To upgrade… Currently being advised Delivery in two more days that is 5 times out of last upgrade when was advised 3-4 days. We’ll see what happens. Have tried unsuccessfully to get in contact with James who left all of the promises about how good the movement would happen. He now will not answer calls or texts. Thus far Adam in client services. . .the director with nobody over him to converse to… has made several promises that have yet to watch occur.

The group was friendly and helpful from the moment that I left the initial telephone call. The movement was completed in a timely thing and everything went really smooth. The movers were individuals who clearly have expertise in this company and were very cautious with my Things. I love how quickly they could move my items with such precision. These people are scam artists. They showed up in leased trucks in Enterprise and U-HAUL. Got 1 bath half loaded and wanted to jack the purchase price from $8700 to $12588. I’d a binding quotation. He explained he could not do it for less. I phoned Adam together with whom I was operating. He says there is nothing he could do, man on web site is responsible for movement. So I advised man on website, unload my things. Unexpectedly he can get it done for sum borrowed. However, my furniture is currently hardly becoming shrink wrapped. Alongside no blankets have been utilized. They are furious, so they are tossing items on the vehicle. Second day, they appear FOUR HOURS LATE, he attempts to secure more cash again. He then wants me to depart the Pay For Your Purchase of test line clean! He is nuts!!! They tell me they will be in my house May 4 or 3 but will phone me until they depart. No telephone. I text motorist. No reply. I predict driver on May 4. He says they will be that they will 6 at 9am. May 6 at 9:10 I predict. Where do you? , I inquire? I’ve woken up him!!! Be there at 30 minutes that he states. He shows up 75 minutes afterwards and needs that the test before he will begin unloading. He leaves my house with all my property in both trucks and I need to phone the authorities to get back them and induce them to begin unloading. Lots and a great deal of harm. I will likely never find that compensated claim. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use Anthem. I really don’t understand how they figure out how to maintain their official complaints from this government website but they’re definitely crooks.

This was the very stressful move I ever made. The earnings and labour elements of this company do not work together. Adam Green made claims he couldn’t meet, did not inform me if the movers could return, never phoned me back after guaranteed, increased the cost of my transfer twice and cried at me on the telephone once I complained that the movers needed to increase the purchase price of my transfer again upon delivery. He didn’t listen to the client. He only gave me explanations and behaved unprofessional. When I asked because of his superior he explained that he had been the supervisor and when I requested to talk to the proprietor (of the family owned company ) he dared me to contact them to complain. On the labour side things were much better but a number of my things were damaged upon arrival plus a few never left the van. I needed to package them up in my vehicle. The arrival group was three and among these was very rough with all the furniture. The delivery group was just two guys and must unpack somebody else’s furniture prior to mine so that they could unload which required some time and also to help move things together I assisted them with a few meeting. I requested him to quantify my things and he explained he did not have a tape measure and that it had been a”visual quote”. Now I contacted Philip who contacted Adam who predicted Al.. While on the telephone Al stated I had been”among these” and asked the way I paid my deposit so it may be reimbursed and he can unload his truck. I denied unless I’d cash-in-hand since I certainly did not expect them to repay me in this stage and has been stuck registering to the visual estimate of 450cuft rather than the 300cuft.

Additionally, I asked about how big my dispatch since I was still disputing it. I had been told that I would get a call from Adam. A couple of days go by and that I predict again. I am told I will get a call from Adam. The following day or two and I get a call stating that Adam known as Natalie Tucker (not me) rather but that he’d call me later he had been from the telephone. I got a call from Adam another day who did not have my paperwork, couldn’t tell me that the shipping interval, and could not tell me exactly the footage which was loaded but that they’d work together about the purchase price. I told him it is not the price tag, I wish to understand what was really loaded since I was not paying outside what physically came. Again, he stated they would work together if the delivery came but still no word on when it might come.

Day 27 that I get a call from the shipping driver saying he will be there another day, and so I called customer support to find payment payable. I got a call by”Alex”. I inquired if that was the exact same”Al” that picked up my things because I was not coping with him and wanted a supervisor. He explained that he had been previously the supervisor because he had been the proprietor. He recalled me after he said that he lied about being a day-laborer and could profit by alerting me. Then he explained that even with overcharging that he was just making $200 in my transfer & that I had to cover the remainder in money or money order prior to my things could be unloaded and that I was able to quantify the vacant space to the truck and ask a refund.
Day 29 my items eventually arrive & get unloaded in my garage onto cardboard I had laid out ~ ^ 6’x9.5′. They did not hit 5′ so that I called customer service and talked with Adam who requested to talk with motorist who stated it was not 300cuft. He wrapped up, given me my telephone, and stated I was paid in total.

