I transferred a Studio in addition to the brand new widescreen and dining table, along with my vehicle. All of that required less than three hours to pickup and exactly the same upon shipping. In short, I strongly recommend this firm with all what the term ardently signifies.

Shame on Armstrong.

We utilized Armstrong Relocation, located in Randolf, New Jersey to our movement of a life, in Long Island into Sarasota, Florida at December 2019, 3 weeks past. We got into them via United Van Lines, both the big and well seen moving firm. We compensated for packaging and unpacking. The quantity of our household products didn’t meet their minimal so we paid the minimal anyway, since we had been so impressed by their demonstration.

What a mistake. It’s been a nightmare. Throughout the transfer my husband’s amazing pair of gulf clubs and luggage”disappeared” from the vehicle. Two classic cane back seats in excellent state were delivered together with the caning hit through. We’ve been submitting claims and making forecasts and filling out paperwork for 3 weeks and this reduction hasn’t yet been solved. The movers introduced our items in to our new residence and didn’t unpack 1 box though they had been compensated to do so. The business provided us 172 to compensate on a charge of over $4000.

The corporation’s situation is that we must generate original receipts to your golf clubs as well as the seats, and we’ve got no such receipts. I discovered moving Armstrong on line as a neighborhood CT firm, the customer support rep appears to be nice and advised the sales man even to come and quote the load. He arrived, gave me a quotation, I signed it, known as the following day, gave my c/c amount and advised the delivery. The cost was on a greater end, but  I had one day left until the scheduled afternoon, so that I was fine. A couple of hours after Linda called and stated that they can’t come to a scheduled afternoon (wick was tomorrow)  since they got a”Larger customer to treat” and provided me to transfer the date from Wednesday to Saturday and that is actually in less than 24 hours notice can you even imagine how I felt? They dropped me after several confirmations and c/card information due to their larger customer. I had been fortunate to come across a more accountable and more economical company in the region which was pleased to aid me in less than 24 hours notice. It had been vanguard logistics. Don’t Use arm leasing moving, It’s Only a dreadful experience.

Movers were to come in the daytime. They arrived at 4pm. The packaging of this truck went fine except they chose to charge me more for my boxes in spite of the fact I was no longer carrying two big club seats, 1 ottoman, and 2 recliners. Moving in was a nightmare. The motorist said he had to move my stuff into a smaller truck to send and that too cost me more. The driver needed cash for the remaining portion of the move although I had a cashier’s check. Many things were broken as well as the driver stopped his job whilst here. Because of this we helped transfer boxes since he didn’t. We have some other individuals boxes. The worst part was that my mattress could be uncovered and filthy at the rear of this truck.
