    Long-distance move from New Mexico
    Horrible Moving Company

We spent nearly $10,000 to get a move which may cost us considerably greater than that in harms. We’ve moved 13 times throughout my husband’s 30 year army career. This movement was much worse than the previous TWELVE COMBINED!

The movers came 10 hours late for our pickup and were loading up our belongings from the dark. They had been not able to complete as promised and stated they’d need to come back the next day. We’d packed all ourselves. They all needed to do is wrap the furniture and then also load the truck. What we believed was going for a massive quality moving truck was two Penske leasing trucks and a trailer being towed behind among them. The guy responsible for the moving group promised me that he was likely to be filling from the stock sheets and needed a brand-new roster of mirrored stickers to attach into the boxes and furniture which could correspond with the stock sheet. Untrue. Upon entrance , there was a sterile stock sheet with nothing about it but our speech. So four strangers arrived to our property. . .took what we possessed. . .drove off with it. . .and there was not a listing of some of it. Once our stuff came I inquired for the stock sheet. It was then that I had been advised that they’d not been filled out from the man in charge on the opposite end.

The movers ran from blankets straight away and then began wrap our antiques from plastic wrap before they ran from this, also! The sofas were not wrapped in any respect. Our quite expensive suede sofas were in their own side on the ground of the vehicle. I ran out there and then informed them that they had to at least put cardboard beneath them, but when they came it was eliminated.

Before leaving they informed us we had to start our drive to our final destination immediately because they have been driving there in the daytime. Two weeks after they revealed. We had nothing but a couple clothes items and valuables we all can fit in the vehicle. I needed to purchase air mattresses, yard chairs, towels, blankets, sheets, etc., . until our materials came. Turns out they have a different job and wanted the leasing trucks, so that they drove our belongings out of Albuquerque to Dallas in which they steered it into a warehouse. Clearly they had the blankets, also, as our substance came with nearly none on these. The European antiques we had been accumulating for the last 15 years for our closing house were piled up at the top of one another. . .completely unwrapped. . .and on the ground of the vehicle.

They came just a day and a half late for shipping. My husband took a day off of work (holiday day) for nothing. The following day they said they would be here at noon. My spouse took off a half day of work just to get them never arrive till 6 hours after. Once more our move has been occurring from the dark.

They were able to wreck one of those trucks to an overpass ripping off a big section of the roof. They neglected to tell us this even after we kept asking them why a lot of our furniture needed water damage along with the boxes had been smashed and falling apart. The man literally would not answer me. He’d only look at me and then would walk off. A couple of the men doing the unpacking explained this movement was really awful and appeared to feel poorly about it. But, those accountable for Angel Van Lines didn’t. Throughout the passing my husband called and called about the amazing damage. As soon as they received the very first telephone , they refused to answer their calls again. My husband left the inspector accountable call on his own phone and they immediately picked up. I talked to the man in charge. I advised me that the truck transporting our belongings had crashed to an overpass along with the water damage has been intense. He clearly already understood as he did not appear surprised at all, but said nothing. I informed him I found the rental truck warms up the road from our home and facing in the opposite direction so that it could not be viewed from our lawn. He asked him why we weren’t educated. He said nothing. He dismissed that entirely. The one thing he kept mentioning is that they had been allowed 21 days for us our things and he wished to understand why my husband and I also did not appear to know it if it had been mentioned in the contract. I kept telling him that his very own drivers advised me to put on the street straight away since this really was a door-to-door movement and also they were leaving first thing in the afternoon.

Following my husband called the office a few times last week without anybody replying, I opted to phone from a telephone number they wouldn’t recognize. Sure enough, my phone was answered. I informed the secretary the issue. She stated she had been comfortable with our situation and had to transfer my phone. Immediately the telephone has been disconnected. I called right back but no one picked up. Typical! I made a message on your answering server (very uncommon to have the ability to render one since it generally says the it is complete and cannot receive messages), however I feel sure they won’t return our telephone anyhow. I’ve got a working record of every call we create that is not answered. . .goes to voice email. . .or is not returned. I really don’t know what else to do.