I had a good deal of personal issues develop which made my move really confusing and hard to execute, and also the customer service of the company was second to none. We had to move our family things to two distinct places. I called these men after reading testimonials. They appeared to be a rather professional. THE WORST EVER: DO NOT USE: YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. They get one star simply because they will not post this review without even assessing at least one. I took a snapshot against my better judgment and got burnt. I moved back and forth 3 times regarding my stock and what they need to expect coming at 655 cf of distance required. I worked right with James Wagner, at least that’s the name that he used in his emailaddress. But when Randy and his spouse arrived and did their walk through to confirm the amount, Randy’s new number became 1600 cf. I freaked out since it currently doubled my price. Settlement on the home was set for the next morning. Zero shot for somebody else in time. I literally told Randy”what option do I have, you’ve got me from the *#@&%”. They understand the match as he followed up by saying”we just take cash, money order or certified check” so that I would not have the ability to set a stop on it like I could if it had been a personal test. So off to the bank I go once I receive a text msg telling me everything was affluent however they did not load my resources in the garage and they now wanted even more income. As soon as I returned I was not able to observe how they packaged the truck since they put a queen mattress crosswise at the very back and proceeded to inform me it was complete. Oh, they also had the guts to ask for a bonus of 10% to 20% based on how great a job I believed they did. DENIED. I also had them transportation a kayak that inhabited 65 cf. for a total of 825 cf. rounding up. Now 4 days after Mr. Green has yet to return any of my calls let alone repay me a cent. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. This provider entirely screwed us all over. We booked with them a month beforehand to assist us move furniture from a Pod to our new flat. Two days prior to the date we had set, they phoned to say that they were running a day behind, which totally threw everything off because we intended to proceed in that day along with my husband already called off work, we needed to find everything altered which was a hassle but we weren’t overly worried since we figured it’d only be 1 day with no furniture. The next day comes and they stated they’d meet us at our pod out of 10 to two. My husband and I live about an hour away So he called them that morning to confirm they are still going to be there and they stated yes. After 1 o’clock comes we begin to get worried since we haven’t heard from them, My husband calls them and they stated they will call us back when they”figure out something” That didn’t make sense since this was already proposed. After 2:30 strikes They tell us their truck broke downagain. I know what happen but I feel as if that organization is filled with [EDIT]. My husband and squandered his time driving an hour to appear at a pod that because he had been alone he could not even get some of the things out of. Now we are focusing on obtaining a refund and calls are going directly to voicemail. I am not a person who writes reviews however I thought I’d save someone else the hassle. Don’t trust this business!!!

The worst going experience I’ve ever had! It took several telephone calls within the course of several days before my moving date to discover as soon as the truck was forthcoming. On the afternoon of going, I again had to call to discover as soon as the truck was forthcoming (despite their promise to telephone 2hrs before coming ) and they came later than if the dispatcher said they’d be there. I had been advised same day delivery on the telephone however, they came late and took his time loading the automobile to make sure no same-day shipping. The man actually had the audacity to request a hint at the end of day 1. The stock record has been the vaguest record I’ve ever observed. Even the driver/guy overseeing the transfer and addressing the paperwork needed I pay in money but once I called the company, they said they could take cash/certified test and if the man were to offer me trouble again, that I predict the business facing them – super funny!! On day two , I had to personally go to the truck to make sure they unloaded all of my boxes differently they would have left with many of my things, and yet, as a result of inadequate stock checklist, I still lost a ship (of pans and pots ). As soon as I named the driver to inform him (approximately 15mins later he left), he explained he’d check out the vehicle and call me back but I received no phone call. I registered a claim of course, together with claims because of my ruined furniture – scratches and dents on all of the furniture. God knows if I’ll get my money maintained for all those lost/damaged products because the stock was [EDIT] crap – badly found about the carbon copy newspaper that I have.
I had been advised to be cautioned that these firms do [EDIT] such as this and I’m forwarding the identical warning to other people who’d love to utilize Anthem Moving Services due to their own moving. Total garbage and I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Don’t use this corporation.

Certainly the very stressful and unprofessional encounter I have ever had with a corporation. I really don’t know how they are running a business.

The movers that picked up my stuff did not arrive until nearly midnight (4 hours late), parked illegally, and then blamed me into the safety guard (who spent another hour yelling at me). They left without even giving me my stock record or insurance coverage, leaving a lot of transferring substances in my hallway. I complained to the rep I had been speaking with, who claimed Client Service would be connected. They never were.

The subsequent 3 months (21 complete days), I needed to call customer support over and above to determine where my material was (nobody understood ), as it might arrive (nobody understood ), or if I’d get my insurance coverage (I’ve yet to get it). I know there is a degree of doubt with extended drives across state, but when I had not hunted down the data I’d have been sitting at a vacant apartment for 3 weeks without a information or check-ins.

