    Long-distance move from Centerville, AR
    Beware Not a trustworthy company

Not a trusted company!!! Beware!!! Use another firm!!!

Business didn’t deliver tool bag filled with resources while moving. On April 26th they arrived and picked up all of our stuff out of our home that we moved from. We paid $150 per day extra to get it remain on the truck before April 29th if they where supposed to provide everything that they transferred from our previous home. (notice that this business didn’t utilize stock decals for our transfer )

Upon shipping the Crew leader stated that he’d the seals incorrect on the vehicle doors. ( he secured just 1 doorway and forgot to seal the next door) He explained that he awakened and to signal online on the newspaper. After done again we needed to sign a paper stating that everything was transferred. ( that we looked round the home to be sure we saw everything real fast but without needing stock decals, this can be real difficult to do.) We began unpacking and putting up things.

As we began to encounter things that had collectively, we began to search to our blue kobalt tool tote. ( which has both kobalt drills, batteries, Kobalt screwdrivers, measuring tape, kobalt socket place 19 bit, and drill bit set) We looked through each box and space in the home and the instrument bag wasn’t any where available.

I contacted Melinda Newport to determine whether something was left to the vehicle, on April 30th. We told her we where missing our gloomy Kobalt tool tote. She eventually got around to telling me that there was nothing left on the truck and that nothing was turned into there office. I needed to then ask for a claim newspaper, which they didn’t provide, I needed to request it. Melinda subsequently sent me over to her”Claims Manager” Chris Cox. She sent me that the promises form to complete. I did and sent it to her on May 3rd. May 3rd I phoned Chris, to determine whether she obtained my email. She answered her telephone quite unprofessionally and appeared as I had been wasting her time and that I should not have been phoning her.

On Monday May 8th I emailed her asking if she’d got an opportunity to reassess the claim. She responded saying that she’d be completed with the inspection by the close of the afternoon and I would get the results in the email. They did not receive the results in the email until May 10th. They stated that they weren’t able to affirm that there employees received the instruments ( which all was in a grim kobalt tool tote that they did shoot together ). I guess thats why this business does not conduct stock numbers in order that they do not have evidence if they don’t completely move everything. They also said that I did not note that there was not any opened or damaged boxes. ( well the entire bag was lost so I could not note that since the entire bag that the tools where packaged in was gone. They also said that we signed the paper stating that all seals were all intact that were placed on all of the doors of their trailer. But once more the team leader stated that he awakened the seals and that he must have placed seals on both the doors and that he just put on a single door. Nevertheless, it was all good and to signal online.

They deny accountability for my own claim. ( that the promise was for $332.32) They did not utilize stock numbers to ensure that everything that they transferred in the transferred was delivered. That you’d think that they would do if they truly where trusted firm. And also the simple fact that they shipped a team leader outside that wasn’t completely trained on the best way to seal the doors onto the truck. This organization is responsible for the things that at which gloomy Kobalt tote that they moved from 1 home to another. And they’re not ready to fix there errors.

Amazing company that does it all

I’d American Way Van & Storage come out and offer me an amazing quote. Their estimator Eric actually knew his stuff. We might not have been more happy with the support we obtained, Damon and the shifting team were amazing! We’re still impressed with their professionalism and also the pure pleasure of working together. Damon is incredible. He enjoys what he does and it shows. The team went above and beyond to ensure that our items arrived safely and as soon as possible, and we’re so grateful. If I were able to give 10 begins I want in a heart beat!!!!!!

    My move experience

Great team and incredibly professional. Theoverall experience was favorable. Will use them again but Will Surely question the quotation

Two problems the last price was $400+ over quoted cost. My sofa wasn’t put back correctly and discovered the that two clamps had dropped off somewhere. Inform them about overage and clamps, no reaction
