If I could offer this business zero stars I would!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
The movers who came seemed like they’d ankle monitors on, broke a 1000 lamp and so were in and out so fast that I knew something was up. They did not mention a word and did not do anything additional that they did not want too.
So far as communicating through the program, communicating was quick but the cash part was 100 percent scammy and unethical. I wound up getting all of my cash since they billed me for services I didn’t even receive or agree with. They simply took my card and charged me anything they desired.
They attempted to nickel and dime over the bill even when I informed them two before the bill has been written up which I don’t require specific services!
In addition to it all, I’m a young professional female. After each message the proprietor will put a happy face. This for me, caused me to feel very uncomfortable and that I needed to really go out of my way to get my own fiancé miss work just so he’d be present to be certain nothing would happen since he concurred that that’s not proper.
I’m reporting this business on Thumbtack (program in which I hired them on),BBB and another reviewing site since I really don’t need anybody else to have exactly the exact problems I’d had. I recently reported a fraud situation with the lender and also filed a police report also. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I wrote immediately following my move about how impressed I was with my two movers. They had a tricky time addressing the condominium rules and lift, but they have been both patient and professional at all times. I needed to alter my date many times, and every time that the office staff had been understanding. I’d certainly suggest Apika USA tremendously!