This is only a very small sampling of the harms….water harm to both wheeled couches, backs ripped off the rear of our sectional (appears more like Risks in relation to harm caused from the movement ) broken brand-new slate table top along with heavy gouges on both seats which are a part of this group, broken granite table top, cracked marble top end table, bedside table ruined (resembles a rod went right up through it), badly scraped up apparel (front, top, sides), 4 ft gouges (three of these ) down the duration of a classic church pew, 8 leather seats ruined with heavy gouges and elongated leather, enormous holes at the rear of lace, the majority of the boxes actually smashed and falling apart because of water damage. . .the hinges over the washing machine have been snapped off.
That is proving costly to repair, but much more challenging to acquire the next knob. Most pieces of furniture have defeated corners along with the end rubbed finished off. The outside dining table and seats (hole through a few of those seats ) are scraped up all of the way into the bare alloy. It immediately rusted together with the very first rain. The whole set now has to be sanded down and repainted. Again, this can be a very small sampling of the harm. A few of the antiques are so severely damaged they’re unworthy.

Adding insult to injury, a number of our furniture is still lost. It is our word against theirs since the stock sheet is sterile. A queen sized box spring and seat to get a single bedroom place never came. Another queen sized mattress is overlooking the leather side railings along with the distinctive pliers for your memory foam mattress. Because of this, both sexes are on the ground. All these were lovely bedroom places and now they are pristine. I am sure we will not ever see them since I feel that the individuals whose furniture we obtained (dresser, mattress set, dresser mirror) got ours. We sent back their furniture together with all the movers in hopes that they would do it, but we all know we will not ever see ours because there is not a single thing on the stock sheet suggesting who it goes to.

We’ve registered complaints with all United States Dept of Transportation along with the American Moving and Storage Associations. We’ll also be submitting with the Better Business Bureau. We’ve not registered a complaint against anybody for anything. . .ever. We never would have gone this course if they’d even attempted to create this appropriate. In the very minimum, answer our needs and at least pretend to care.

Two and a half a week ahead of out our pack date, and late on a Friday afternoon, we had been advised that we had been subcontracted out to another firm. . .Angel Van Lines. My husband needed to begin his new endeavor and there have been new tenants moving in two days when we were supposed to go out. We were already a day behind going out since the movers did not arrive until nearly 6 PM. There was not any way we can cancel and expect to find another moving business on this short notice throughout the busy summer moving season.

Yet another interesting fact. Among the movers educated us why they had been 10 hours late getting into our home is since they understood nothing about our relocation. They’d gotten the phone that same day by a dispatcher telling them about it as they had been driving back to Texas in an shipping in Kansas. Then he rerouted them to NM to our dispatch. The entire matter has been a disaster from day one before today.

    Angel van lines

This business is the worst. They maintain your things and cost you more cash to receive it back. If my husband tried to speak to Mike about increasing the cost all that he did was shout at him and said if you would like your stuff you’ll need to pay. They ruined so far that it cost us a whole lot to substitute our things. When we revealed the movers that the damaged things we had been informed we must have anticipated it. After spending over 10,000 bucks I expect people to have respect to my furniture and things. We obtained somebody else’s furniture. When we attempted to phone them so that we can return the things they wouldn’t answer our requirements. Don’t use this business.

Worst move ever, they’re no moving firm. The mover’s did not understand what they’re doing and wind up leaving half of the possessions behind. It was set up by French of Honor Group. They weren’t any help whatsoever with solving my problems. Plus they even stopped returning my phone calls. I had a good deal of problems that could require up to much space.

    "Missing" Goods

The name is fitting as my goods were “spirited” away as if by divine intervention. I guess that’s another way to describe the theft of my own personal goods. A great company to go with if you expect to depart with more goods than you want on arrival! This is truly a wonderful moving company that really should steal more attention. Oh did I say steal? I meant it went “missing in transit” What a joke of a company.

    Scammed by Angel Van Lines

I’m writing this to warning others to be quite careful. I had been scammed by what I now believe is a nonexistent business.

