway.   Our son’s pricey opinion was stolen.   A dresser leg has been broken.   Then when our possessions finally got sent about a week later after we asked delivery, then the truck driver turned on a Small incline and since he hadn’t fastened the boxes Which Were piled to the Peak of the truck, then a complete row of boxes dropped and a Lot More items were broken.   He only brought two men to shut the vehicle and it took an extremely long time. Moreover, the men were waiting for approximately 2 hours prior to the truck driver even showed up.   They Weren’t overly happy about also putting together the beds and we ended up needing to fix it once they abandoned because they did not do it correctly.   In general, definitely the worst experience we’ve ever had and was pricey!

Quick to appear and quote. However it had been done badly. Day of the package and load that they showed up with a truck completely too little, at our annoyance we needed to come back another day so that they could complete. We saved our things for 3 weeks. When they came to unload the driver and team whined all day how thick our objects were. We compensated for unpack but they refused. They threw boxes to chambers, placing heavy boxes on delicate items (boxes were indicated as such). We are just finishing unpacking our things and my heart is broken in the discount for matters we obviously said desired maintenance. My fault for expecting them with matters of worth? Perhaps but I could just do a lot with it and they ensured that our items will be secure. We paid $13K and feel as though we got completely screwed. They did not treat our items with caution, obvious disregard for our own property. I’d tell friends, strangers and family to avoid. These men are horrible

Our transfer from Alpharetta Ga. into Estepona Spain.
Last Oct./Nov. we contracted with Andy Olin of Atlantic Relocation Systems of Atlanta to our transfer to Spain. First I need to say the packers did an exceptional job with things received about three weeks after having slight damage to two things and one broken thing = that is the fantastic news.
We sent a 40′ container of home products and a vehicle. We had been awarded a 1 hour note which the car could be picked up and sadly as a result of lack of notice that the tank was full inducing increased cost to us of over $200 along with the forwarder $1,000 AND overlooking the scheduled boat forcing a reschedule of a few weeks.
Further, there are lots of MISSING things to incorporate a pc (with personal documents and contacts), tools, kitchen products, particular vitamins, many original oil paintings along with individual products.
As soon as I contacted Andy he maintained there”were no boxes at the warehouse” and signaled it was likely the fault of DeHaan Movers of Malaga (rated 4.5 out of 5 stars). As soon as I contacted DeHaan they stated the delivery guys had worked together for a long time without difficulties of”missing things” and the container wasn’t opened by habits and stayed sealed while in port.
The container was sealed initially at my house once loaded BUT was started from Atlantic’s warehouse to load the car and it sat there before it was re-scheduled into another boat – Andy never said the safety measures which were taken, if any, stating there was a”bulkhead” between the vehicle and boxes. .
As close as we could account you will find six boxes”overlooking”.
That is certainly what I didn’t anticipate from an Atlas representative and’m VERY upset with all the financial loss in addition to the safety risks involved with paper and data documents and records of travel and family photographs that can NEVER be substituted. I’m also VERY UPSET using all the”brush-off” answer that we have not any boxes at the warehouse. There are just two possibilities: 1 ). THEFT and two. Shipping to the WRONG ADDRESS. I really don’t believe either was granted ANY consideration.

The team who performed my latest move through Atlantic were fantastic people and quite respectful of my possessions. Nothing was busted but I just had a 100 mile movement. On the other hand, the radically overused products such as paper and boxes that ended up adding to my already pricey quote. 3/5.

As soon as I awakened my consideration for an extra $300 in fees I talked to the first salesman that had been understanding. He awakened my criticism to the VP and General Manager that examined my stock list. I advised him of my worries about repacking boxes and packaging and repacking of things that he reduced extra fees by 200 after several back and forth emails. 1/5.

I won’t be using Atlantic Relocation Systems at the future and also believe that the shame surplus charges might have been discounted with the GM. Due to this I’ll be looking elsewhere to my upcoming relocation requirements.

We hired Atlantic Relocation Systems to maneuver our workplace. It turned out to be a massive mistake. We ended up transferring 20 percent of their office ourselves since they did not complete it and could not get their act together to organize a time to complete it. The office cubicles that they did proceed and place back together were actually falling apart. They generally have 20 or so screws–many of these had just 1 twist re-installed. Additionally, multiple parts of furniture have been damaged. When it was all said and done, they believed their problems only accounted to $350 off a $4100 binding contracted cost. Completely unprofessional and invisibly. Their contract has been written in a manner in which the client has no recourse except to payoff.

DO NOT do business with this organization. You may repent it!
