I hired this business in 11:30am to perform exactly the same-day job. I had been advised after I left my intial down payment on the telephone which they will meet me in my storage device to pickup things in two hours and that I will be given a call back in 1 hour to affirm that they are on the road. I called them two hours after and asked me to wait for another two hours, so I said no, maybe not okay. I was subsequently advised to fulfill them at 40 minutes. As soon as I came at my storage device, Alex was there also was instantly impolite. He explained he left a different job to perform my pickup. He offered me my contract that did not say anthing other than the price that was $650 and that I paid a deposit of $350 and the remainder due at fall off. They loaded their truck at 3:45pm and that I told Alex I’d accompany his truck into my new home that’s 1 hour off. Alex said that he wasn’t going directly to my house which he needed to complete the task he’d left and wouldn’t begin driving to my flat till 1 hour. I was mad since this wasn’t previously told to mepersonally, he said he did not need to inform me. He explained the extra pickup was situated on the best way to my new apartment and he had been placing that individual items on exactly the identical truck with my own stuff! He was nasty and rude and kept asking me why I had a problem even when I clarified. He advised me no matter my delivery could be finished at the four hours. I phoned Alex in 9:30pm to inquire where he had been since it has been 4 hours. He said that the extra project took longer than anticipated and he had been 1.5 hours off. He didn’t apologize and behaved like he did not care. Please bear in mind that originally from the original pickup location, it’s a 1 hour drive. So today at 9:30pm he’s advising he’ll arrive at 11pm. I advised that this is unprofessional and inconsiderate for my neighbors as this is a condo rather than a single family dwelling. Alex came at 12:15am! When he came, still no apology and needed that the $300 balance so he could overthrow the truck. He refused to accept off anything to the enormous annoyance and violation of contract. I paid him the $300 plus that he desired me to sign up for bill but said I would not be provided a copy since I’ve the first invoice that shows overall price $650. I clarified this was not adequate because it merely indicates that the $350 deposit created in 6/3/18 but doesn’t demonstrate the equilibrium paid on 6/4/18. He refused to transfer my items in my apartment although he had been paid in total at that moment. He didn’t need to compose in my first invoice paid in total and also the date, so , I refused to sign his own copy which things were delivered since technically they were not, they were being held hostage in his truck. He was very loud and boisterous and as he had been crying about me not having the documentation of spending in full on 6/4/18 I grabbed the contract his hand out. He lounged in my own and my uncle had to leap in front of me. He requested him to escape the flat but he denied and said he wanted back the contact. He sat in my living room flooring. I called the authorities. As soon as I watched the police coming I made to move downstairs and he jumped up to accompany me and tried to accomplish for me but my mom stepped in between and he pushed her out of the way. The officers made him to sign his bill paid in total but he still wrote that the date 6/3/18. The officials registered a incident report so that the situation could be recorded with the date and time. The officers remained to be sure that the situation did not escalate. Alex and his helper began moving my things in and put EVERYTHING from the living area. I requested to place the mattress and dressers in the bedroom and he explained. The authorities offer requested him to take action since this is exactly what movers do and also the fact that they were sooooi overdue and tumultuous they ought to be more accommodating. The officers advised them, legally they can not cause him to do it but if I take civil actions, they’ll encourage me. Alex said he did not care. He clarified the disturbance is due to these rather than me. She appeared satisfied with this. I give this business no celebrities. They suck and ought to be from business.