I talked to Thomas Jones (telephone number 972-249-0965) on the phone approximately month prior to my scheduled transfer date. I had been given a quote of $1,585 for my own transfer, which comprised 30 days of free storage to provide me time to get an apartment in my new city, and conclusion of the transfer including installation of all furniture. He said the business would also have the ability to drop off all my possessions I had at my temporary home before keeping the rest.

The binding contract emailed to me gave a pickup date of June 24-25 having a devotion that contact against the movers will be 24-48 hours before pickup. Thomas said”I will be with you each step along the way” and that I gave a $302 deposit.

    Information Regarding carrier:

    Angel Van Lines
    5787 South Hampton Road
    Dallas, TX 75235
    Telephone: 1-972-249-0965 Fax: 754-701-1105
    DOT # 2112597 MC# 735438

I never contacted by movers throughout the established time period. In a panic, I emailed Thomas (thomas@yourcarrierquote.com http://angelvanlines.com) about the 25th. His reply was”Debra, Im writing you out of house you do not have a thing to be concerned about we’ll look after you. Our reputation is online!”

As soon as I attained a dispatcher (Rafael) in the business about the 25th, he wasn’t mindful of the scheduled pickup date. Rafael said they would not have the ability to pick up till June 28 (one day once I was leaving to drive across state for my transfer ). Furthermore, he said they wouldn’t have the ability to give storage, so I would have to locate my own storage, and they might consequently be not able to finish the transfer and put up my furniture. I would need to employ another firm to do this.

I requested a friend to pause in my flat from 4pm to 7pm on the 28th. The the movers never revealed. As soon as I tried to achieve Rafael, I had been put on hold and after 10 minutes I hung up and dialed again. I got a message that the mailbox was full. Rafael didn’t call me again.

Following the June 25 email reply in Thomas Jones, I didn’t hear from him again. Not one of my subsequent mails or telephone calls were returned.

On June 27th, I gave up, recognized that I had lost $302, and am now addressing the expenses related to last minute going.

    Worst Experience of My Life

Angel Van Lines was contracted from the moving company I hired to perform my movement. They had been overdue on pickup, had me have a photo of my deal with my telephone, didn’t understand just how much I made them, and couldn’t tell me even an estimated delivery date. Did not get all of my things for at least a month out of my pickup date; they dropped my mattress and parts of my bedroom place; and overlook put over 10 of my own boxes. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and their office staff have been lairs. I would not ever recommend everyone to utilize their solutions.

Worst moving experience ever. Don’t know how these folks are permitted to remain in operation. Agents charged me extra because of recalculated quantity. Said I had 4 men and two trucks. Well two men and one truck showed up. Loaded until 2am on a Sunday morning. Couldn’t find another truck that the following day so dispatch redirected them back into Dallas. It has been two weeks and still no furniture and equilibrium left behind however in New Mexico. Won’t take my calls or provide any reaction. However in limbo with no aid available. My advise is to not use this company for transferring. Not worth the threat or reckless ways of conducting a respectable organization. Simply shameful

Moved from Santa Fe, NM Area into Millington, TN (Memphis)
I wasn’t advised that Angel Van lines will do my transfer. The move wasn’t timely, so that they never gave me some documentation. If they were unloading in my new place, the very first thing they did was attempt to provide me a dresser and closet along with a wall hanging which didn’t belong to me personally. They left my previous home cluttered with packaging dirt all around the ground. They damaged or scratched every part of furniture. They ruined my drier beyond fix (the hooks had been sheared off). They ruined the washer. They dropped the bottom half of my glass top table. They dropped boxes. I place a claim in and also the maximum they’d offer me is 96. I’ve written into the moving asserts business and they don’t respond. I can barely provide this moving company a single star. I’m heart broken up all of the harm they’ve done. I’m completely defeated and use. There are not any exaggerations in what I have clarified. I wouldn’t ever recommend this corporation.

    Run away fast!!!!

