I hired this firm to package my whole condominium. They arrived the very first day and packaged my whole condo and tagged all of my boxes. Subsequently moved my condominium. They were specialist considerate courteous speedy friend and also did an incredible job. These guys rocked!

This is my spouse and I next and last move. We have spent the past year finding our dream house. We have finally found our dream house in Fort Lauderdale. Our first movement was a nightmare. Following a month of extensive research we chose to choose 5 firms which were complete the best for exactly what we had done. We had 5 firms come out into our house and meet us in person and do a walk through and clarify the precise service we were searching for. My spouse and I didn’t wish to lift a finger and desired a complete packing service proceed. From packaging our whole house to unpacking our whole home. After meeting and getting the house quotes with the 5 firms we knew that after we fulfill America’s movers that they had been the firm we were planning to proceed with. Fortunately, Cary the revenue supervisor was managing our move. In the first conversation to the last proportions she was a love and a joy to use. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. She went over and beyond to describe the services and the contract we agreed upon. America’s movers preformed a complete packing service which included packaging our whole house which was our whole kitchen, figurines, a piano, crating 2 daybed, a pool table, my mother’s grandfather clock, a china cabinet that has been in our family for more than 60 decades and our cabinets! As anyone who is moved before you understand how stressful it is. After the movers came on the first evening of packaging the Foreman Lael place my spouse and I nerves at ease. The 6 movers all were professional, courteous, well mannered, and uniformed as promised. They truly cared for our things. For another 3 times America’s movers preformed a ceremony that went over my expectations. I really can not say sufficient in this review how happy I am and how specialist this firm was. I will recommend to all of my loved ones and professionals I understand.

Moving is extremely stressful. I contacted many moving companies from south Florida. After I talked with Cary at the workplace I knew I had contacted the proper moving business. I got a quote via email and it had been very informitive and comprehensive. The quote proved to be a level rate. Cary clarified definite details other firms didn’t clarify. She clarified I want some packaging materials for specific things I had like my flat screen television, a few vases, paintings, and my own mattress. I discovered that significant. She clarified other firms would attempt to bill me about the afternoon of the transfer. The quote also contained each of the things I advised her by space. The movers were very courteous and professional. The came punctually and ended the movement beyond my own expectations. I’ll use this business in the long run and refer to anybody. In May 2020, I hired America’s Movers to transfer flats in precisely the exact same building. They did an incredibly inadequate occupation, were negligent and required unwarranted breaks that were billed to my invoice. Furniture was ruined since they didn’t pad it or protect it when going and were disrespectful and unprofessional as it came to accepting responsibility.

$800 in cash went missing during the transfer.

When I talked with the proprietor Jordan, he had been intimidating, extremely impolite and dismissive. He diminished the charge $100 off to the buffet that they ruined. I called an expert carpenter who gave me a quote of $350 to correct the piece. The team didn’t complete the job. They didn’t do a walk through at the conclusion of the move. They had been excited to depart so I heard about other broken and ruined furniture after they left.

The following day, I asked video footage of the typical areas from the institution (cargo elevator, docking and getting area and halls ). Through taking a look at the records, I discovered that at the 5 hour job, they took several breaks (they moved down to the receiving area to chill out and smoke- that is illegal ) and additional that time (roughly one hour high at $115/hour) for my invoice.

I registered a complaint with the firm, but I wasn’t contacted with them.

Don’t fall for their trap. This provider is misleading, not professional rather than trusted.

By now, I’ve read several negative reviews and the”generic” responses from the business. I know I have not paid for extra insurance and that the company simply pays for $0.60/pounds. Deficiency of professionalism and neglect from their part shouldn’t be billed to the customer. We cover a professional support and when this wasn’t granted, the customer shouldn’t be punished for their bad and laborious endeavor.

They’ll take all of your stuff and up your own quote. I needed to cover to get a woman who did not understand how to do simple math. They’ll lie and they don’t consider the vehicle… shocker. They whined about the number of boxes I needed. They lied about what. STAY far away from the company unless you enjoy getting lied to and over billed.
