Atkins Movers

Even though some time has passed the unprofessional behaviour and bad business integrity of Atkins Movers were so egregious that I’m still writing a review.

I reserved Atkins Movers through MovingLabor.com on July 1 to unload household furniture and things by a truck, and made a deposit of $49.00. In 2:57 pm that afternoon Mr Atkins of Atkins Movers affirmed the work assignment and had a few extra questions for me personally. I answered the questions and reconfirmed the project within an email at 7:23 am on July 2. At 2:25 pm I received the following email:
“Alright, we’ve got a move ahead. We’ll be there by 5pm. When there’s any flaws, we’ll inform you straight away.”

Subsequently on July 3 at 12:42 I have another email:
Fantastic day,
“We’re the movers scheduled this day between 3pm-5pm. We might arrive a bit after 5pm. We apologize for the inconvenience. If that is to late for you, we could contact MovingLabor to send you a replacement.

Please inform us!”

Everything went downhill from that point. Five 0’clock on July 3, went and came. Six o’clock passed also. I left a telephone on Mr Atkins on his phone at 6: 04 and didn’t receive a response. I left a message. I phoned MovingLabor.com at 6: 05 plus they left contact. I had been told that the employees were arrested on the train however, they were in their way. Two hours afterwards and five more unanswered calls for Atkins Movers I was still waiting. My final attempt to achieve them by telephone has been created at 8:13 pm. (And of course at this time MovingLabor.com had shut for the afternoon. If MovingLabor.com may do nothing aside from attempting to achieve Atkins Movers by either email or telephone.)

The next morning July 4, I made other arrangements to receive my things moved and requested MovingLabor to get a refund. They obliged.

Not only was Atkins Movers shoddy rather than turning up to do the task, but that I was unable to achieve them by telephone. And they never called me – not even to apologize after! Unreliable. Bad customer support. Unprofessional. Totally unacceptable!