If you’re thinking of utilizing Angel Van lines, then please consider this piece of information. Select another mover and phone them to deal with your transfer. Whoever you select can not be as poor as Mile and Blue out of Angel Van Lines. Keep away from those bozo’s! They won’t appear on time, may send your products days as soon as they guaranteed, lose valuable furniture and possessions, split multiple irreplaceable things and treat you with disrespect simply to rub salt in the wounds. I’d propose using”The 3 Stooges Moving Business”. They will surely outperform Angel Van Lines.

Angel Van Lines AKA Scam Artists -run for your life if they call.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had… they neglect;t even deserve one star.

Pick up was to be during a 3 day window. Wednesday thru Friday. Friday was the absolute final day since my home had marketed and ownership was at closing. On Thursday I had been told that the motorist would be in my home Friday between 5 and 2. That of course made me worried since I had a complete house of furniture along with also my town code didn’t let trucks of any character to be on the road on on the driveway after 1AM. I had been phoning the office to find an upgrade but nobody answered the telephone. In 5PM the driver called and said he had been on the road. At 9PM nobody had arrived. I had been calling frantically both the workplace and the dirver, At 9 I had been told that the driver was still on the way. Obviously, nobody showed up. I did hit the driver the following morning and he explained he advised Angel Van Lines that because it had been a holiday weekend that he couldn’t find assistance and wasn’t likely to have the ability to pick up my things. Therefore, I spent another day finding a different carrier and needed to pay a premium due to the late notice, once I called to ask that my 2500 deposit be reimbursed, I had been advised that each their evaluation, the driver showed up and that I cheated on the place. This is the biggest lie I’ve ever needed a business manufacture. Totally fraudulent company scams that are running. Stay away, You may repent it

They charge EXTRA at every opportunity

They cost extra at every chance they get, particularly during shipping. They do not care about newspaper work, they do not care about your Weight (high estimate versus actual).

DELAYING delivery, DAMAGING furniture, and charging additional MONEY are their own specialties.

    Nightmare!

I believed I had been using a real moving firm rather than agents. That’ll teach me to do much more assignments. AVL contacted us to be more prepared to proceed 2 days before and then did not call or show. They weren’t accessible from the telephone # they predicted out of either. We packaged”everything”! We place our mattress at a bag and emptied our frig. We needed to stay somewhere else before they eventually showed up days after and much later than the moment that they guaranteed daily. As with other clients we needed to provide them a cashiers check. They didn’t even have my stock that I supplied that the 1st Agents. Allow me to clarify that agent #1 shot a bid to provide our task to agent #2 who subsequently sent our men claiming to be away from Relocation Services. Our possessions were packed on a Uhaul and pushed away. In my gut I believed that it wasn’t a great thing and that I was perfect! We got to our destination and also known as about our shipping. This is the point where the real nightmare begins. They got your signature and then use it in order to inform you that you denied following day delivery and they’ve got 21 days to produce the delivery. Throughout this time it had been promise after promise from everybody involved that it had been on it’s way. Three months of sitting on beach chairs and sleeping in an air mattress was dreadful. On the afternoon of their delivery just two movers showed up dressed to not impress or reflect their business. Our possessions were offloaded in the Penske truck. The heavy things were all damaged on the corners. They didn’t build anything like promided either. I signed more documents and was not given any duplicates. I am certain that I signed up to state everything was sent and in excellent condition. Oh, and they say if they arrive that it will cost more because of your”long haul” from truck into doorway. Bogus! And then they say that they will do it below the radar when we’d trick them. I would never have wanted this ordeal in my worst enemy. Use a real moving business!

    Stressful, haphazard move

I reserved my transfer 2 months beforehand. What I experienced was that the most stressful, random, poor implemented move conceivable. I had been scheduled for pickup on 9/26. Eventually picked up on 9/29. When my possessions came on 10/4 it seemed like they had been run over by a truck not transported to a truck. Everything concerning this movement was a practice in anxiety, frustration, and lackluster service. The only way that they could have done a worse job is when they’d stopped halfway to my new residence, built a bonfire with my possessions and then delivered me movie of them dancing and laughing around above fire.

