Rude, helpless, unprofessional, untrue, careless. Regaining my furniture, attracted my sofa through wet paint once they had been cautioned and hammering posted during apartment complex. The moving business has lied and won’t accept responsibility. They forged my signature in an accountability sort asserting I concurred that my stuff has been all damaged before. As soon as I went in man yesterday direction continued to be impolite and never take responsibility.

They still continue to create excuses to not reimburse me for harms. Management refused to provide me owners advice before yesterday she eventually gave me an emailaddress. I emailed proprietor and have yet to hear back from her. Management also confessed that they denied my claim since I initially contested it with my charge card. So is not that blackmail? A firm refused to accept responsibility since the client followed protocol and created a dispute. They also attempt placing blame in my apartment complex and shifting business who transferred me to my storage back in January. They said because I employed a moving company to move in my storage they can’t take responsibility for damages.

I asked the supervisor Ali so when I didn’t utilize movers before hiring your business than you’d have taken accountability? How can that make sense even after I informed her I’d 4 witnesses along with the 3 movers who can confirm my belongings was really NOT ruined when going to my storage. This organization is dishonest also it cost me 655 not including all of the damages. They tried to state my vest was already broken until they transferred it knowing it was wrapped in shrink wrap so how would they were in a position to find that if we did not even observe the damage until later we chose shrink wrap away? Why did not 3 movers inform me and deliver it to my attention prior to the transfer? They lie and continue to lie. Don’t use this firm.

This inspection is well overdue because I moved two weeks ago, but better late than never. Ameritex Movers has been amazing. The group managed to return to my location two hours sooner than anticipated and finished the work economically in 2 weeks!

They didn’t complain even once, and once I tried to assist with the movement that they insisted I do not be worried about it. They had all of the further packing supplies I did not have, and actually made the whole moving process a whole lot simpler than it normally can be.

This folks are mad and incredibly unprofessional. I’ve not employed a moving firm were things came up lost or bankrupt. I am extremely sterile and awakened that somebody in this profession would not treat you things as prized stones of their very own. Why on earth would anybody advocate such a dreadful company similar to this. Wow! This business should not be used ever!

In general, these men were pretty sound. They showed up on time and got right to work. Whenever there was a query about something, they’d request to describe and make certain that they had been managing our things correctly. They were fast with no careless, and which I loved. They even helped me reassemble several parts of furniture (that was much faster than me doing it myself). Better experience than I have had with different movers previously.

Luis staff was totally wonderful. Protected EVERY bit of furniture!! No problems in any way. Would highly recommend this organization and this group.

Quick, simple scheduling, even in the last moment. Very apparent pricing. Superb communication before the transfer. Arrived during 1st hour of 4 hour window. Lead inspector ( Francisco ) was quite precise with his projected time to finish. I’ll be recommending them when requested.

We’ve moved things out of our two bedroom flat in San Antonio into Sugarland, these men did a very great job in packaging my furniture with blankets along with the shrink wrap. They’ve completed the job in less time than anticipated. Have seen them coordinating the things in automobile and they did it fairly well. Crew was friendly and did everything according to our request. I’m definitely going with them again.

Their costs were fairly and it finished in less cost than anticipated.

Our moving group did a great job prepping all of our things and getting it transferred to our brand new residence. I observed that every individual was being as attentive as possible to ensure no damage occurred to our own possessions or to either house as we were going out and then in. There were several minor scuffs on walls however, together with all the size and volume of heavy furniture and tiny spaces in which to move it, that was to be expected and the movers seemed to be more difficult on themselves about it. They have been more friendly, focused and actually put in a fantastic work. I certainly would recommend them and should we ever go again I will be giving them a call.

These guys were fantastic! They never ceased. They loaded our two bedroom flat to the truck in 1 1/2 hours. That is our 4th time to utilize Ameritex. Very Happy,

TLDR; s support ever – DO NOT USE!!! “Professional movers” are actually just teens; had been guaranteed wardrobe boxes, but did not get them, when I called main organization to complain that they would not work together with me, promised me a $50 refund, that I never obtained.

I hired them to maneuver my household (husband, me, and newborn son) out of our two bedroom flat to our new home (Pasadena into La Porte, approximately 8 miles) because I was just 4 months post-c-section. Among the best-selling things on their site and when I talked to them to reserve my appointment was that the wardrobe boxes to your hanging clothing.
Fast-forward to moving day: the”professional movers” that showed up were two – 18-year-old boys along with a mid-20s man. They move to load all of the heavy furniture first (sofa, bookcases, mattress, TV rack, etc.), no issue. . .the two boys kept picking up random things and playing together though (I’d an over-the-door pull up bar they spent a great five minutes playing with instead of transferring my things ).
So they have got all of the major stuff loaded, plus they are loading the boxes, and I asked them concerning the apparel boxes….they stated they did not have any. So today I am very mad, since we did not pack up any of those hanging clothing, especially since I was ensured wardrobe boxes. And I have my 60 y.o. mom and also my 4-week-old son with me and today no way to move all those clothes.
So I call the main number while we are on our way into the new home, because again, the men loading my things have stated there aren’t any wardrobe boxes and they have loaded everything up and insist on leaving to move awry in the home. The woman who answered said they’d apparel boxes onto the vehicle, and they are supposed to load this first. . .well that is not exactly what the men told me,” they stated they did not have clothing boxes. She insists they are about the truck, also states since they had been around the vehicle, it had been somehow MY duty to make sure they have used!?!?! We go back and forth for awhile, I am telling her the men lied to me and refused to utilize the apparel boxes, she is telling me that they had them and they ought to have used them….blah, blah, blah. Ultimately, she stated there was nothing they can do, so I requested to talk to her supervisor. Supervisor gives me the exact same BS runaround….so now I have been lied to and cheated, and also my 60-year-old mum had to load all of our clothing into my vehicle and her vehicle, and push them into the new residence.
I called again when the infant was settled and talked to a different manager who stated they might offer me a $50 refund….on an additional $450 support!!!! I never did receive that test and once I called to inquire about it they said they never assured me some part of a refund.
Worst company ever. Never use. Inferior support.

