I wouldn’t advise hiring Atlanta Peach Movers to the transfer. I don’t usually spend any time writing negative reviews, but because moving and moving may be among the most stressful experiences of your lifetime, I wish to share my expertise in hopes it will spare someone else the hassle of dealing with this provider. Our relocation is still not done, but so far there are significant mistakes in these areas: Logistics, Communication, and client support and responsibility. 1. Logistics: Things did not match in 1 truck and we still do not understand if the next round of things will be sent 4 times once they picked up them: We’re moving from Atlanta to the East shore. On Saturday, The movers showed up (late) using a truck that seemed too small to carry our things. My husband informed them that they wouldn’t be able to fit everything in that truck along with the manager disregarded his advice. I few hours to the play, even the stock person said that it wouldn’t match and the manager continued loading to the little truck. An hour after a bigger truck showed up to deliver pads to the movers. Now my husband advised that the manager to change to the bigger truck and they dismissed his advice again. 8 hours later, after attempting to make everything match with no success, they determined that they needed to leave a lot of our items behind and also have someone pick them up the following moment. They showed up (late again) the next day, picked up the things and stated their logistics individual (Tim) would phone my husband to tell him when the next shipment will be sent. We weren’t told when the next half of our items would be sent along with the movers were a NO SHOW now to supply the initial truck. The sales person said that they could produce the shipping now at 9am. In addition, he explained (we’ve got it in writing) that the motorist would affirm whether this delivery will work when they picked up those products. The motorist confirmed twice that they’d deliver now at 9am. In addition, he explained the logistics individual (tim) would give my husband a last confirmation of shipping and he never predicted. I needed to take a day of effort and invested $$$ and hours of the time obtaining parking licenses for my town therefore the moving truck can deliver now. 2. Communication: we don’t understand who’s accountable for creating the decisions and supplying communication regarding our relocation. The sales man said a shipping now at 9 was possible however, that the driver/crew manager could affirm the times that they picked up the products. The pickup crew manager supported delivery for now at 9 twice (once on Saturday and a second period on Sunday). When my husband asked about the next delivery since the first was allegedly set to deliver now, we had been advised that the logistics man would telephone him. He never heard from him. 3. Customer Support: They said they’d provide at 9am today and could call 30min before to provide a heads up. I predicted at 9:30 after I’d not heard from anybody. I had been put on hold for quite a while and was advised to wait till 10 because they’re usually an hour late. I insisted that they communicate with the driver to affirm they had been in their way. After being placed on hold for at least another 20min they advised me that I’d chased matters and that they had been program to deliver on Saturday. I requested to talk to an executive in their business because I’m getting the incorrect communication from everybody and they explained all of their executives are at an interview. It’s been 4 hours and nobody in the management group has known yet. 4. Accountability: Along with this faulty logistics, no display delivery and poor communication, nobody is taking responsibility. The sales man blames it on logistics; the logistics man states that the pick-up crew manager should not have given us the shipping period and that those just come from him. In summary, our main mistake was hiring this provider. I am going to need to take more times without pay in my job and might need to have a hotel for my family since they didn’t sent my furniture as I had been told and there’s still no clarity on why this could occur. I’ll also need to pay again and again spend hours visiting the local police station to find out the road licenses for the movers to return on Saturday. This has become the WORST experience we’ve ever had with a business. Please keep away.
