I asked for two sofas to be brought to the dump. The movers were early, very favorable, and were in and out in 5 minutes

I strongly recommend this moving business. They kicked-off our relocation precisely on time at 6am. Professional, courteous, and effective. They secure our family furnishing and were cautious moving into our brand new residence. Overall good experience.

Here is the next time that I have utilized Army Strong movers and every time they’re prompt, punctual, and professional! I strongly suggest this moving business.

They had been very rude to my renter and treated him badly and spoke about me badly. He left (proprietor ) incredibly impolite calls that I did not get but my secretary got the afternoon they were to send or I’d have advised them goodbye before doing anything. They had been as unprofessional as it is possible to get, forced it into a”they” believe and he had been instructing his employees to watch and be aware of the way”they” treat”them” and the way they had to learn from it and the way I wished to escape from paying them. I needed to call the authorities as it had been escalating and a single worker acted just like the proprietor, a girl, and there was one who kept his complete composre the entire time and I complimented him and thanked him for the way he managed himself while the operator and one worker acted like finish [EDIT] to be considerate. I also had some damage on the doorway and I’d taken a photo of the fridge before I left the shop the day I purchased two of them.   It actually became the strangest thing I’ve ever been on the opposite side of and that I will NEVER EVER recommend them and people that I called about them I’ve called and advised them NEVER to utilize them. They behaved like it had been me and from the minute I got downstairs together with the keys that the proprietor that answers the telephone calls and contains all under him but does not advertise his title (though I now have it) behaved just like”they” don’t talk when I arrived and talked to his employees because he wasn’t on the porch once I got home and hurried upstairs at another unit to receive my keys. I cam back down and he had been here….then it all started like”they” meaning me out of his manner of objectifying me was a problem that they send but we needed to take the door away. In spite of the door off it wasn’t likely to move through and it might have been easy if he’d done exactly what I asked which was to take the door off the fridge (only 1 door to the freezer is all that was required ) and I understand this could work as that’s all I ended up doing and it moved to get an ideal match with 1.5″ to spare. Not only does HE simply wish to send however not make certain things get in your home if he’s got to use any labour whatsoever besides going. Section of moving is becoming the thing from the doorway. I’ve moved things from 1 spot to the ohter because of owning a company and home and have NEVER HAD ANY MOVER inform me that they wouldn’t TAKE OFF THE REFRIG doorway to receive it indoors and needing me to remove my doorway in addition to the top rated slow nearer. IT WOULD NOT HAVE WORKED since the doorway has been able to be opened completely by yanking the door all the way back together with all the refrig door and the door dragged back apartment was the exact same size of carrying it off the hinges because we quantified it. He also had a mindset for a buddy of mine that also takes care of my possessions and is here the Majority of the time to either visit or perform lots of matters was next door getting ready to paint….and all I heard him telling his employees when he awakened his anger was that”she’s him here and thinks we’re stupid and needs us to leave matters here so that he could take action”.   He had been here in REALITY to maneuver another really practical and great refrigerators to a different unit since I have sold them and that is exactly what he did but he ended up becoming on of their refrig’s to the home because of not needing the proprietor in my house or his other employee that had quite a mouth on her like utilizing the”f” word at me and then asking me what I was planning to do about it.   YES. . .this is exactly what we predicted great assistance. I must have figured it out from how he spoke to me, just desired money. . .started having an outrageous prices of 180.00 for every refrig….360.00 to send 2 refrig’s to 2 speeches beside each other and then negotiated down it 230.00 and IT wasn’t WORTH IT whatsoever. We understand why his name is about nothing and he’s so elusive and doesn’t utilize addresses either for almost any area of business.