    Extortion

I put up my movement with North American Relocation. Two days prior to my scheduled movement I get a call from them increasing my poundage by 2,200 pounds and collecting an additional $1,000 deposit. The day prior to my transfer I get a call from Raphael from Angel Van Lines telling me they’d pickup on Monday, not Sunday, so that my furniture would not sit for two days during the transfer. I was also quoted another $2,547 upon pickup. The furniture has been likely to be weighed after pickup. My furniture wasn’t delivered as promised and when I asked how far I’d owe upon delivery Rafael stated I’d still owe an additional $2,547 stating they didn’t weigh the truck since my stuff filled the 26′ truck and it would cost me more if they believed it. Upon delivery I found that the truck was just 3/4 filled with my things significance I must have been billed less.

I couldn’t reach Rafael by telephone or email. Their email account doesn’t exist. As soon as I contacted North American Relocation they contended with me and advised me to go ahead and contact the Texas Attorney General. I have since contacted my bank to dispute the fees against North American Relocation since Angel Van Lines demanded money payment.

I’ve already registered a complaint with the Texas Attorney General from North American Relocation and I am in the process of filing an extortion complaint against Angel Van Lines.

Furthermore, I had been told my speed wouldn’t be greater than $5,221 (I have it in writing) but was billed $7,535.

    Long-distance move from Louisiana
    Relocation from Louisiana to Texas

Among the worst experiences of our own lives! Angel Van Lines whined about each and every thing they offered us. My spouse and I put up a corporate transfer (to include whole packaging, moving, and temporary storage) from New Orleans to Dallas in June. We had been advised that their accredited / professional drivers could pick up out things on June 30th, transfer them to their independently owned storage facility, where our items would be saved in the trailer that they had been picked up inside, and then sent to us in the start of September at the Dallas region. They offered out move into a third party firm, who had been late for pickup and deliver, attracted only moderate home depot boxes together with unprofessional packers, moved things out to many storage places, and damaged and lost our items.

Christopher Johnson offered us the transfer, and was not able to be attained after the contract was signal. We could get a grasp of Ed sporadically, but he wasn’t able to do anything, since ALB Transferring now had ownership of our items.

The packers were assumed to emerge on June 30th to package things out, they then had been to return to proceed on July! St. No one ever called the night before, and we couldn’t get in contact with anybody. The initial”packers” demonstrated around our home at 4:30 pm on July 1st with guys who did not even work for the business. They had been requested last minute to come help with our occupation. The truck didn’t arrive before 7:30 am on July 2nd. Most our items had to be packaged on the 2nd, also we did a great deal of the packaging and moving ourselves.

After two months of storage, and no information on where our possessions were stored, our belongings were to be sent to our house. We predicted a month ahead of time, 3 months ahead of time, 2 weeks beforehand, 1 week beforehand. We were always assured that things out could be sent on September 3rd. 1 hour prior to the shipping window on Saturday, September 3rd, we had been called and advised that our things wouldn’t be delivered until the following Tuesday!?! After many discussions, arguments, and broken promises, our matters were finally delivered on Thursday, September 8th. My husband had to leave work to be there. As soon as they came , they had the audacity to inquire where our helpers were to unload the truck!

A few in Louisiana called us the weekend before sending up telling that they had among our boxes. It had a lot of my husbands searching things, and luckily and older puppy collar along with his contact number. The moving company insisted that this was hopeless, but that household still has our things, and is lacking a lot of theirs! I really don’t know how either of those companies is permitted to keep on conducting business!