The group which has been delivered was excellent, really professional, knowledgable, and helpful. They followed directions and functioned with my spouse and I. Although I had doubts at first they were able to find all of my things to one vehicle load. They worked hard and effectual finishing the task sooner then I had expected saving me cash in the long term. I would recommend this firm and their staff direct by Jeremias any given time

I made plans to move out of Westchase into Seabrook due to new occupation. I twisted my spine before the movement so that I had been no help at all. A brief conversation with all the movers had been all it took prior to the magic began. They have been amazing, as well as quick. They had been working really hard I requested them to have a break… They said OK, and then just kept right on packaging up me. Do not utilize!! This organization is a rip off. I had been told there are a $600.00 excursion fee. Okay. That seemed reasonable to traveling from Houston to Austin and also bsck into Houston. No!!! The 600 fee was just 1 way. I needed to pay $125 a hour to the motorist to drive in Austin to Houston and it took him more than 4 hours. My husband left it in 3 hours after stopping for gas and use the toilet. The office folks kept telling me that they explained that in the start. They didn’t! Whem I whined , they kept saying’we advised that the $600 excursion charge was just 1 way’ making no sense in any way. A trip fee ought to be only that….travel period. They then said when I refuse to cover it would be evidence of services. In addition to this, they did not have sufficient space for all my items and we needed to move several items in my husband’s automobile and also these items got rained on. In addition to this, the driver revealed in the storage device in Houston having an excess helper. No more winder he took him so long, he had been teaveling at Houston during rush hour traffic to go pick up the other individual. Don’t use. Worst office folks ever. Won’t work together with you whatsoever. I am contacting a lawyer.

-shattered my items (lamp, vase, shoe rack)
-refused to package like they said they’d

-was an hour and a half late
-did not attract wardrobe boxes.

They could assist me reserve the movement daily before when a second unreliable firm bailed on me last minute. These guys kicked ass. Alex and Ron came right on time and hustled for 2 hours transferring us in an apartment into a condominium, and two excursions into a storage center. Our complicated movement comprised an upright piano, so which I witnessed those gentlemen pickup and take as though it was weightless. They took good care of furniture placement and each detail. I believe lile I actually lucked them out , and am hiring them again next weekend to get a goodwill and ditch run. They’re full support. On top of that, exceptionally competitive prices. Don’t hesitate go with Ameritex, really professional.

The worst going experience ever. Items boxes and missing rummaged through by movers. Items damaged too and business not accepting responsibility and proposed to submit a police record.

They helped me go into 5th floor plug aggressively, after many moving companies turned me down. Form beginning to finish they were quite punctual and well-intentioned providing me regular updates through the afternoon about their specific birth time (that was inside the window that they gave me). They were also quite nice and a joy to work with during the entire procedure, and of course fast! Cost was the finest of all of the firms I talked to.

I’ll certainly be calling them again for my next movement, and highly recommend them to all of my family and friends!

“Stress free movement” this has become the worst most stressful move thus far. The transfer is scheduled for 2-5 pm .they telephone at 9:30 to state they’re in their way. I predict that the office stressed out cause they can not come early reason I do not have the elevator booked till 2-5 as clearly said when I left the reservation. Ok so they then concur on 1 minute and I say okay again on the unload section we do not possess the elevator until 2-5. They text that they are coming in 12:30 pm again to ancient. I tell them that they must wait until 1. Takes 20 minutes to load and today we’re super early and need to await the pier the clock off. It is 2 that they get it unloaded and I head to cover of that I already paid a $50 deposit on. They bill me the two hour minimum of $250. They refused to use my $50 deposit and advised me that was a trip & truck charge. Complete deception calling it a deposit.

I’ll never we urge them or use them ever again. So I paid $300 for 45 minutes of a transfer. Stay away if you don’t would like to get ripped off.

This organization is such a scam when it has to do with alerting you for broken products. Their servants ended up splitting up my 65 inch curve Samsung television, and provided me a measely $107 dollar test I won’t be depositing. They’ve a stamp on the test that states upon cashing the test I am publishing them of any accountability. Well fact of the problem is I am not discharging them of whatever. I am disappointed I phoned that company and had been confident that they had the gear to maneuver a television and they ended up cracking my television that cost me $1,300 and shift within 2017 or 2018. The procedure to get this troubling test was two MONTHS and a few weeks. Save you your things for another business and dont utilize ameritex that they dont refund you properly.