After the movers finally came , they obtained here in another truck (regardless of the rep who had offered me about the business by asserting that they would not move my belongings off the first truck). This brand new truck was too large for my own building, so I needed to pay an additional $100″long haul charge” out of pocket.

There was ruined furniture, even a broken mirror, and a bag with an older notebook and approximately $200 worth of workout equipment was completely lost. I officially considered not even calling about it as it had been worth $200 only to never need to speak to these folks again.

Now I am in the center of submitting a claim (that was just like pulling teeth since the first movers rendered without giving me the exact stock checklist or insurance). The only fashion they’ll have the ability to redeem themselves even a little is when I could find this bag back.

My realtor had known as a local moving business as a back up to get my things put in storage if Anthem did not appear. They stated they are there at 8am, 11am, 5, 3…. They did not get there until nearly 7pm. My neighbor waited the whole day to allow them to arrive. They assert I had a whole lot more things than I’d said and billed me $2,000 more. I had been on the phone with Adam for like two hours trying to debate the cost growth. He said several instances my phone had disrupted his family’s dinner, however did not seem worried at all that they induced me to push back my final and place my neighbor & out my realtor. I told Adam I no longer trusted this business & was afraid they’d lose my things. He responded by stating that sometimes that does happen! I requested to talk to the proprietor so Adam supposedly attempts to call the proprietor. After he got back online with me he explained that the owner told him he had been busy and hung upon him. I eventually caved and allow them to proceed, they composed on the contract my own things would be sent in 14 days. 4 months after, nothing. I got a storage device but by now I’d closed on a new house, and so I sent an email and told them to simply bring my things to my new property. To ensure they got the message, I called & talked to Theo and advised him exactly the exact same thing. Then the driver informs me they’re coming Saturday. So I phoned Anthem and obtained a girl who told me I’d be billed a redelivery fee since I did not specify a shipping date. I advised her that I talked to Theo and advised me what day to send and she said no, I did not. She stated that it was not possible that Theo wouldn’t have noticed that, after which she explained I did not call, I just sent an email. I told her I’d phone, and then read the email back to her at which I said to send my things on Monday. She stated,”well, that email still was not specific enough.” Adam eventually calls me and said he”cared for it,” along with my belongings would be sent on Monday. Saturday motorist texts me and says,”bye the way, we just take money.” I phoned Anthem again and explained that they must have told me that I wanted cash way before this, since I did not have a bank account here yet and had no way to get my money from Tennessee on this short of notice. The repetitions inquired,”so that the driver said he could only take money” What the hell? Shouldn’t you understand what the accepted form of payment is? And why do you choose payment by telephone for deposit but not for shipping? There was no communication between the movers and the Anthem reps. Subsequently driver texts me and states that they will not be here Monday, it will be later in the week. He then tells me it will be another $600. I phoned Adam again and said, no, I’m not paying anything more. Adam cared for this, and Wed nighttime driver calls me and says they’ll be here at 8am Thurs.. I took the afternoon off work to be there, 2:30 comes about so I predict Anthem to learn where they are since I can not take off anymore times out of work. The rep tells me that I want to be patient! Seriously?! 4pm movers get here in a U-haul. They provide a mass of destruction into my home (see photographs ). The boxes were all torn and smashed in, my desk was totally ruined, my washer and dryer have been trashed, my floor lamp was destroyed, my additional furniture needed scuffs and marks all around it. And they didn’t send either of my bookshelves and I am missing several boxes. They told me that the movers could reassemble furniture and hook up my washer and drier, they did not do this. From the time that they were completed, I was so livid about the harm to my things I did not even ask them to do these things because I simply wanted them out of my residence. Worst company and worst experience ever.

Bad communication between people who are at the workplace along with the truck drivers.
That means you won’t have ETA,
You call, they took your advice but nobody call you back to provide you the quote time to get there.
Poor, difference, poor communication between these. I also observed that the truck driver that they do not follow what has been told about them, they do not proceed by order or some other principles.
The folks in the workplace aren’t useful except Sara.
She could refund me around 600$, but still not fulfilled because was 30 days and that I did not fet my things yet.
She repay me since they confessed it they postpone.
Not happy, I begin feeling that my stuff is gone.
Some individuals got there things within a week plus a few took 40 days, and the ridiculous thing isn’t a difference of what they pay.
You can pay 1000$ and your items could be arrive within 40 times or may be arrived within 5 days….Silly.
I won’t suggest dealing with this business in any way.

As soon as I called for quote cost was $5600. Secondly quote whent up until $8700. When movers arrived that the box truck was half complete and they need to return two. Additionally, the cost went up until 12k. Claiming that I’ve 2000 and cubic feet. When ship truck is 1700 cb. Ft.. Movers left things behind.
Even the manegment team lying and do not follow along with a customer.

The office employees and the men that did the transfer were professional, courteous and respectful.