Totally destroyed our stuff and tried to hide it

We put up our transfer having allied van lines at plenty of time paid them a deposit of more than a 1000.00 bucks. They kept asking for more cash , they were suppose to be present on the 29th of July 2016 to transfer our belongings out of Pratt ks. Into Ofallon il. The motorist called around the 28th of July at 9:00pm to inform us he’d be there in one hour to fill our things, we inquired why he had been arriving through the night and was suppose to wait until the following day, he said I’m busy and when I can’t pick this up now then I cannot guarantee you once I could come back and buy it, ” he showed up and affluent until three thirty in the afternoon and said we would have to be there in the destination from 3:00 pm Friday afternoon, I informed him that wouldn’t occur because we hadn’t had any sleep,” he said I shall call you at noon on Friday and also provide you an upgrade, he sent an email message and stated he had been running late and could be there around five, we left it and called to determine where he had been and he said he’d be running late and ended up shifting his coming time three more times, we now got a text expression to be there in 9;00 pm we came at 845 to locate him already in the storage center and already had the preview half an hour once we watched that the brand-new fridge come off the truck and also completely destroyed he explained it should have struck on the side of this trailer, he told him that he was going to need to bring back the stuff from the storage device so that we can see what else was ruined and he said you will need to cover me and my team and we don’t have enough time , the temp service men started bringing things to people, telling us that it had been ruined, and so it was incorrect that the motorist didn’t need them to inform us, of course to state at 130 am on Saturday morning we pretty much had arrived at the conclusion that all we owned was ruined , we paid this business within 6000.00 to transfer our belongings we had it all packed and tagged if they got there just to ruin everything and wouldn’t even answer our requirements or return our calls I’d love to get this problem resolved and also receive my money returned to get the transfer. Otherwise I’d Love to see the company go out of business before they destroy any one elses lives

Please RUN!!! The WORST customer service ever

Because You decided to send me an email advocating that I provide comments on my transfer, I will happily oblige

I’ve been in the army and moved a while but this I’d rate since the WORSE EVER. Their sales representatives will claim that the world to acquire your small business but will vanish when you offer your deposit, and also do not feel the Quotation they provide you cause it’s going to be the dispatcher that will charge you extra fees as soon as your property becomes picked up. I know this for a fact since once they’d picked up my home from the storage device that they demanded that I pay the extra charge of over $800 (The complete price ) until they finished the transfer, should you by chance have any extra boxes which isn’t on your primary list trust that you will be billed, Trust when I understood that they would change the purchase price on me I’d have changed my job start date and then leased a truck and did it all myself.

Their dispatcher PAUL is your worst (please think besides being Very impolite, he is the very unprofessional individuals I’ve coped with). After getting the run around and feeling as I was going to have duped and tricked (Ever since he supplied another bank accounts for me to create my next deposit, and was also the sole shifting the price after I had been guaranteed a cost ) I needed to talk to a manager but was moved to MIKE that I later discovered wasn’t a manager but another dispatcher…. Not only was he rude he directed that my Cargo be off loaded and saved in their warehouse and also required that I make complete payment prior to my loved ones good was sent…

The driver who really moved my house were specialist and its so sad that they must work with these and UNPROFESSIONAL rear office, particularly their unworthy dispatchers. Following the sales representatives had gotten my residue and reassuring me that they’d be my shifting planner I could not reach them, I needed to use somebody’s else’s telephone to phone and they then picked up.

PLEASE work with another moving business if possible, its not really worth the aggravation, if there have been unfavorable evaluations I’d give this business a -4 (Negative four stars). . .and I would NEVER recommend this company to Anybody

Mine wasn’t the customary move. I was just getting things out of my parent’s home in ms to carry to east tn. (540 kilometers ) I contracted a different company who contracted avl.AVL was suppose to appear on april 29, they wind up coming two days before. They appear at a moving truck and load things in 5 in the day. I’ve antiques on the toilet, they did not wrap a lot of my possessions but I had sensr to catch blankets and wrsp the china cupboard and secretary which both have a good deal of glass. Among those motorists stunk so bad I haf to maintain my nose.We known as the amount 3 to 4 months back to deliver our possessions, they appear last week to a sunday with 3 hours notice. Suppose to owe them 450 complete. Driver attempts to state 900. He finds and calls out I do owe 450. I have a cash order for 450 for them. The motorist refuses the money purchase says that he can only take money. I needed to go to the supermarket to get a money order from the 1st placr since I was told thats exactly what I needed to have. As I stated that this was about a Sunday banks and post office has been shut. I tried 3 times to inform the driver it’s a money order along with your company said cash orders were okay. I’m my son to attempt to receive the m o cashed. No luck. I move right in the front of trailer park (where I live) and speak to sherriffs deputy,I turn to return to trailer and whose coming outside but the moving truck. I let them turn about and return to home they say okay and just take off. The officer comes into my home, I needed the label number and image of this truck, they have pulled over but persuade the officer they could simply take cash.I have known for them to deliver my items again, I had been told they’d call back with a date, time and obviously a brand new cost due to course somehow it is MY fault that they do not take money orders. (today they’re saying postal. So are okay ) I have called again and again ensured by mike thst he’d call within two hours or atleast by end of day for date, time and cost. This was 4 days past. My fear is that I will find a two hour notice and they will charge me a level I can not develop. And if I do get my antiques they’ll be trashed. I’m a widowI and my unborn kid live on less than 1000 per month, ” We can not manage to do anything due to these people. This area is dreadful, I should have just rented a u haul and transferred the things myself.