I called many times to allow them to come and that I had been leaving messages in my job phonie vs phone and didn’t text me either to learn why I wasn’t calling. . .which I didn’t even know until now.   He never answered the phone and after he had been to send this a.m. he didn’t answer the telephone either nor did he get back together with me until I needed to depart for an appt he then agreed to deliver it afterwards so that I needed to get off first for him to deliver it and then it had been such a dreadful mess….also because he would like to mention it had been me I’m really wondering why my tenant came over to inform me he heard them crying and hollering and he was calling the police too….and he stated,”I didn’t wish to let you know this but I treated me really bad and so were rude (the proprietor ) and was speaking about you badly for no reason and then told them he’d brought it into the home and he had been finished and from here. He explained it was the very unusal deliver he’s ever had and that he wasn’t comfortabe and informed them okay and goodbye as he didn’t wish to hear anymore bad media. This is someone I’ve known for two years who understands I’m a strong citizen.   I’m glad I’m moving and that’s the fact and why I wanted to complete up this as I’m moving into a condo and have a renter moving here Sept 1st. That’s a good thing from my standpoint. I’m also thankful that I have safety camera in my home and it covers the front door and thus it’s all on camera and that I will picture it tonight on my mobile phone. I also advised the authorities that when there are any additional issues they will have the footgage.   I am quite done with this and now is the time to proceed and forget their title.
I will say that the one man worker was incredibly courteous regardless of how difficult the owner attempted to stir him up.   THANK YOU FOR THAT BIT OF KINDNESS! TOTALLY TO HIS CREDIT that he is his own guy and wasn’t after the proprietor.

Army powerful movers whined to me concerning the cost add an Excess person at work left me dangling at 8 o’clock in the afternoon with no movement stating They Will abort the movement the proprietor was quite horrible and exactly what a liar he cut the cost told me that the movers were returning never answered my follow up telephone calls I speed them not even a celebrity don’t use this business the proprietor lies through his teeth that he should be ashamed of himself I am attempting to be supportive about the firm because it’s a minority owned firm and all it did was to affirm that I Want to go somewhere else and also give my cash to others oh and incidentally among those movers smelled like alcohol so perhaps it is a Fantastic thing that they did not move any of my furniture based on just how can you aboard a transfer unwrap furniture which you simply wrap to take it from the truck since I would not offer you 1800 you attempt to muscle me out of 900 longer to get a transfer that was just 20 minutes away at the Identical county at Williamsburg please folks do not use them

Once I had been given a quote over the telephone for my dimensions home, the principal man came in the afternoon of the transfer and told me that the house was larger than what it appeared in the street. The next thing I knew they had been wrap up everything in vinyl and, obviously, the cost went up. Aaarrrgggghhhh. They transferred my furniture into storage. When they were finished transferring my items that the most important man looked at me and stated that is going to be all cash. I had not been told that before and needed to move to various areas to find money because my ATM would just allow me to take out $600 at a day.

Don’t Use ARMY STRONG!

I’ve used this business 3 times and cannot recommend them. First proceed to storage. Second they transferred a secure just. Third, home to house local transfer.
Problems on the very first move were showing up using a 10 or 12 foot box truck once we discussed a 26 foot truck. Though they had been there on time it took over two weeks to swap truck and started work. Next, hints were cited on several occasions soon after work started and during movement. Brushed off it, gave a suggestion.
Secondly move no difficulties.
Third move mirrored the initial except work began over three hours late this moment, they said”guess we must make two trips” due to the little truck, my dining room table has been ruined, they had been not able to maneuver a desk by means of a doorway it came via (because of majority of cushioning ) and I was tired of hearing two grown men assert about a dang desk and advised me to leave it. Got it next day with 18 yo grandson without any difficulties. Furthermore, the previous hour job came to a standstill because of a folding padding and included in a dialog and only 1 from 3 moving boxes. ( compensated by hour)
Finally the bill represented a $180.00 fee for transferring the secure which they transferred the very first time free of cost rather than said cost until invoice introduced.
I Can’t urge Army Strong Movers because of:
1. Billing practices obscure and and apparently unethical in that a secure charge was inserted and operate ceased nearly an hour until they stated they were completed that led to an extra hours fee. They requested about shrink wrap but neglected to mention the further charge.
2. To express” guess we must make two trips” was unconscionable, unreasonable, unprofessional and seen as being unprepared as well as a way to bill more as I paid by the hour.
3. My desk has been abandoned what I paid them to proceed. Cost me two.
4. Tips are based on quality and timeliness of work done not by inquiring.
*revealed with incorrect equipment
*work started over 3 hours late
*ruined my furniture
*abandoned desk behind without aware, they didn’t care.
*should be hassled about hints… work for this.