    Long-distance move from Louisiana
    Absolute Nightmare

My moving experience was a complete nightmare.

I really contracted with a different inspector who brokered my occupation into Angel Van Lines. Here are the highlights:

    * Launched harassing me two days before my pickup window asking if they can come pickup. I was not ready.

*Eventually showed up at 9:30pm the previous day of my daily window. Do not leave until 11pm. My neighbors were so angry with me.

*Two men in street clothes and a Penske rental truck came. My pal and I loaded my possessions while one man did paperwork and another remained in the vehicle.

*They NEVER weighed against the truck. My movement was by weight.

*Received a call from the owner that the next day asking me how far my money order was for. I told him he must know that.

*Received a call 2 weeks after saying I possessed $225 since my stock was bigger than what was projected. I informed them my occupation was by weight, not things. They seemed surprised each time I mentioned this.

It has now been 45 times (!!!!!) Since select up, and I STILL don’t have my possessions. I do not even have an estimated delivery date.

    NIGHTMARE!

    Long-distance move from Irving, TX
    Leap of Faith

I moved from Texas to Idaho and chose to proceed with Long Distance Movers that are a broker moving business. Angel Van Lines was the firm who got the task assigned. I packaged the huge bulk in my own before pickup. However they’d blankets to cover each one of the huge furniture that I have. Both men who picked up and packed were really very nice and appeared to perform a tidy a fantastic job. Therefore I just had 30 boxes, a dining table, a mattress, a mattress place, dresser and a TV.

They informed be that my things could came the next week to Idaho. But one I browse the little letter in my contract, it will states that it might take up to 21 business days. I was so worried after reading all of the testimonials. I kept calling Long Distance Movers after per week and they’d state that my things would likely arrive in the conclusion of the week. Frankly after reading these reviews I thought I’d literally not get my things back and when I did it’d be broken.

Surprinsigly enought, 3 times ahead of the cut-off 21 business days. . .My material arrived on Saturday. I obtained all of my possessions in complete condition. Raphel and another man showed up, unloaded everything and put my furniture together. Since the transfer was already so pricey I just tipped them $20 each.
I was rather impressed with their services.

    Long-distance move from Florida
    Good Service

I have to acknowledge by readibg the testimonials I was quite nervous about letting Angel Vanlines take over my movement, which I had been under the belief that North American was caring for this til Afterwards enjoy the day prior to my transfer a woman known as said Angel would be running the movement, Uh Ok?
After doing my research I actually wanted to cancel but also the truth my pick up date was only a day off I followed against the programs, and I have to confess I hadn’t 1 problem, the men that came on time and date that the shipment Martha said was awsome, I’d complete packaging that the men came in and made to work, I had been so inpress I made certain that they had a wonderful meal, I compensated for my own transfer upon pickup in complete and had been charged a small extra on shipping as a result of burden being over, however I had no issue with my things being delivered, all of my stock was at exactly the exact same shap I abandoned it!! No more DAMAGE, I wish to mention that Angel Vanlines perform an awsome job, and now that I really do appricate all of the hardwork the men put in my transfer, Only had to take some time out to show my admiration!
    Thank you!

    Liked it!

I obtained my stuff now in good shape. The cost was quite great. I had been somewhat worried about the delay, and ends up that I didn’t understand the businesses give you a estimated”span” daily. Highly advised!
